Learning Objectives:
On completion of this course, we expect to be able to:
Identify opportunities and threats to a business arising from business
environment
Have an understanding of how business laws, policies, rules and
regulations are formulated
Appreciate legal, social and ethical responsibilities of business
Understand the impact and influence of the business environment on
strategic management within the organization
Learn how business can modify and adjust to business environment
Be able to apply theory to argue for a course of action that managers
could use to influence events
Analyze newspaper reports, media programs etc. on business environment
in the context of Bangladesh
