The course covers introduction to the core and various sub modules of Human Resource
here

Management application of SAP ERP. This is an state of the art SAP application that covers a
range of HRM functions like Personal Management and Administration, Recruitment, Personal
Development, Benefits, Compensation Management, Payroll Management, Training and
Development, Succession Planning, Performance Evaluations, Event Management and
Organization Management.
The course covers and introduction and few basics of most of the above sub-modules
Learning Outcomes:
After doing this course, participants shall be able to
- understand the basics of HRM functions and their configuration in SAP ERP
- understand organizational structure and relevant master data items under HCM
application
- understand various elements of SAP GUI and its HCM application
- execute basic HCM transactions in SAP ERP
Teaching Methodology:
- Lectures with power point presentations
- Discussions
- Hands On Practice on SAP ERP made available to IBA through SAP UAP program
Course Duration:
Starting 3rd July, 2014; 6-8pm, twice a week (Monday & Thursday)
