Hello, On behalf of Weld County Emergency Management I would like to thank you for your support for our Whole Community Immersion (training and exercise) Course (WCIC). You may know that early on during the planning of the course we understood that we were able to accept a check or payment directly to the County. However, due to some concerns from our County Attorney's office regarding a conflict of interest, it has been recommended that we partner with a non-profit organization to help with this process. We have a great partnership with United Way - Weld County and we are working with them to help with the donations. My request is to have you issue/reissue your check to United Way of Weld County. In the memo or note please indicate the funds are for the Weld County Whole Community immersion Course or WCIC. Check to: United Way of Weld County Purpose: Whole Community Integration Training - WCIC Address: United Way - PO Box 1944 Greeley, Colorado 80631 United Way of Weld County EIN number is 846011918 We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have. Thank you for your support. Roy Rudisill - Director
