Sales /Deposits/ Sales Mix/ Forecasting


Description Print Worksheets, create purchase orders, convert purchase orders
to invoices and create invoices.
Note These instructions assume you always start at the Main Switchboard

Most companies have limitations set up for the data import, and edits based on
user. The reason is companies depend on timely reporting of data and it these limits
are not met it can skew the reporting for the time periods. If you find you cannot do
the following processes with the MOD sign on then it will need to be escalated to
either Menulink SME and or Corp support.

Steps
*Sales are imported from a POS system and area not added
manually to Menulink. Editing Sales is not advised in any
fashion.
1. Click Sale
2. Click Reconcile
3. Select date that you want to view
*Deleting sales in Menulink is not advised.
1. Click Sales
2. Click Sales Mix
3. Select date
4. Press the button that says Clear POS Imports
5. Select date and options
6. Select Clear Data
7. Ok
8. Close
See import sales to repopulate data.
1. Grind Aloha Data for date of import
2. Click Sales
3. Click Import
4. Click import by date
5. Select date ( if this is more than a week contact Menulink
Specialist)
6. OK
*Editing sales in Menulink is not advised.

2. Click Deposits
3. Click New
4. Fill out form
5. Click Save

3. Select Date Range
4. Find Deposit
5. Click Lookup
*Deposits cannot be deleted from Menulink once created

*There currently is not a way to delete the forecast. You can
overwrite the current forecast with a New Forecast. See Create
Forecast
*Menulink creates forecast from the sales data that is imported
from the POS system so No import function available.

4. Select Vendor
5. Select Date range for the order
6. Order items
7. Click Send Order Now when complete

5. Activate Show Converted Orders Top center of the screen
6. Highlight the Purchase order you want to view
