My students will be using a laptop. We only have one laptop in our


classroom, so I will have to checkout the laptop cart and pair my students up
at each laptop. All students will have mobile device access.

Evaluation: The teacher will formatively assess students while they are using the
apps.
Assessment:

Reading: The student will match upper case letters to the corresponding lower case
letters.
Writing: The teacher will assess the students story maker created writing using
the Heinemann Publishings/Lucy Calkins On-demand writing assessment rubric.
Math: The teacher will ask students to place the specified number of shapes on a
plate (up to 10).
