Impacts of the Mexican-American War?


Debates over slavery Wilmot Proviso (1846), FreeSoil Party
Wilmot P. would have forbidden slavery in any territory
acquired in the Mexican-A. War THIS WAS A
PROBLEM!!!
Compromise of 1850 fixed this Temporarily anyway!
