1.EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The business named as BBQ food track is found to be a business to be developed in
Dubai which has unique characteristics that incorporates Barbeque on a food truck
having a name of the van as Barbeque on wheels. It would be registered with the
department of Economic Development of Dubai with a favourable location within JBR
beach where there would be a zone for the walk in customers within the bench area.
The reason for selecting this location is due to the fact that it is a residential area
and that it is also an imperative tourist spot. It should be noted that there are
significantly higher opportunities since the demand has definitely expanded for the
street food in JBR and this would contribute significantly to the business in terms of
revenues and profits. It is anticipated the business expansion will also take place
later which would mean an addition of one more truck in 2025.
Some of the other characteristics of this business concept incorporate the setting of
a new trend which would incorporate a quick and easy food on the go. The food track
will make a provision of an experience to the customers in a Barbeque style within a
more convenient and hassle free manner.
The investment is meant to be of 400,000 approximately. The cost for the first year
of operation would be 900,000 and that the sources for loan would include the
personal funding. It is anticipated that the revenue generated would be 1,200,000.
The breakeven point would be attained within 13 months.

The mission of the business to make a provision of barbeque in accordance with a more
snack food tradition instead of sitting and having the food on a table. As discussed
earlier, the arrangements would be in a barbeque style in a more convenient manner.
The environment will also include live cooking that people can experience some
enjoyment with. For the customer satisfaction, there would be a creation of a more
customer friendly environment. The main aim is to develop a unique concept of a live
barbeque. The target market would include youth, children and most importantly,
families. The company also ensures that high quality ingredients for preparing food to
keep everything healthy and nutritious.
The business does not compromise with quality and freshness of the food. Due to this,
freshly cooked food with fresh sauces will be provided. More fun loving environment will
be provided so that there is a simple style for the serving of the food. More than this,
the closest and nearest parking to the vain is found to be 200 meters that faces the
beach within a restaurant that is right next to the counter.
In accordance with the proprietary rights, there would be four stakeholders. This would
include Dubai Municipality, DEWA Dubai Electric and Water Authority emulated by
Road and Transport Authority.
