Description of how to implement in the class: The students will use the Google
Forms as a survey. In the survey they will choose between 5 different categories. The
categories are fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat, and grains. There are 4 different options
under every category. The students will pick the one that their families most
frequently buy. This helps students with reading the categories and choosing
something for each category.
Level of Technology Implementation (LoTi): This is LoTo level 3 which is infusion.
The produce products that are interesting and and meaningful. Once the students
complete the survey then they will be able to go over it during class.
Description of the sample spreadsheet and graph/chart provided *: The
students will see the survey on Google Forms. Once they submit their answers then
we will go over in class the different answers. To go deeper into the LoTo levels we can
create a bar graph to see what piece of food was bought the most for each category.
