I am currently employed with the Prince Edward Theatre, due to the current production of Miss Saigon
closing we have been alerted of redundancy. Due to the amount of Front of House staff and Backstage
Crew, I cannot be guaranteed a transfer to another theatre. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time working for
Delfont Mackintosh Theatres and would like to continue and further my skills at another theatre in
Londons prestigious West End.
I have always strived to be passionate about the work and commitment I provide when completing a job,
throughout my life I persevere with high aims to do well. I am a constant attendant of the theatre & keep
up-to-date with current and up-coming shows in my spare time. This has given me a large area of
knowledge about the theatre, allowing me to share this information with people.
Though I am confident I am also not afraid to approach other members of staff if uncertain of the answer
to questions asked. I will do my best to seek further help if the task is too great. In my previous work I am
very organised in the working environment keeping data and books in order for customers and colleagues
to access easily. I enjoy using computers and have no fears in operating and learning new systems. I
enjoy working with the general public and there is nothing more satisfying than helping someone in a
positive situation. I find it is self-rewarding when a customer leaves with a smile, it demonstrates a good
performance at work.
I feel if offered the job advertised I could pull all my skills together to work well in this position.

I am currently studying at one of the countrys top drama schools Guildford
School of Acting working towards a degree in Musical Theatre. To get this far I
have received two scholarships but I also have to try to find employment to
help towards the rest of my fee's when I'm not training. In term time I have
covered many positions such as box office, front of house & looking after
VIP's this has provided me with great skills in customer service & customer
satisfaction.
