My Story

Today's sedentary lifestyle and the pressures of the world get to many of us, resulting in inviting many
lifestyle diseases, which become chronic over the years. Its a vicious cycle that we cannot break
because one leads to another and each feeds the other, making it almost impossible to get out.
Chronic issues like Cardio Vascular Diseases, Backpains, Asthma, Fatigue, Diabetes are a few of the
multitude issues that we all are facing.
I too had gotten into this cycle with my stress full work and sedentary life style, inviting Asthma,
HyperTension, Obesity & thereby losing productive work days and energy, until I found the Ancient
science & technology of Yoga. If you follow the simple steps that I am going to lay out for you, you can
come out of all these issues and more without having to be dependant on "Pills for Ills" and surgical
interventions.
Here's How to get started:

Step1: Understand what your ailment is


Each of us have a unique body, but a common ailment which many across the world suffer from,
whether its Hypertension, Asthma, Backpains, Diabetes, Allergies
Step2: Understand what Yoga is
Yoga is not religion. Yoga is for everybody. It can help anyone achieve the goals of happiness & health,
just by following the simple steps and re-architecting your lifestyle by bringing in changes to your diet
and way of life.

Step3: Understand How Yoga can help your particular ailment


Yoga is a science. Yoga can be used for general fitness, to become beautiful, to be more energetic, to
become spiritual, to become balanced, to become energetic, and it can also be used to cure diseases
that can be, else help us endure them better, that cannot be.
Across the world, Yoga is being used by different people for different needs. There are many case
studies across the word where people have used Yoga to achieve their objectives. Halle Berry reversed
her Diabetes using Yoga, Some one has used Yoga to reverse their CVD or Obesity or Back / Spine
related issues. You too can!
Step4: Therapeutic Yoga:
Therapeutic Yoga is the technology that would help one use the science of Yoga to alleviate and address
the problems caused by various ailments. Special emphasis is there on Asanas (Exercises), Pranayama
