Thereissomethingaboutwiththanksgivingandinthanksgiving.WeneedthepeaceofGodeverydayinyourlife.We
needtheGodofpeacewithusdaily.WeneedGodsprotectionandHisholinessdaily.Thereisthingsinyourlifethat
youneedtoleaveyouandhereisapromisethatGodwilldoitforyouandnotyou.Godwillkeepyoublamelessifyou
rejoiceandbethankful.Youmustprayandnotbeanxiousfornothing.Anxietyistheoppositeofpeace.Ifyouare
anxious,youvelostthepeace.Getridofit.

Goddoesnotsayyoumustrejoiceandprayandgivethanks.Hesaysthatyoumustrejoiceandpraywiththanksgiving.
Itisnotaseparatething,butacombinedthing.Itsaysthatyoumustgivethanksineverything.InEphesians6Godsays
thatyoumustputonthewholearmourofGodandthenaboveallyoumusthavetheshieldoffaith.Thatisthe
coveringofthewholething.Thesamewaytheineverythingandwiththanksgivingcoversthewholething.

Youcanprayandaskforthings,butwithitthanksgivingmustaccompanyit.Thedifferencebetweensimplybegging
andaskingandtheprayerwiththanksgivingisthatthefirstiswithoutfaith.YoubelievethatsomedayperhapsGodwill
answeryou,butwhenyouputthankswithit,youputfaithintoyourprayerandthankGodbeforehandfortheanswer.
Thanksgivingisfaithinaction.Hebrews11:1saysnowfaithinthesubstanceofthethingsthatyouhopeforandthe
evidenceofthethingsthatyoudonotsee.Faithisnotforsomethingyoualreadygot.

YounormallysaysThankyouwhensomeonegaveyousomething.WhenyouthankGodthatHehearsyourprayer,
youactuallyreceivetheanswertotheprayer.IoncesawavisionofIsaiah6wheretheangelscriedHoly,Holyand
thentheysaidthewholeearthisfilledwiththegloryofGod.Wedonotyetseealltheearthfilledwiththeglory,butI
sawinthevisiontherewasaroundcloudthatwasreadytoburst.AsIcameclosertherewaswrittenonthecloud
PrayerandIrealizedthatprayerwasanawesometoolinthehandsofGod.Godshowedmethatalotofglorywas
revealedthroughtheagesthroughtheprayerofmenandwomen.Thenanothercloudcameanditwasnamed
Praise.Heshowedmethatformanyyearspeopledidnotpraise,butcomplained.Manychurchesweresosombre
anddarkforyears,becausetheyprayedalot,buttheydidnotpraise.Whenpraisecameintothechurchthe
charismaticrenewalstartedandmoreglorywasrevealed.Thentherewasathirdcloud,butitwasnotbig.WhenIlook
closelyanditsaidThanks.Godthentoldmethatthatcloudmustbecomeliketheothertwoandthingswillstart
happening.ThewholeearthwillbefilledwiththegloryofGod.

Wemuststarttorealizethepowerofthanksgivingandstopcomplainingandbeanxious.GotoGodbyfaithandthank
Him.ItisnotprayingandthenthanksHim,butpraywiththanksgiving.Yourattitudebecomesthanksgiving.Itisnot
thankingHimbecauseyouveprayed,butthankingHimwhileyoupray.Itisthanksgivingprayers.

WeuseclichslikemagnifyandpraiseGod.MagnifymeansthatyoumakeGodsobiginyourestimationthatnothing
willtouchyouthatGodcannothandle.HeissobiginyourmindthatthereisnothingtoobigforHimthatHecannot
do.NothingisimpossiblewithGod.Withmenitcanbeimpossible,butnotwithGod.MagnifyGod.Psalm69:30says
thatyoumagnifyGodwiththanksgiving.ThanksgivingismagnifyingGod.

Hebrews13:15saysletuscontinuallyofferasacrificeofpraise.ThatisthefruitofthelipsthatconfessHisNamethat
isthanksgiving.Thanksgivingispraise.YoupraiseGodwhenyouthankHimforthecrossandtheblood.Youmagnify
HimbythankingGodforthethingsthatyoudonotyethave.FaithistomagnifyGodinthankingHimforthethings
thatyoudonotyethave.

InthepresenceofGodthereisfullnessofjoy.(Psalm16:11)Youdonotstruggletorejoice,prayandpraiseinthe
