ADVISORY
Please be informed that the Training Workshop on the Use of the Agency
Procurement Compliance and Performance Indicators (APCPI) shall be
conducted at Viena Hall, New Horizon Hotel, Boni Avenue,
Mandaluyong City (please see attached map) on 14-15 July 2016.
Please be reminded of the following:

* The whole session of the training workshop will be held at the Vienna
Hall located at the Ground Floor of the Hotel.
** Only those who have completed the entire Training Workshop will be
given a certificate.
2. Meals and Accommodation:
a. The following meals shall be provided during the training:
i. AM Snacks

Lunch
iii.
PM Snacks
Note: Drivers are not entitled to meals.
b. All participants shall be on a LIVE-OUT basis. Accommodation,
transportation and other expenses, such as parking fees, if
applicable, shall be shall shouldered by their respective agencies.
3. Documents and materials to bring (may be in electronic and/or printed
format):
a. Accomplished Consolidated Procurement Monitoring Report (Annex
B) and Confirmation Questionnaire;
b. Latest Updated APP for the year 2015;
c. APP for Common-Use Supplies and Equipment or proof of its
submission;
d. PMRs and proof of submission to GPPB;

e. Office/Special Order(s) creating the BAC, its Secretariat, Internal


Audit Unit, if any; Integrity Development Committee/AntiCorruption Program, if any; Inspection Committee, if any;
f. Office/Special
Order(s)
adopting
measures
to
address
procurement-related complaints, if any;
g. Certification/Proof of Attendance to Trainings of BAC members and
staff;
h. Program(s), Invitation(s), attendance sheets and any other
supporting documents for activities giving updates on public
procurement for bidders/private sector;
i. Written procedures for quality control, acceptance and inspection,
and CPES evaluation forms, if any;
j. Records/certification from Finance/Accounting Unit for average
period for release of payments for procurement contracts;
k. Summary of Annual Audit Report (AAR) on Actions on Prior Years
Audit Recommendations (APYAR), if any;
l. At least one (1) laptop;
m. Extension cord; and
n. Travel/ Office Order authorizing the representatives to participate
in the training.
