Issues and challenges of Employment and Un-Employment: A critical Analysis


ABSTRACT:
India is the second most populated country in the world and India is a developing country too.
India is facing many problems like unemployment & corruption, poverty etc, .Employment means
earning money for him and his family. There are many types of employments, like self employed
or work under employer. Many of the companies are recruiting well qualified Individuals. In India
many of the people are purely basing on the employments like agriculture ,business etc., while
some other are working as the laborers .There are some professions that need educational
qualification, they are: Doctors, lawyers, Teachers, Engineering Etc., Unemployment means a
person willing to work but unable to find a qualified job. Many of graduated students and skilled
people dont get jobs. Due to unemployment we are wasting our countrys human resource.
When person gets job, while in their employment, they are facing many problems.
During the employment, work and colleagues harassment. Lack of job security in fields like
computer engineers, Information technology and other various fields. When we consider
unemployed people, they dont even get proper facilities and their family; their social status
will be decreased in the society when compared to employed people. They didnt even get
proper food. .There are many schemes which are introduced by the government to protect the
unemployed people and improve the working skills in them. There are many laws to protect
the employed women and men during the employment some of the amendments have also
came into existence to protect their interest, in their respective jobs. Much of talent is being
wasted in our country.

SYNOPSIS
INTRODUCTION:

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY:
The research method obtained for this project is doctrinal research method. Research is
includes the secondary sources like gathering of the data from the existing information like
books, journals, articles, newspapers, on- line data. And documents related to the topic
available on online.

RESEARCH QUESTIONS:

What are the reasons causing the unemployment?


What are the problems faced by the employee in the course of employment.

HYPOTHESIS:
Here the study starts with the initiative of the legal issues of employment and
unemployment. This has been an initial statement i.e. hypothesis (required to prove)
OBJECT OR AIM OF THE STUDY:
The object of the researcher regarding the topic lies in the movies dealing with the
socio legal issues and also their perspectives.

SCOPE OF STUDY:
The researcher goes along with the case laws and the issues related to it in detail. Here
the researcher limited to the books and some of the web sources and will make a detailed
study.
SIGNIFICANCE AND BENEFITS OF THE STUDY:
The significance of the study is to understand the issues and challenges faced by
employment and unemployment in society and which laws are protected by law. And the
benefit of the study is challenges faced by both employed and unemployed persons of the
society and know solutions in legal aspects.
