Hello my name is Meaghan Cluff, I come from a rural farming community by the Mina's

Basin Shore line. My commitment to my educational success, and willingness to help

others has shaped who I am as a person. Throughout my childhood and my high school
years, I wanted to pursue a career in the interior decorating industry. During my grade
twelve year, I did a twelve-month work-placement at an interior decorating shop, where
I had the chance to experience the life as an interior decorator. Having had the
opportunity to experience what an interior decorator was, helped me to realize that it
wasnt what I wanted to do in my future. After plenty of research and joining in on
opportunities at the Nova Scotia Community College to explore different programs, I
found the Tourism Management program to interest me because it has a variety of
opportunities available in the industry.
Being apart of the Tourism Management Program as allowed me to be adventurous and
continue to advance in the Tourism Industry, and to be able to further my passion for
meeting new people from all over the world. Someday I want to get into the airline
industry, where I can expand my energetic personality to help others have an
exceptional experience.
