GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:
The students will be able to: Prepare an exploration proposal that formulates the content and parameters of an individual design process,
and that includes a plan of how the proposal will be undertaken.

Today we will be learning about the


structure on an Exploration
Proposal, and some methods to
begin formulating different ideas.
Through your explorations you will
also learn how to develop your own
personal aesthetic. Your EP needs to
satisfy Outcome 1 in Unit 3.
You will be given a checklist
handout detailing the main points
you need to address in your EP, and
we will look at some examples of an
EP from previous years. You will be
shown examples of best practice
and what not to do in your EP.
