Spaghetti :))

Ingredients
2 lbs. Spaghetti pasta3
(15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 cup tomato paste
1 lb. minced ham
1 1/2 lbs. ground pork
6 to 8 pieces red hotdogs, sliced diagonally
1/2 cup granulated white sugar
1 medium yellow onion, minced
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 cup shredded cheese
2 tablespoons cooking oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Procedure
Cook the spaghetti pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set
aside.
Heat the oil in a cooking pot.
Saute the garlic and onion.
Add the ham. Cook for 3 minutes.
Put-in the ground pork. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
Pour-in the tomato sauce and beef broth. Stir and let boil. Simmer for 60 minutes.
Add the hotdogs and tomato paste. Stir and cook for 10 minutes or until the sauce
thickens.
Put-in the sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir until the ingredients are well incorporated.
Arrange the spaghetti pasta in an individual plate. Pour the meat sauce over the
pasta and top with cheese.

1 pound (0.45 kilograms) sweet Italian sausage (without casing), cooked and
crumbled
1 pound (0.45 kilograms) ricotta or cottage cheese
1 pound (0.45 kilograms) shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 large can sliced mushrooms

Pam or other non-stick cooking spray
2 small or 1 large jar spaghetti sauce
Parmesan or Romano cheese

in a large bowl.

10Add another 1/3 jar of sauce.

INGREDIENTS
1 lb spaghetti
cup heavy cream
4 eggs
lb bacon, cut into -inch dice
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp chopped Italian parsley
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Fill a large soup pot with cold water and add a handful or so of Kosher salt. Stir and
taste; it should taste like seawater. Cover the pot and heat the water until it boils.
Add the diced bacon to a cold saut pan and cook slowly over a low heat for 10 to
15 minutes or until crisp. Remove bacon from pan and drain on paper towels.
Drop the spaghetti into the boiling salted water and cook according to package
instructions, about 6 to 9 minutes or until al dente, or tender but still firm to the
bite.
While the pasta cooks, combine the eggs, cheese, cream and olive oil in a bowl and
beat with a whisk until completely mixed.
Drain pasta, toss with the egg and cream mixture, then add the cooked bacon and
chopped parsley. Serve right away, with additional grated cheese if desired..

375 gm Spaghetti
410 gm Tomato
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 Medium brown onion, chopped finely
500 gm Minced beef
1 Clove garlic, crushed
1/2 Cup tomato paste
1/4 Cup beef stock
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/2 Cup dry red wine
2 tsp Fresh oregano
1 tbsp Fresh basil, finely shredded
How to make Spaghetti Bolognese:
