PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS :
Prevention
Obtain special instructions before use, and DO NOT handle until all safety precautions have been read and
understood.
Keep away from heat/sparks/open flames/hot surfaces. No smoking.
Keep container tightly closed and take precautionary measures against static discharge; ground/bond container and
receiving equipment.
Use explosion-proof electrical /ventilating/ lighting/ equipment or non-sparking tools.
Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area and DO NOT breath mist/vapours. Wash hands, face, and other
necessary parts thoroughly, and gargle the throat after handling.
Avoid touching on skin as much as possible during handling.
Use personal protective equipment; protective helmet/eye protection/face protection/respirator/protective
gloves/protective clothing/protective boots as required.
Response
In case of fire: use plenty of water, dry chemicals or Co2 gas distinguisher.
IF INHALED: Remove to fresh air and keep at rest in a position comfortable for breathing.
IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of water.
IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do.
Continue rinsing. Get medical advice/ attention if eye irritation persists.
IF SWALLOWED: Rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting. Immediately call a
POISON CENTER or doctor/ physician.
IF exposed or concerned, or if you feel unwell: Call a POISON CENTER or doctor/physician.
In case of leaking: absorb or cover with dry earth, sand or other non-combustible material.
Refer to Emergency Response Guide (ERG number 127) as supplemental if special measures are immediately
needed.
Storage
Keep container tightly closed. Avoid direct sunlight, open flame, ignition. Store in a cool/well ventilated area. Store locked
up.
Disposal
Transferred to a licensed disposal contractor.
DO NOT REUSE THE CONATINER FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSE. DISPOSE OF IN ACCORDANCE WITH
APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS.

INHALATION
Remove to fresh air immediately. If breathing and vomiting, let the face sideways. If breathing is difficult or not
breathing, let out the clothing and give artificial respiration (or give oxygen). Keep the affected person warm and
at rest. Get medical attention immediately.
SKIN CONTACT
Immediately remove contaminated clothing and shoes. Flush skin with large amounts of water, clean off
with soap and water. Get medical attention if symptoms develop.
EYE CONTACT
Immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for several minutes and get medical attention.
Part eyelids with fingers to assure complete flushing. Check for and remove contact lenses if easily
possible.
INGESTION
Do NOT induce vomiting. Hazard may increase due to volatile liquid. Get medical attention
immediately. Rinse mouth with water if possible. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
When vomiting spontaneously, incline the body to avoid inhaling to respiratory tract. Keep the affected
person warm and at rest.
MOST IMPORTANT AYMPTOMS, ACUTE AND DELAYED:
This liquid and vapour irritate eyes and skin. High density vapour has anesthetic effect if inhaled or inhaled

persistently. Inflammation of eye and skins, drowsiness and vomiting are observed.

EXTINGUISHING MEDIA
Appropriate Extinguishing Media: water fog, alcohol resistant foam, dry chemical, CO2, and dry sand.

FLAMMABLE PROPERTIES : This product has explosion hazard with ignition. Evacuate immediately.
Fire Fighting Equipment: Respiratory and eye protection required for fire-fighting personnel.
Full protective equipment (Bunker Gear) and a self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) should be used for all indoor
fires and any significant outdoor fires.

PERSONAL PRECAUTIONS
Keep unnecessary and unprotected personnel away. Remove all sources of ignition. Wear appropriate personal
protective equipment as specified in Section 8. Keep upwind, evacuate downwind.
ENVIRONMENTAL PRECAUTIONS
Do not let this chemical enter the environment. Do not flush into sewer, river or any body of water.
CONTAINMENT/CLEAN-UP METHODS
Absorb or cover with dry earth, sand or other non-combustible material and transfer to sealable containers.
Large spills: Dike far ahead of liquid spill for later disposal.
