SECTION 1: Findings
Congress makes the following findings:
1) In September 11, 2001, an Islamic orchestrated terrorist attack on the
World Trade Centre in New York City, New York took place
2) There have many Islamic terrorist attacks on the United States of
America in the 21st century, most recently the Orlando Shooting, which just
took place on June 12th, 2016
3) Islamic Extremism grows in countries where Islam is commonly
practices, mainly in the Middle East
4) There are Middle Eastern Immigrants that are not being watched by
the government that are all potential threats to American citizens.
SECTION 2: Purpose
The purpose of this bill to have government surveillance of immigrants from high-risk
countries that have committed terrorist attacks on the United States of America or
countries which have the potential to carry out terrorist attacks on the United
States of America, most especially those from the Middle East and Muslim
dominated countries. This is to make sure that everyone can stay safe in this
ever increasing dangerous world we live in.
SECTION 3: General Provisions
Every immigrant from the Middle East, or any immigrant that identifies as a Muslim,
has to undergo strict security measures before being allowed into The United
States of America. They have to have no prior contact or affiliation with any
known terrorist groups, undergo psychological evaluations and have to have at
least 2 American citizens to confirm they are not a terrorist. They then have to
have 5 years of strict government surveillance in which the government can
monitor them however they think necessary. During this time, the government is
allowed to have random checks on the immigrants property without permission
and can imprison them if any illegal, illicit or suspect objects are found.
The immigrant cannot at any point be allowed to own any firearms or chemicals that
are used in making any explosives of any kind, including IEDs.
SECTION 4: Definitions
Immigrant- someone who entered the United States of America with the intention
to live or work there for life.
Middle East- countries that are located primarily in western Asia, Northern
Africa and South-Eastern Europe. They include but are not limited to
Afghanistan, Egypt, Iran, Turkey, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Syria, UAE, etc.
Muslim- a follower of the Islamic religion
