Your Analysis
Why is a
classroom a miniature of a greater society?
As we all know, miniature is a very small sculpture, portrait, or painting, and relating classroom in the
miniature or the painting of a greater society, it is really important that we, as future teahers, must create a very
conducive environment for the students, so that they will be comfortable to the classroom, especially we have to be
particulate on the arrangements of their chairs, are they well ventilated, is the room is conducive to learning. We all

For me, the teacher did is correct because we all have to respect people to be
able to respect us also, and this will really make sense in a way that the students will
actually realize how important respect is. And also, we also have to build to them the

as we all know,we are all creating a lesson plan especially the detailed lesson plan,in that way, teachers are
trying to know the responses that is coming from the students as they answer the questions that the teacher
will ask.

What learning benefits could teachers and students draw from intentional classroom dialogue?

For me, those intentional classroom dialogues will benefit both teacher and students, because the
teacher are trying to know the capacity of learning of the students and the students will have additional
knowledge as they understand the particular scope of the leson that the teacher will ask.

Your Analysis
Why should teachers know about curriculum design?

As we tackle the topic curriculum design in the subject curiculum development, we actually know
how important is the curriculum design, because if the teacher dont know what is the curriculum design, it
will not be successful to teach the curriculum, if the teacher did not know anything about the curriculum
design, like todays curriculum, we are under the K-12 curriculum, if the teacher didnt have any idea
regarding this curriculum it wiyld be very hard for them to teach the curriculum.

What do most principles and theories of curriculum development have in common? How is this commonality
expressed or spelled out in the curriculum of the class you have observed?

As we tackle sorts of topics regarding the currivulum development, the history of our curriculum is
continue improving and in this century, students are undergo in K-12 Basic Education Curriculum or simply
the spiral curriculum, and foe me this curriculum is really a good curiculum in terms of topic that
discussedin this type of curriculum. And the students also are really upgrading just like how the curriculum
change, this generations ate immune in using some technologies like computers, callular phones, etc.

Your Reflections

Your Analysis

How important
is involvement of
all stakeholders
of the school in
the
schools
program
and

activities?
involvement of stakeholders such as: parents, staffs, administatirs, and the community members has
greatly contribute to the most brilliant ideas on conducting the activities or programs that they want to conduct. Also,
involvement of teachers and students are also important because students are the one who have to attain learning and
the teacher will serves as their guide or facilitators. And when implementinf those activities, the teacher must
consider the choice of activities or the programs that they want to conduct also they have to consider on how they are
going to conduct it and the method that they want to happen so that it will be an organized program.

What specific principle of curriculum development justifies the importance of cooperation and collaboration
among all stakeholders of the school?

As we all know, it is really important to have a cooperation and collaboration in a certain group of
people because this build the interaction skills and the teamwork which is really helpful when we are in the
field of the career, this serves as our guide to where we are in the future, being cooperative is really
important as of today, and the quotation, "no man is an island" justifies that you cannot live alone, you
cannot exist without the help and existence of the others.

students have its own individual differences that might be complicated on
doing the curiculum plan, becase in doing that, they did not focused on the
few of students but rather they are trying to anchored all the skills that can
be used to have learnibg for students much easier.

Aside from the teachers, who else should be involved in the curriculum planning? Explain our thoughts.
Aside from the teachers, students must also involved in the curriculum planning, because if
there are no students involved teachers might be useless, and involving them in the curriculum
planning must be easier for them to create some appropriate activities that will help the students to
learn deeper to the topic discussed, and for me, in creating a plan we must not focused in few studenta
but rather we also must know that they have individual differences.

Your Reflections
From your FS experience, take a look into your significant learning and personal reflection. Express
it in a simple poem. Then share it with your classmates and FS teacher.
How is the curriculum planning?
Is this really helps students to have significant learning?
Is this encourage students in studying?
Or give students time in sleeping?

Curiculum planning is really important,

It will help students career grant,
Students will have the life-long learning skills,
That will embold them to jump over the hills.

Students platitude is to graduate,

To have work, and to have a postulate,
To make their dreams perpetrate,
And have their career be passionate.

This kind of plan really a goals,

Which is setting up their ideals,
A life which is full of learning,
It will never stops you in studying.

Your Analysis
Why do teachers need to align the objectives, strategies and assessment?

It isreally important that the objectives, strategies and assesment is

alligned to each other because they are interconnected with each other, the
objectives you want must be SMART(Specific, Measurable, Attainable,
Result-oriented and Time-bound) and the strategies you want must
appropriate to your specific goal or should I say, it must conquer the topic
or your specific goal, and also the assessment must also appropriate
because this is really important that the assessment you used is good.

How should teachers align their objectives, strategies, and assessment? Suggest
some strategies.
A suggestion that I can give as a future teducator is that, in making objectives, strategies
will used and assessment you will want to make, you have to make it with keeping in mind that your
students must be able to attain or achieve it. Because you are teaching not because of the salary but
because you want your students to learn more from you. Mostly, we can used sort of group activity
and some think pair share strategy to develop their cooperation skills and also their interactii with
their classmates becays we want them to be collaboratively learned by interacting them with their
classmates.

Your Reflections

What has been your most meaningful experience in this episode? What makes it meaningful to you?
How could such an experience help you become a better teacher?
The most meaningful experiences in this episode is the Episode 6 because in this episode I
use open-minded skills in giving ideas about the objectives, assessment and strategies, this helps me
think about how will I encourage my students to learn using the strategies I want and the objectives I
have to attain to be able to learn more from me. And I am so excited to teach, because I want them to
learn more, altgough I am not the best teacher they will encounter, but I will do my job with all my
heart so that even though Iam not the best teacher, I will be proud that they learn from me.
This Field Study 4 gives me an idea about how important those aspects is, and how it really
helps me when I teach my students in the future. Also I think some positive ways on how I will get
their attention, what activities I will make and how can I assess them.
