Warren Miller Entertainment is a film production company located in Boulder, CO.

We
are looking for interns for the Winter and Spring quarters/semester to assist in the
production of our 68th annual skiing and snowboarding feature film. Intern duties will
vary but may include some of the following duties below:

Checking email daily for assignments/tasks, etc.

Keeping a daily journal as well as a log of hours worked

Prepare, ship and track packages

Contact athletes, rental houses, production houses, etc. for updated information,
interviews, and general record keeping

Web based research on locations, athletes, sponsors, clients, etc.

Transcribing and keeping an updated version of the script

Logging and occasionally digitizing footage

Assisting with the continual evolution of the production binders

Picking up and dropping off WM personnel, clients and freelancers at DIA

Picking up and dropping off equipment to our various rental houses

Faxing, copying, sorting, and organizing production related material

Production assistance for the odd day of shooting

Assistance in the organizing and execution of preview screenings, internal and

external

Keeping and continually updating the following:

o Athlete List
o Athlete bio information
o Vendor List
o Cameraman List
o Still Photographer List
o Talent Releases
o Production binders
o Versions of the script
o Now get me some coffee, dammit. Just kidding.

Ask questions when unclear or curious

Ask for and meet deadlines
Always get names and contact information for whomever you deal with
Keep ALL receipts to work related purchases/fees
Volunteer to help when not assigned to another task
