Candidate 7917 is an accomplished, meticulous Human Resources
Professional and Workforce Analyst, with a wealth of experience across
Government and tertiary sectors. This candidates corporate style, work
ethic and team commitment comes backed by over 10 years of
professional endorsements and management appraisal.
This candidate is available immediately to work throughout Perth metro in
a short or long term capacity.
This tertiary educated Candidate recently completed a three year contract in
State Government under the Department of Aboriginal Affairs (DAA), providing
high-level HR consultancy, workforce planning and HR systems analysis to the
Agency.
Prior to working with DAA, the Candidate was employed in the tertiary sector at
Curtin University for ten years across multiple disciplines; having held the
position of Workload Consultant under the Business Support Unit, then going
onto work as Senior HR Administrator and Interim School Business Manager
under Humanities.
Throughout their employment at Curtin University, this decorated Candidate was
the recipient of two professional and executive staffing awards and was
honoured with a nomination for the Annual Vice Chancellors Medal.
Candidate 7917 is a strong provider of corporate support services with practical
skills in consulting, guiding and coaching multiple stakeholders on all manner of
Human Resource matters including but not limited to:

Employee relations
Interpretation, application and compliance with relevant legislation/modern
awards and agreements
Performance management (including draft of performance improvement
plans and mediation)
Onboarding and offboarding (induction and separation management)
Aboriginal employment strategies, including attraction and retention
Grievances, investigations, workforce planning, OHS, HRIS, remuneration
and many more.
In addition to this experience, the Candidate also holds certificates in project
management, frontline management, Occupational Health & Safety (OHS),
recruitment and selection, BIPERS classification determination, and a number of
HRM systems, business intelligence and reporting tools.
As well as a strong HR Consultancy acumen, the Candidate has a proven
expertise in HR analytics, data mining and workforce reporting. Having
developed a number of various metrics, models and tools that have driven
strategic and procedural change at the executive level, the Candidate always
fosters continuous improvement in Human Resource services.
