Divide the class into groups some of them on
the carpet while others in their desks
differentiation according to their learning
style (auditory, visual and kinesthetic.

Great dividing each group has no more than 4
students.
Telling students if they will keep fighting or
making noise she will not giving them points.

Reflection (to be completed after discussion of Peer Review with colleague): e.g. I was
thinking about how am doing my lessons and the point of view who is sitting at the end of the class
and just seeing what occur during the class. She was comfortable and familiar with these type of
observation, also she preferred to takes comments from everyone which is mean she is more than
welcoming us as much as she get comments to improve herself. I feel that she has prepared herself for
the feedback also, with evidence with everything that I asked her about. She felt good about my
assessment and she agree with my points that I told her about. I suggest her to apply the managing
strategy for the activities to avoid students playing and giving each student his own role in the activity
in her next lesson. Yes it was valuable because each one will learn from other experiences.
