Discussion:
Staffing Module
Discuss about how to configuration and the business flow and system flow.
Discuss more about how interface data with SAP/SHARP global system, and there are more details will
discuss in period implement.
There are more discussion and almost Cadena HRM system already available for business needs.
Customer expect the system also for employee request early working in period maternity leave and also
for line manager and HR team approval before go to work (also allow attach the document on request).
Allow request overtime on business trip
The customer have about 300 shifts and have 20 HR staffs involve to work and control the time
attendance in the system.
The roster function (Time-sheet planning) will discuss more in period implement the project to suitable
for the users behavior in factory.
The HRM need consider to adjust the behavior of function analyze time attendance. I already check with
Insurance Module
Payroll Module
the technical teams and they are sure the system will not lost session with this function.
The customer expect the system support a function or report show the list of meal order for employee
have work in a factory. Cadena explain the solution and will discuss more during implement period.
Current, customer use the Tinh Hoa (terminal, time attendance system) to control the time-sheet for
employee in factory. Mondelez will provide the infrastructure and Cadena will provide the solution to
inherit the resource and easy to integration system in period implement. Base Cadena have more
experience to integration with Tinh Hoa system.
There are group of employees have different policy. The system adapt to flexible to configuration
dynamic the policy

The bonus incentive, 13th salary, MIS bonus will discuss more in period implement
Cadena explain more how the solution interface cost center, GL work and Mondelez will discuss with
global team and explain the requirement in period implement
The Personal Income Tax by law and the Cadena system already available this function.
ESS Module
There are more discussions about how system work and how to configuration work flow approval for
kind of information which system have support.
The customer expect the ESS-Leave allow for employee (pregnancy employee from 7 th month have total
working hour per day equal seven) request to adjust period take off maternity leave for working early.
The customer expect the system allow adjust leave by shift (in case the shift have changed). Cadena
will discuss more in period implement
