St. Lawrence (Albion) / St. Philip (Crossingville)

Merge St. Philip Parish into St. Lawrence Parish, with St. Philip Church becoming a
secondary mission church of St. Lawrence Parish.
In the preliminary plan, St. Philip was going to be merged into Our Lady of the Lake
Parish in Edinboro. It is being announced again today as St. Philip is located in the
Western Vicariate.
