Eligibility
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS)
F.Sc Pre-Engineering, OR F.Sc. Computer Science or Statistics or A-Level with Mathematics with minimum
of 50% aggregate marks. OR DAE in IT / Computer Technology with at least 60% aggregate marks.
Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering (BSCE)
F.Sc Pre-Engineering / F.Sc. with Computer Science, or A-Level with Mathematics, OR DAE in Computer
Technology securing minimum of 60% aggregate marks.

Applications
Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the admission in BSCS & BSCE, four year degree
programmes for the Fall Session 2016-2020. The admissions will be made purely on merit according to the
schedule given below.

Admission forms may be downloaded from KICSIT website www.kicsit.edu.pk and submitted with application
processing fee Rs. 1000/- (bank draft in favour of Director KICSIT) w.e.f. 11th July 2016 to 05th August 2016 or
Prospectus can be purchased for Rs. 1000/- from following authorized branches:

These filled in forms along with attested copies of documents can either be deposited at KICSIT or can be
posted to KICSIT.

National Testing Service (NTS) NAT-IE, NAT-ICS, Test Score is Required

If You have already taken appropriate NAT and your score is valid by 30 August, 2016 then provide required information.
Otherwise deposit Rs. 700/- along with the application processing Fee for the Customized NTS Test (NAT-IE, NAT-ICS) to
be held on 17th Aug, 2016 by NTS. You will be informed about the test venue and timings.

Schedule of Admission
Receipt of admission forms: .....................................11 th July 2016 to 05th August 2016
NTS Test: NAT-I(test will be conducted on) :..............17th August 2016
Display of First Merit Lists: ..................................... 30th August 2016 or 03 days after the announcement
of results by Federal/Rawalpindi board which ever is later.
Merit List results can be seen at KICSIT website or by calling given phone numbers.
Payment of the Dues.................................................. Within 03 days after display of first merit list.
Commencement of Classes: ..................................... 15 days after display of first merit list.

Fee Concession/Scholorships/Transport/Hostel Facility

Fee Concession
Children of Employees of Strategic Organizations will be given concession in fees & funds as per policy.
Scholarships
a. For the first Semester, a Scholarship of Rs. 10,000/- will be offered to top three students at the time of
admission, provided they obtain more than 70% marks in the final merit list (including F.Sc, DAE and NATI) subject to 10% of total students admitted in the program.
b. For subsequent Semesters, students scoring 1st, 2nd & 3rd positions will have a tuition fee waiver of
100%, 75% and 50% respectively. Students having 3.5 or above GPA are eligible. These Scholarships
are for one semester duration and will be awarded on previous semester result.
c. Limited number of need based scholarships will be given to needy but talented students.
Transport
Transport facility will be available between Rawalpindi / Islamabad / Humak and Kahuta on specific routs on
payment.
Hostel Facility
Limited hostel facility is available for male students.
