into the theaters Tessitura sales and reservation software system. Hired, scheduled, and train top-performing box
office personnel. Troubleshoot all seating issues, exchanges, or other problems arising on show days. Produce
show settlements and present them to the executive director for sign-off. Preside over 8 fulltime employees.
