The assessment of suitability of any equipment to be installed in a hazardous area is the sole
responsibility of the employer responsible for that hazardous area in accordance with Directive
1999/92/EC
EXHEAT Industrial Ltd is unable to accept responsibility for failure of any heater or heating element
attributable to corrosion as the factors affecting this are out of our control. This heater should be
horizontally mounted and must be fully immersed whilst in operation.
This quotation is subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale (A copy of which is available upon request). All
standard stock items returned to EXHEAT which are not faulty will be subject to a 50% cancellation and handling
charge. Non-standard items which are in full working order will be non-refundable. Prices quoted are ex works.
Our goods are warranted for a period of 18 months from the date of despatch or 12 months from putting into
service, whichever is the earlier.
