Introduction
The below survey is for purposes of collection of information on people who have attended
tournaments and league games in the facility. The results obtained from the survey are for
purposes of marketing the institution to leaders of the local government and sell sponsorship to
national businesses.
Distribution
The distribution of the survey will make use of Transmedia .Transmedia is a technique used to
reproduce different copies of the same media to expand the base of consumers. Transmedia
requires that information be reproduced to suite different platforms ranging from social media,
leaflets and even interviews. For leaflets the data will be delivered by giving out specific people
who are known to attend games in the facility .This regulation is carried out in order to ensure
that the survey has the designated respondents. The games department in the facility will be
consulted to give email addresses of students attending games in the facility and later email
them. In the case of interviews chosen individuals will be interviewed to give their account and
experiences when attending tournaments and league games.
Data Processing
The collected data will be processed before analysis is done. The analysis tools to be used are
Microsoft Excel and SPSS. From the analysis carried out graphs and charts will be drawn. The
graphs and charts will assist in data presentation and hence derive more meaning to the
consumers of the data. More than one analysis will be given for the obtained data and the
measurement for errors will also be released. The processed data will be given to the games
department for approval then released for use of marketing the facility.
