Angels are older than time, have observed the lives of all mankind on planet earth, experienced
rebellion and its horrible affects on mankind and the fallen angels who were kicked out of heaven
with Lucifer the cherubim angel.
The word angel means messenger or a herald and another word for angels is sons of God. The
most popular name for angels in the bible is host, translated as angel armies and is a Hebrew
number which means an army without number. There are plenty of angels to work alongside us in
the earth.
Angels are used by God as messengers, warriors and servants. Angels are Gods agents sent to the
earth to minister to each and every one of Gods children. It gives God pleasure for us to receive the
ministry of angels and angels desire to release to believers in Christ all of the benefits of Christ to
them. Angels are our heavenly co-workers in the Kingdom and our friends.
I want you to see from this study of angels how important angels are to you, discerning angels are on
the earth today to minister to you and help you carry out the plan of God for your life on this earth.
Angels are supernatural creatures sent to make things easier so that we can get more accomplished
for Kingdom purposes. We must realize we need their help!
A part of our spiritual inheritance Jesus purchased for us by His own blood was the ministry of
angels. Christ died to bring the invisible world of heaven into our lives where angels, Gods ministers
exist for us. The greatest unemployment scandal on planet earth today is the unemployment of
Gods supernatural angels.
Hebrews 1:14 tells us,

Heb 1:14 Are they (angels) not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs
of salvation? KJV
This scripture in Hebrews 1:14 is the main scripture I want you to pay attention to because that is the
reason angels are in the earth today to look after the believers in Christ on the earth.
Angels are called watchers in the scriptures. As watcher angels they are looking out for believers
all over this earth and they are able to reveal international crisis and international needs. They are
the scouts of God who examine and observe things on the earth including the enemys territory.
Zech 1:11 We have walked to and fro through the earth, and, behold, all the earth sitteth still, and is
at rest. KJV
Daniel called angels watchers. They are surveying the whole earth and guarding and watching over
us.
Dan 4:13 I saw in the visions of my head upon my bed, and, behold, a watcher and an holy one came
down from heaven; KJV
So angels are very important in keeping us safe while we are in the earth.
We may not know the best way to get through a situation so God has promised the counsel of the
Holy Spirit, He has given us principles from the Word of God we can apply to life situations and He
also has given us angels to accompany us everywhere and in all situations to get us through those
tough and challenging times.
They will speak to us at times and we will hear a voice like behind us saying This is the way to
go. No, dont do that. No, dont move there. This is the job for you. Or you might just feel,
This is not right. This isnt what I should do. They are here to help us go in the right direction and
make the best choices.
God doesnt want us to be constantly in turmoil and make continual messes of our lives, so the angels
are sent to interact with us and speak to us words of wisdom or Gods direction for our lives. They go
before us and keep us in all of our ways.
Ps 91:11 For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. KJV
When an angel speaks to you it is almost like a suggestion. But when the Holy Spirit speaks He speaks
very clearly and it is definitely God speaking to you. When an angel speaks to you it sounds like a
person anointed by the Holy Spirit so much so that it sounds like a friends voice or a familiar voice to
you.
If we do not study the Word of God and see that angels are our inheritance in Christ we will go
through a lot of hardships we could have avoided if we had the assistance and ministry of angels.
Rom 10:17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. KJV
As we study and hear more about angels, just like any other subject in the bible, faith will arise in us
to receive the supernatural ministry, assistance of angels and then cooperate with them. There are
certainly a lot of angels that are unemployed simply because believers have been afraid to associate
with angels or just plain didnt know they were here to help them. We should know that we can
enjoy the companionship of angels just like we enjoy the presence and companionship of the Holy
Spirit on the earth and receive their help just as we depend on the Holy Spirit. Angels work is not over
until they carry us to heaven. Many people think we should not study angels and we need to be
careful that we might end up worshipping angels and get our eyes off of Jesus. And yes, we certainly
should never worship angels but we should know about angels and know they are here to serve us
and help us get the Kingdom work finished so Christ can return. God gave us a lot of information
about angels in the bible and so it must be important that we know about angels. We shouldnt be
afraid to study anything in the bible. And so led by the Holy Spirit we can receive angels into our lives
and anything else the Lord has placed here on earth for us and realize angels are God sent to help
us. So we need not be afraid of angels.
We should not be afraid we will get into worshipping angels if we encounter them and go ahead and
interact with them because if they are really angels of God they will not allow us to worship them.
Rev 19:10 Then I fell at his feet to worship him. But he said to me, "Do not do that; I am a fellow
servant of yours and your brethren who hold the testimony of Jesus; worship God. For the testimony of
Jesus is the spirit of prophecy." NASU
God alone is to be worshipped and angels do not want to be worshipped because they remember
what happened to Lucifer (Satan) and a third of their fellow angels when they tried to take Gods
throne and they all were thrown out of heaven. So no angel of God will allow you to worship them
and if there appeared a creature and wanted your worship then you can count on it that it is a
demon.
Angels are here to help us. They are sent from God to minister to us. Just as Satan has demons doing
his kingdom work God has angels as agents of the Kingdom of God to help us with Gods Kingdom
work on earth.
Like never before we need to take heed to what the bible tells us, that our focus and our attention are
not to be on the things we can pick up by our natural senses but our focus and our attention must be
on heavenly things, seeing the things that are eternal in the spirit realm and angels are a part of that.
Col 3:1 If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the
right hand of God. KJV
2 Cor 4:18 Since we consider and look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen;
for the things that are visible are temporal (brief and fleeting), but the things that are invisible are
deathless and everlasting. AMP
It is the desire of our Father God that we have our spiritual eyes open to see beyond the natural realm
and into the realm of the spirit where our help comes from and angels are a part of that spiritual help
we need every single day. We just dont know how many demons and their assignments and demonic
plans there are against us every single day and so we need these supernatural beings to come along
side us and warn us, war for us in the heavenly and protect us. Angels are here to see that our
assignment is not cut short by some demonic attack on us that takes us out before our assignment is
finished. They will help us complete our assignment for the Kingdom of God and then take us home
to heaven. Angels stay with us all the way to heaven.
God wants us to have faith in angels and their ministry in the earth for us and so I pray this material
will cause faith to arise in you for the ministry of angels in your life.
We dont have to be afraid of getting into error while interacting with angels for we have the Word of
God and the Spirit of Truth that will guide us in the proper spiritual interaction with angels.
The angel told Apostle John on the Isle of Patmos, I am a fellow servant of yours. So they are colaborers with us and we can and we must interact with them.
When we study angels we need to begin our study in Hebrews chapter 1 so that our study of angels is in the
proper context.
Heb 1:3-6 When He had made purification of sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high, 4
having become as much better than the angels, as He has inherited a more excellent name than they. 5 For to
which of the angels did He ever say, "YOU ARE MY SON, TODAY I HAVE BEGOTTEN YOU"? And again," I WILL BE
A FATHER TO HIM AND HE SHALL BE A SON TO ME"? 6 And when He again brings the firstborn into the world,
He says, "AND LET ALL THE ANGELS OF GOD WORSHIP HIM." NASU
Angels just like us are supposed to worship God and they are not to be worshipped. Only Jesus Christ has the
right to be worshiped for He is King over all the angels.
Col 2:18 Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, KJV
Heb 1:7-14 And of the angels He says, "WHO MAKES HIS ANGELS WINDS, AND HIS MINISTERS A FLAME OF
FIRE." 8 But of the Son He says, "YOUR THRONE, O GOD, IS FOREVER AND EVER, AND THE RIGHTEOUS SCEPTER
IS THE SCEPTER OF HIS KINGDOM. 9 "YOU HAVE LOVED RIGHTEOUSNESS AND HATED LAWLESSNESS;
THEREFORE GOD, YOUR GOD, HAS ANOINTED YOU WITH THE OIL OF GLADNESS ABOVE YOUR COMPANIONS."
10 And, "YOU, LORD, IN THE BEGINNING LAID THE FOUNDATION OF THE EARTH, AND THE HEAVENS ARE THE
WORKS OF YOUR HANDS; 11 THEY WILL PERISH, BUT YOU REMAIN; AND THEY ALL WILL BECOME OLD LIKE A
GARMENT, 12 AND LIKE A MANTLE YOU WILL ROLL THEM UP; LIKE A GARMENT THEY WILL ALSO BE CHANGED.
BUT YOU ARE THE SAME, AND YOUR YEARS WILL NOT COME TO AN END." 13 But to which of the angels has
He ever said, "SIT AT MY RIGHT HAND, UNTIL I MAKE YOUR ENEMIES A FOOTSTOOL FOR YOUR FEET"? 14 Are
they not all ministering spirits, sent out to render service for the sake of those who will inherit salvation? NASU
Hebrews 1 is showing us the right perspective we are to have concerning angels. Jesus rules over all things and
that means angels as well. Jesus is the One to be worshipped and angels worship Him. They love and adore
our Lord Jesus
Angels have their assignment and that is to be ministers or servants of the Most High God and serve us as well.
As never before we need to join forces with these supernatural beings and learn how to cooperate with them.
Angels are here to bring us into deeper revelation, wisdom, and experience in the spirit realm and help us gain
understanding and power in the Holy Spirit.
We must realize that we need angels to protect us, guide us, encourage us, bring prosperity to us, give us
messages from God, bring the joy of God into the atmosphere in our homes or wherever we may be, help us
reach people for the Kingdom, war against the demonic above the earth and in the earth and much, much
more. So lets quit being religious and quit being afraid of working with the angels and start expecting to
encounter them on a regular basis.
Angels can show up when things look absolutely hopeless and nothing is working out for us. That happened in
the bible to Hagar when she and her son got kicked out of Abrahams house. She was destitute and the angel
came to help her. They are here to help you in your desperate times as well. We have to remember we are
not our own and we belong to the Lord, our life is in Him and so angels are to help us in any and every
situation if we expect them and ask for their help. The angel prospered Hagar in this situation and helped her
find water.
Gen 21:19-20 And God opened her eyes, and she saw a well of water; and she went, and filled the bottle with
water, and gave the lad drink. 20 And God was with the lad KJV
In these end times we cannot afford to live as mere human beings but instead we must live as the supernatural
beings we were made to be in the new creation in Christ Jesus and operate out of the realm of the spirit. The
Lord is calling each one of us to develop spiritually, be conformed to His image so we walk in the Spirit. (Gal.
5:16) As we learn to walk in the Spirit, we like the Apostle Paul, can encounter visitations from the Lord and
angelic hosts, work more and more signs and wonders and get the attention of multitudes and bring the
multitudes to Christ (Mark 16:17), experience being taken up in the spirit to the third heaven and grow
accustomed to Gods Presence. This is Gods desire for us now more than ever.
More than ever before God is giving us understanding of the spirit realm we are to operate in and out of in
these last days by uncovering the unseen realm and giving us clear understanding of what part angels have in
our lives in these end times so we can cooperate with them. The bible tells us we are not to fix our eyes on
things that are seen (now more than ever) but on the things that are not seen (heavenly realm) for the things
that are seen are temporary but the things unseen are eternal. (2 Cor 4:18) God wants our spiritual eyes to be
opened so we can see into the realm of His spirit and have faith in the ministry of angels so we cooperate with
them in their ministry on this earth and partner with them so His will be done on the earth as it is in Heaven
The Word of God, the Bible, must always be our guide to show us how to live out of the realm of Heaven and
how we are to associate and interact with angels.
Again I want to tell you that angels are here to bring us into deeper revelation, wisdom, and experience in the
spirit realm and help us gain understanding and power in the Holy Spirit.
To begin to understand the importance of the ministry of angels in our lives we have to understand that God
our Father has sent His heavenly host from heaven so that we can have heavens assistance so that we are not
just surviving on this earth as a mere men/women. After realizing how important it is to God and to us why
angels are here we should be appreciative of their presence in our lives, love them and always cooperate with
them.
Of course, again I need to say it, we are not to adore or worship angels even though they are awesome
creatures. And as I mentioned before true God angels would not allow worship but demons posing as angels
will desire your worship and they will allow it.
I am reminded of the Apostle John who tried to worship an angel recorded in the book of Revelations but the
angel would not allow it.
Rev 19:10 And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant,
and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of
prophecy. KJV
True angels of God will not allow you to worship them but demons posing as angels will encourage it.
Think of angels in this manner, they are Gods angels or heavens agents who love God and they worship Him
and they want us to worship Him, the true and living God. They know what happened to Lucifer now Satan
when he tried to take over the throne of God and got kicked out of heaven, so they will not allow you to
worship them.
The ministry of angels is a part of our spiritual inheritance we received through Christs finished work.
In these dangerous times on earth we are going to see, I believe, more operation of demons, experience the
anti-Christ spirit of hate towards believers in Christ and also the hate and opposition of the secular society
against the Church and so the Church needs the supernatural resources of heavenly assistance. We need to
know who they are and know we can have and must have a relationship with angels daily.
We have to come to realize that there is an unseen, invisible war going on around us. Our defeated enemy,
although they have already lost, they are going to stand their ground and to take from us what is rightfully
ours in Christ. The enemy is going to try to keep us worn out through day to day struggles and try to bring us
into deep depression and try to crush us on every side and make things look totally impossible. So we need
the warring angels to fight with our enemy so that the plan of God for our lives is not thwarted.
Knowing the angels are here and knowing what these angels are capable to do for us, which is supernatural,
we can put them to work us. This is not the time for us to be living by our own wisdom, strength and
ability. We need the help of these supernatural agents from heaven to work with us and minister to and for
us.
Angels see us as the sons and daughters of God and heirs of all things. Let that sink in for a moment. THEY
KNOW US AS SONS AND DAUGHTERS OF GOD AND HEIRS OF ALL THINGS. They see us, just as the bible
declares it, as joint-heirs with Christ. They also see us, as the bible tells us, reigning in life with Christ
already. Let that sink way down deep into your heart.
Angels get so excited when sinners come into the Kingdom and they rejoice. They rejoiced when we all got
born again.
Luke 15:10 Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that
repenteth. KJV
You can see from that scripture that they love us.
Angels cant possible save us and bring us into the Kingdom but they rejoice at our born again
experience. They were present when you got born again whether you knew it or not or even heard them, but
they rejoiced when you received Jesus as your Savior.
The holy angels of God are our allies, watchers, and our guardians every hour of every day while we are on
earth and out of their love for us they protect us from the evil and harm if we will cooperate with them and
listen to them.
Ps 34:7 The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them. KJV
Ps 91:11-12 For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. 12 They shall bear thee
up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone. KJV
Heavenly angels know your name and address and they care that you are safe and sound. Because you are not
just a name or a number with Father God, you are personally assigned angels to keep you in all of your ways.
Angels are to tell you by the spirit how to handle things such as finances. They desire that you be blessed and
bless the Kingdom of God. They are from this Kingdom and so they want it to flourish and you to be
blessed. They are here to advise us in all areas of our lives including finances and so we need to listen to God
speak to us as well as His messenger angels. They have lived on this planet for a long time and so they possess
a lot of wisdom.
Without the help of these heavenly creatures we will live defeated lives. In the spiritual dimension, the
heavenly realm there is a lot more difficult war raging than any war on this earth. There are demons that are
set up over nations and people and business and so we need angelic help in this invisible spirit realm. Angels
face a common enemy with us and so they share with us an allegiance and loyalties and operate together with
us in the enemys territory. The bible tells us that Satan is the god of this world, this worlds system and so we
need the help of warring angels. If we ask for their help they are here to help us daily defeat the demonic
plans set up to defeat us in our lives. The angels are available to us 24/7 so we are not alone in all the
challenges we face day after day. The bible tells us we do not fight against flesh
Eph 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the
rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. KJV
Our daily fight is not with people but demons of the kingdom of darkness. It is true we have the armor of God
to use against our enemy but God also has given us angelic forces, angel allies to assist us and war in the
heavenly dimension for us. We cannot make it without the assistance of angels.
Demons are agents of Satan just as angels are agents of God. Demons assist those who are not born again and
are citizens of the kingdom of darkness.
The Church has been ignorant of what is going on around them in the spirit realm with the presence of angels
and demonic spirit and so the angels will not come without our knowledge, permissions and our orders and
that is exactly what has helped the enemy to defeat us and then we blame God, get mad and offended at God
when it was our ignorance that defeated us.
2 Cor 4:16 Therefore we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is
being renewed day by day. NKJV
Even though we are living in a body yet our inward man, spirit man will live on forever and is connected to the
spirit realm where angels exist and through their aid and supernatural assistance we are renewed day by day.
Daniel tells us that the devil is going to wear out the saints in these last days and thats why we need angelic
supernatural help.
Dan 7:25 And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High,
and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the
dividing of time. KJV
So we need to look to heaven and expect supernatural help in these days.
2 Cor 4:16-18 For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and
eternal weight of glory, 18 while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not
seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal. NKJV
We need to be looking and asking for angelic assistance daily.
Ps 103:20 Bless the LORD, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto
the voice of his word. KJV
Angels come when we pray and when we confess the Word of God over our lives and circumstances. They
unceasingly minister to us who are heirs of salvation.
Heb 1:14 Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation? KJV
The angels are always here, even if you do not see them, to guide, direct, give favor, speak Gods instruction
and revelation so that we prosper in all we do.
God told Israel He would send His angel before them to prosper them and he is giving us that promise as well.
Gen 24:7 he shall send his angel before thee, KJV
Gen 24:40 And he said unto me, The LORD, before whom I walk, will send his angel with thee, and prosper thy
way; KJV
Dan 3:28 Then Nebuchadnezzar spake, and said, Blessed be the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego,
who hath sent his angel, and delivered his servants that trusted in him, and have changed the king's word, and
yielded their bodies, that they might not serve nor worship any god, except their own God. KJV
Dan 6:22 My God hath sent his angel, and hath shut the lions' mouths, that they have not hurt me: KJV
Acts 12:11 And when Peter was come to himself, he said, Now I know of a surety, that the Lord hath sent his
angel, and hath delivered me out of the hand of Herod, and from all the expectation of the people of the Jews.

Rev 22:6 And he said unto me, These sayings are faithful and true: and the Lord God of the holy prophets sent
his angel to shew unto his servants the things which must shortly be done. KJV
Lets accept, enjoy and appreciate our relationship with angels; who are a part of our inheritance in Christ and
take full advantage of their daily presence and supernatural help.
The English word angel comes from the Greek word angelos and means a messenger or a herald. We
get our word evangelism, the messenger of Good News from that.
Another name for angels is Sons of God. That is why Jesus is called, The Begotten Son of God. The angels
are Gods sons by creation. Jesus Christ was not created for He has been one with the Father throughout
eternity. Begotten means born of the seed of a woman. So the begotten Son of God is the seed of the
Word of God that came into Marys womb and she gave birth to Jesus Christ and that was the miracle, God in
the carnation became a man.
Angels are the sons of God and Jesus is the begotten Son. There is a big difference there because Jesus is
God but the angels are the sons of God and so if we have Christ in us we are Gods children so we are Gods
sons and daughters as well. So that makes us related with the angels.
1 John 3:2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God KJV
Angels are our brothers. We are in the same family.
Angels were created to serve the living God and worship Him day and night, century upon century and eon
upon eon. They do not have freewill as mankind for they were created to serve and worship God only. Satan
and a third of the angels proved angels do have freewill when they tried to take over Gods throne and they
were thrown out of heaven.
We know of at least two archangels, Michael and Gabriel and the rest of the angels are ranked under
them. And like demons, angels are also called principalities, powers, thrones, and dominions. They watch
over regions and cities and churches. Rev 2:8tells us there is an angel assigned to every church because the
letter is written to the angel of the church. Angels are organized in ranks and operate in military fashion and
they operate in order under the authority and will of God.
Angels are sent to the earth to minister to us who are heirs of salvation and are our heavenly co-workers,
fellow servants, and co-labors in the Kingdom work and friends who never tire or give up on us or our
situations and never tire in their ministry to us. They are here on the earth desiring to guide us each step we
take on this earth just as Gods angel guided the children of Israel through the wilderness. They are here to
protect us from demons and their plots against us and also protect us from evil people and terrorists and
terrorists plans, famines, and earthquakes and other natural disasters. Angels are sent from heaven to give us
news or messages from Heaven, our heavenly Headquarters. After all we are ambassadors of Heaven.
The Church in this time MUST REALIZE their impossible task in this hour of time, realize the threat of demonic
activity in the earth to try and stop them and the rising opposition of the secular society that is changing
societys views about God and the truth and relevance of Gods Word. The Church must engage the
supernatural resources made available from heaven for us that include an open heaven we can see and go into
now and release the hosts of Gods angel armies to come and help us. We desperately need Gods
supernatural on our natural.
Billy Graham once said, Angels belong to a uniquely different dimension of creation then we. Limited to the
natural order, we cant even comprehend what they are able to do.
The Church needs to acknowledge these heavenly beings in their lives and put them to work in their lives.
The Church is suffering greatly financially because we have become accustomed to the worlds ways of
finances and now we are suffering along with the world and that is another reason we need the help of angels

in this time. God can and will tell us things about our finances through angels who want to bless us and bring
the Kingdom of Gods prosperity into operation in our lives. So we need to make it a daily practice to listen,
hear and obey the voice of the Lord when He talks to us, as well as His messenger angels, about the best way
to steward our finances for the Kingdom. These creatures have been around here longer than any financial
advisor who could counsel us today in our finances and so they have far getter wisdom to give us.
We have missed many opportunities and advantages in this earth because we were ignorant of the ministry of
angels or just plain didnt listen to them speaking to us. We have been living in our own strength, not
activating the heavenly angels sent to help us.
Isa 1:19-20 If you will only let me help you, if you will only obey, then I will make you rich! TLB
So lets declare today, I ask for the help of angels, cooperate with angels, allow them to help me and Ill also
receive the riches promised in Isa 1:19,20 that come as a result of angels help.
Mark 8:38 Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful
generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the
holy angels. KJV
2 Sam 14:20 To fetch about this form of speech hath thy servant Joab done this thing: and my lord is wise,
according to the wisdom of an angel of God, to know all things that are in the earth. KJV
It is comforting to know that we have along beside us such mighty and powerful and strong beings as angels in
these days.
2 Thess 1:7,8 And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven
with his mighty angels, 8 In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the
gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. KJV
Rev 5:2 And I saw a strong angel KJV
The word strong can be translated force, innate power; so we need to see that we have along with us on
our lifes journey strong and powerful and mighty angels day after day to strengthen and help us.
Rev 18:1 And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the
earth was lightened with his glory. KJV
Lucifer a cherubim angel, now Satan, and a third of the angels were kicked out of heaven for trying to
dethrone God is proof that angels have wills.
Isa 14:12-14 How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the
ground, which didst weaken the nations! 13 For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will

exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the
north: 14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High. KJV
But the angels in heaven now are obedient to God because first they love Him and second they know they
arent offered Gods grace like humans.
Remember the story of Balaam who tried to curse Israel? The angel who tried to stop him had to show a lot of
patience.
Num 22:21-35 And Balaam rose up in the morning, and saddled his ass, and went with the princes of Moab.
22 And God's anger was kindled because he went: and the angel of the LORD stood in the way for an adversary
against him. Now he was riding upon his ass, and his two servants were with him.
23 And the ass saw the angel of the LORD standing in the way, and his sword drawn in his hand: and the ass
turned aside out of the way, and went into the field: and Balaam smote the ass, to turn her into the way.
24 But the angel of the LORD stood in a path of the vineyards, a wall being on this side, and a wall on that side.
25 And when the ass saw the angel of the LORD, she thrust herself unto the wall, and crushed Balaam's foot
against

Here is a scripture in 2 Peter that shows the meekness of angels who do not bring accusation again mankind:
2 Peter 2:11 Whereas angels, which are greater in power and might, bring not railing accusation against them
before the Lord. KJV
Angels are joyful and even laugh and bring Gods joy into our presence.

Angels were created by God and they were present with God when He laid the foundation of the earth and
they were present at Creation.
Col 1:16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, KJV
Job 38:4-7 Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if thou hast understanding.5
Who hath laid the measures thereof, if thou knowest? or who hath stretched the line upon it?6 Whereupon are
the foundations thereof fastened? or who laid the corner stone thereof;7 When the morning stars sang
together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy? KJV
I believe that was the big bang. That was when the music of heaven exploded and it can still be heard, the
echoes of that can be heard today. Angels shouted as God spoke creation into being. So angels possess
wisdom and understand that stretches back beyond the creation of this world.
Angels were there when Adam and Eve fled the Garden, when Noah built the ark, when Moses appeared
before the court of Pharaoh. Angels have seen every birth, marriage, death, and war on planet earth.
Angels are everywhere. They are in heaven and they are in the earth and they are with you right now. They
could be sitting next to you on a bus, train, be next to you in an elevator, at the grocery store, or just
anywhere.
Angels have access to earth through an open heaven by means of obedience to God, our worship and the
Word of God.
Gen 28:12 And he dreamed, and behold a ladder set up on the earth, and the top of it reached to heaven: and
behold the angels of God ascending and descending on it. KJV
This spiritual ladder Jacob saw revealed angels having access to earth and coming and going back to heaven to
help aid and serve the children of God.

Angels live in the realm that is invisible to the natural eye but does exist. This invisible realm is more real than
the natural realm where we perceive things by the five natural senses. But through our spiritual senses we are

You wouldnt want to be on this earth without your angel and other angels looking after you or assisting
you. The recordings in the bible of Gods people interacting with angels and receiving their assistance prove
we need the assistance of angels and I hope you are realizing that more than you ever have before.
Ps 24:1 The earth is the LORD's, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein. KJV
Since the earths fullness and the whole world belong to God, Gods angels doing Gods bidding are dispatched
to every parcel of land, every piece of dirt, every drop of dew, every piece of matter and to us. Angelic hosts
fill the heavens and live in Gods Presence 24/7.
Angels love us as does our dear heavenly Father and so we must be assured we are surrounded by
innumerable angels sent by our Father to minister to us on this spiritual journey through life on planet earth.
Heb 1:14 Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation? KJV
There are angels on planet earth because there are also demons on planet earth who come to kill, steal and
destroy the people of God. We must become more and more aware of their presence to help us so that we
are not destroyed for a lack of knowledge.
Hos 4:6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: KJV
Our warfare is not with flesh and blood and so angels are here to war against the demonic that opposes us on
every single day, every single hour of the day.
The bible reveals to us there are innumerable angels, too many for us to count. And that is good news because
we need all the help we can get in these challenging days. There are plenty of angels to go around to all of us
and so we need to put them to work for us.
Luke 2:13 And suddenly there appeared with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and
saying, NASU
Heb 12:22-23 But you have come to Mount Zion and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, to an
innumerable company of angels, NKJV
Angels out number demons two to one. One third of the angels of heaven were thrown out of heaven with
Lucifer, a cherubim angel, when they tried to take over Gods throne.
Rev 12:1-4 And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under
her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars:2 And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and
pained to be delivered.3 And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having
seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.4 And his tail drew the third part of the stars of
heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be
delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.KJV
All of these angels are subject to God and they are subject to us when we are subject to God and His
Word. Angels will not obey a person who lives out of their soul or is a carnal minded person. They obey the
voice of God and the voice of Gods Word and the bible tells us we are the voice of Gods Word and so when
we confess or declare the Word of God over ourselves and our life situations they are dispatched. Again the

angels are subject to us if we are subject to God and His Word and speak according to Gods Word and the
plans and will of God for us. I hope you see the power of your words here and recognize you must speak
according to what the Word of God declares about you in Christ and also speak according to the plans,
purposes and will of God for you.
Neh 9:6 Thou, even thou, art LORD alone; thou hast made heaven, the heaven of heavens, with all their host,
the earth, and all things that are therein, the seas, and all that is therein, and thou preservest them all; and the
host of heaven worshippeth thee. KJV
We are introduced to the first appearances of angels in the Bible when an angelic visitation took place with an
Egyptian slave girl named Hagar who had fled Abrahams house after conflict with Sarai, Abrahams wife. (Gen
16:7-12)
Gen 16:7-12 And the angel of the LORD found her by a fountain of water in the wilderness, by the fountain in
the
way
to
Shur.
8 And he said, Hagar, Sarai's maid, whence camest thou? and whither wilt thou go? And she said, I flee from
the
face
of
my
mistress
Sarai.
9 And the angel of the LORD said unto her, Return to thy mistress, and submit thyself under her hands.
10 And the angel of the LORD said unto her, I will multiply thy seed exceedingly, that it shall not be numbered
for
multitude.
11 And the angel of the LORD said unto her, Behold, thou art with child, and shalt bear a son, and shalt call his
name
Ishmael;
because

LORD

heard

affliction.
12 And he will be a wild man; his hand will be against every man, and every man's hand against him; and he
shall dwell in the presence of all his brethren.KJV
The angel told Hagar to return to Abrahams house. He told her God would multiply her seed exceedingly. He
revealed she was going to give birth to a son she should name Ishmael and also revealed what kind of man he
would be and his future.
Angels are huge and powerful beings.

There are many different types of angels. Angels do not all look alike. Angels take on many
appearances: They can be the blaze of a crackling brush fire, the flame of a slim wax candle, the wind rattling
against the windows or the gust of a winter storm, the flashes of dancing color, a snake in the tree, or angels
can be in your very midst sitting next to you on the airplane, subway, bus or train looking like regular people.
Heb 13:2 Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares. KJV
Even though people have said they have seen female angels the bible teaches us that angels are
genderless. Jesus taught that in heaven men will be like angels and have no gender. So we cannot call an
angel a male or a female in that sense; but some do appear as males and some appear as females. They have
different appearances but they are not male or female per se.
In Hebrews chapter 1 we read some of the angels are winds and so when they are around you, you could feel
like a wind blowing by you. God has also made angels flames of fire.
Some angels are very strange looking creatures like the living creatures angels.

Angels remaininvisible to us until the Lord permits them to reveal themselves.
Remember in Genesis 19, when the angels came into the city of Sodom, the people thought they were just
ordinary men for they looked just like regular men.
Angels can be frightening to see and that is why in the bible they would say to the people before whom they
appeared, Do not be afraid.
Dan 10:7-12 And I, Daniel, alone saw the vision [of this heavenly being], for the men who were with me did not
see the vision, but a great trembling fell upon them so that they fled to hide themselves.8 So I was left alone
and saw this great vision, and no strength was left in me, for my fresh appearance was turned to pallor; I grew
weak and faint [with fright].11 And [the angel] said to me, O Daniel, you greatly beloved man, understand the
words that I speak to you and stand upright, for to you I am now sent. And while he was saying this word to
me, I stood up trembling.12 Then he said to me, Fear not, Daniel AMP
All the people who saw angels in the bible were afraid, in disbelief and couldnt believe what they were seeing.
Angels carry a lot of the glory of God because they have been in the presence of God for thousands of years.
One type of angels is the seraphim angels and they have six wings and are made up of fire.
We find them first in Isaiah 6.
Isa 6:1-7 In the year of King Uzziah's death I saw the Lord sitting on a throne, lofty and exalted, with the train of
His robe filling the temple. 2 Seraphim stood above Him, each having six wings: with two he covered his face,
and with two he covered his feet, and with two he flew. 3 And one called out to another and said, " Holy, Holy,
Holy, is the LORD of hosts, The whole earth is full of His glory." 4 And the foundations of the thresholds
trembled at the voice of him who called out, while the temple was filling with smoke. 5 Then I said, " Woe is

me, for I am ruined! Because I am a man of unclean lips, And I live among a people of unclean lips; For my eyes
have seen the King, the LORD of hosts." 6 Then one of the seraphim flew to me with a burning coal in his hand,
which he had taken from the altar with tongs. 7 He touched my mouth with it and said, "Behold, this has
touched your lips; and your iniquity is taken away and your sin is forgiven." NASU
Seraphim in the Hebrew means fiery ones. They are made up of fire. They are angels of fire. So if there is
fire there will be smoke and in this scripture in Isaiah 6 the temple was filling with smoke and it was because of
these fiery, seraphim angels. They also ministered with fiery coals from heavens altar and as they were
watching over the fiery altar they took the fiery coal and purged Isaiahs lips. They are the fire bringers.
It will be the seraphim angels in the book of Revelation who throw the fire to the earth.
I believe the seraphim are an order of the cherubim because the word for serpent in the Garden is
seraphim. So Lucifer was both cherubim and one who was ablaze with the glory of God, crying out,
Holy! Holy! Holy!, around the throne of God. It appears there is a direct link between these angels and the
manifest presence of God.
The seraphim angels can show up and you can smell the fire and there are times when people have felt
burnings from their presence in the room and times when they appeared in a room and there is smoke that
comes into the room. The reason for the fire in our presence is they are there with us to do a purging in us,
separating and empowering believers for greater service for God and to bring focus to the glory of God that is
to fill this earth.
Cherubim is the most common term that we hear for angels

Lucifer, now Satan, was once the leading cherubim in heaven. So when he got kicked out of heaven he lost his
assignment on the earth.
Cherubim angels are first mentioned in Genesis and they guarded the tree of life when Adam and Eve were
removed from the Garden of Eden after they had sinned and throughout the bible they guard the glory of God.
We see the ministry of cherubim angels when we read Ezekiel chapter 1.
Ezek 10:1-22 Then I looked, and behold, in the expanse that was over the heads of the cherubim something like
a sapphire stone, in appearance resembling a throne, appeared above them. 2 And He spoke to the man
clothed in linen and said, "Enter between the whirling wheels under the cherubim and fill your hands with coals
of fire from between the cherubim and scatter them over the city." And he entered in my sight. 3 Now the
cherubim were standing on the right side of the temple when the man entered, and the cloud filled the inner
court. 4 Then the glory of the LORD went up from the cherub to the threshold of the temple, and the temple
was filled with the cloud and the court was filled with the brightness of the glory of the LORD. 5 Moreover, the
sound of the wings of the cherubim was heard as far as the outer court, like the voice of God Almighty when He
speaks. 6 It came about when He commanded the man clothed in linen, saying, "Take fire from between the
whirling wheels, from between the cherubim," he entered and stood beside a wheel. 7 Then the cherub
stretched out his hand from between the cherubim to the fire which was between the cherubim, took some and
put it into the hands of the one clothed in linen, who took it and went out. 8 The cherubim appeared to have
the form of a man's hand under their wings. 9 Then I looked, and behold, four wheels beside the cherubim, one
wheel beside each cherub; and the appearance of the wheels was like the gleam of a Tarshish stone. 10 As for
their appearance, all four of them had the same likeness, as if one wheel were within another wheel. 11 When
they moved, they went in any of their four directions without turning as they went; but they followed in the
direction which they faced, without turning as they went. 12 Their whole body, their backs, their hands, their
wings and the wheels were full of eyes all around, the wheels belonging to all four of them. 13 The wheels were

called in my hearing, the whirling wheels. 14 And each one had four faces. The first face was the face of a
cherub, the second face was the face of a man, the third the face of a lion, and the fourth the face of an eagle.
15 Then the cherubim rose up. They are the living beings that I saw by the river Chebar. 16 Now when the
cherubim moved, the wheels would go beside them; also when the cherubim lifted up their wings to rise from
the ground, the wheels would not turn from beside them. 17 When the cherubim stood still, the wheels would
stand still; and when they rose up, the wheels would rise with them, for the spirit of the living beings was in
them. 18 Then the glory of the LORD departed from the threshold of the temple and stood over the cherubim.
19 When the cherubim departed, they lifted their wings and rose up from the earth in my sight with the wheels
beside them; and they stood still at the entrance of the east gate of the LORD'S house, and the glory of the God
of Israel hovered over them. 20 These are the living beings that I saw beneath the God of Israel by the river
Chebar; so I knew that they were cherubim. 21 Each one had four faces and each one four wings, and beneath
their wings was the form of human hands. 22 As for the likeness of their faces, they were the same faces whose
appearance I had seen by the river Chebar. Each one went straight ahead. NASU
The cherubim are a little creepy in appearance but they are awesome creatures.
Here is how their appearance is described in Ezekiel 1:4-14.
Ezek 1:4-14 As I looked, behold, a storm wind was coming from the north, a great cloud with fire flashing forth
continually and a bright light around it, and in its midst something like glowing metal in the midst of the fire. 5
Within it there were figures resembling four living beings. And this was their appearance: they had human
form. 6 Each of them had four faces and four wings. 7 Their legs were straight and their feet were like a calf's
hoof, and they gleamed like burnished bronze. 8 Under their wings on their four sides were human hands. As
for the faces and wings of the four of them, 9 their wings touched one another; their faces did not turn when
they moved, each went straight forward. 10 As for the form of their faces, each had the face of a man; all four
had the face of a lion on the right and the face of a bull on the left, and all four had the face of an eagle. 11
Such were their faces. Their wings were spread out above; each had two touching another being, and two
covering their bodies. 12 And each went straight forward; wherever the spirit was about to go, they would go,
without turning as they went. 13 In the midst of the living beings there was something that looked like burning
coals of fire, like torches darting back and forth among the living beings. The fire was bright, and lightning was
flashing from the fire. 14 And the living beings ran to and fro like bolts of lightning. NASU
Cherubim angels have four faces; face of a man, face of a lion, face of an ox and face of an eagle and their
faces did not turn when they moved but looked straight forward. Their feet are like calfs hoofs.
On each four side of them was a wing so there would be a wing in front, wing in their back and a wing on each
side of them. Under each of their wings were hands. They were in like a square formation and they went
forward in a straight movement together in unity. Coming out from them was fire and lighting flashes from
the fire. And they ran to and fro like bolts of lightning.
If you have experienced a time when you saw flashes of light out of your peripheral vision or even in your
visible vision and sometimes saw different colors, it could be you saw cherubim angel. The light is emanating
from these angels but you will just see a flash of light. You might even see flashes of blue light or purple light
coming off of the cherubim angels. These angels are very fast.
Ezek 1:15-16 Now as I looked at the living beings, behold, there was one wheel on the earth beside the living
beings, for each of the four of them. 16 The appearance of the wheels and their workmanship was like
sparkling beryl, and all four of them had the same form, their appearance and workmanship being as if one
wheel were within another. NASU
Thats so they can go in any direction. They all intersected their wheels.
Ezek 1:17-26 Whenever they moved, they moved in any of their four directions without turning as they moved.
18 As for their rims they were lofty and awesome, and the rims of all four of them were full of eyes round

about. 19 Whenever the living beings moved, the wheels moved with them. And whenever the living beings
rose from the earth, the wheels rose also. 20 Wherever the spirit was about to go, they would go in that
direction. And the wheels rose close beside them; for the spirit of the living beings was in the wheels. 21
Whenever those went, these went; and whenever those stood still, these stood still. And whenever those rose

of Divine Glory Now over the heads of the living beings there was something like an expanse, like the awesome
gleam of crystal, spread out over their heads. 23 Under the expanse their wings were stretched out straight,
one toward the other; each one also had two wings covering its body on the one side and on the other. 24 I also
heard the sound of their wings like the sound of abundant waters as they went, like the voice of the Almighty, a
sound of tumult like the sound of an army camp; whenever they stood still, they dropped their wings. 25 And
there came a voice from above the expanse that was over their heads; whenever they stood still, they dropped
their wings. 26 Now above the expanse that was over their heads there was something resembling a throne,
like lapis lazuli in appearance; and on that which resembled a throne, high up, was a figure with the

In this scripture we are seeing an open heaven, the cherubim have heaven open over them and they are
connected to the glory of heaven.
The cherubim carry the throne of God on the earth. God rode on the cherubim while He was here on the earth
before Christ came. He would operate in that realm toward the earth, moving with the cherubim.
Rev 4:6; 5:14and before the throne there was something like a sea of glass, like crystal; and in the center and
around the throne, four living creatures full of eyes in front and behind. 5:14 And the four living creatures kept
saying, " Amen." And the elders fell down and worshiped. NASU
These Zoa or living creatures look closely like the cherubim angels but yet they are different.
Rev 4:6-11and in the center and around the throne, four living creatures full of eyes in front and behind. 7 The
first creature was like a lion, and the second creature like a calf, and the third creature had a face like that of a
man, and the fourth creature was like a flying eagle. 8 And the four living creatures, each one of them having
six wings, are full of eyes around and within; and day and night they do not cease to say, "HOLY, HOLY, HOLY is
THE LORD GOD, THE ALMIGHTY,WHO WAS AND WHO IS AND WHO IS TO COME." 9 And when the living
creatures give glory and honor and thanks to Him who sits on the throne, to Him who lives forever and ever, 10
the twenty-four elders will fall down before Him who sits on the throne, and will worship Him who lives forever
and ever, and will cast their crowns before the throne, saying, 11 " Worthy are You, our Lord and our God, to
receive glory and honor and power; for You created all things, and because of Your will they existed, and were

These creatures are full of eyes, eyes in their front and eyes in their back. These angels are in the form of a
lion, calf, man, and eagle.
The lion angel had certain dimensions of the likeness of Christ, he carries the nature of Jesus, the Lion of
Judah, a sign that He rules.
The second creature was like a calf or an ox which represents the ox nature of Christ which is His apostolic
nature. This is Jesus servant role but it is His apostolic nature.
The third creature looked like a man.
The fourth creature looked like an eagle and they represent the eagle nature of Christ which we see in
Revelation 1 when Jesus appeared with His white hair; bald eagles have white heads.

We read in the bible about the host of God. The host of God is a Hebrew number which means an army
without number. So the host tells us there are vast numbers of angel allies. These angels are chariot drivers,
angelic horses. These are horses seen in this realm over there. The bible tells us the chariots of God are
twenty thousand, even thousands of thousands.
Ps 68:17 The chariots of God are twenty thousand, Even thousands of thousands; NKJV
There are angelic horses in heaven. The bible makes mention of white horses, speckled horses, gold horses,
there are all different kinds of horses.
2 Kings 2:11-12 As they were going along and talking, behold, there appeared a chariot of fire and horses of
fire which separated the two of them. And Elijah went up by a whirlwind to heaven. 12 Elisha saw it and cried
out, " My father, my father, the chariots of Israel and its horsemen!" And he saw Elijah no more. Then he took
hold of his own clothes and tore them in two pieces. NASU
2 Kings 6:13-17 So he said, "Go and see where he is, that I may send and take him." And it was told him, saying,
"Behold, he is in Dothan." 14 He sent horses and chariots and a great army there, and they came by night and
surrounded the city. 15 Now when the attendant of the man of God had risen early and gone out, behold, an
army with horses and chariots was circling the city. And his servant said to him, "Alas, my master! What shall
we do?" 16 So he answered, " Do not fear, for those who are with us are more than those who are with them."
17 Then Elisha prayed and said, " O LORD, I pray, open his eyes that he may see." And the LORD opened the
servant's eyes and he saw; and behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.

Zech 1:8-11 I saw at night, and behold, a man was riding on a red horse, and he was standing among the
myrtle trees which were in the ravine, with red, sorrel and white horses behind him. 9 Then I said, "My lord,
what are these?" And the angel who was speaking with me said to me, "I will show you what these are." 10
And the man who was standing among the myrtle trees answered and said, "These are those whom the LORD
has sent to patrol the earth." 11 So they answered the angel of the LORD who was standing among the myrtle
trees and said, "We have patrolled the earth, and behold, all the earth is peaceful and quiet." NASU
Then there are the archangels who are the chief princes and there is mention of two in particular Gabriel and
Michael.
Michael means who is like God. He was probably a cherubim but unlike Lucifer he led the army of God. It
was Michael who threw the devil and the fallen angels out of heaven. So Michael is a very powerful angel.
Rev 12:7-9 And there was war in heaven, Michael and his angels waging war with the dragon. The dragon and
his angels waged war, 8 and they were not strong enough, and there was no longer a place found for them in
heaven. 9 And the great dragon was thrown down, the serpent of old who is called the devil and Satan, who
deceives the whole world; he was thrown down to the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him. NASU
In the book of Daniel it was Michael who wars against the principality of Persia for two weeks in order to
answer Daniels prayer.
Dan 10:11-21 He said to me, "O Daniel, man of high esteem, understand the words that I am about to tell you
and stand upright, for I have now been sent to you." And when he had spoken this word to me, I stood up
trembling. 12 Then he said to me, " Do not be afraid, Daniel, for from the first day that you set your heart on
understanding this and on humbling yourself before your God, your words were heard, and I have come in
response to your words. 13 "But the prince of the kingdom of Persia was withstanding me for twenty-one days;

then behold, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, for I had been left there with the kings of
Persia. 14 "Now I have come to give you an understanding of what will happen to your people in the latter
days, for the vision pertains to the days yet future." 15 When he had spoken to me according to these words, I
turned my face toward the ground and became speechless. 16 And behold, one who resembled a human being
was touching my lips; then I opened my mouth and spoke and said to him who was standing before me, "O my
lord, as a result of the vision anguish has come upon me, and I have retained no strength. 17 "For how can such
a servant of my lord talk with such as my lord? As for me, there remains just now no strength in me, nor has
any breath been left in me." 18 Then this one with human appearance touched me again and strengthened me.
19 He said, "O man of high esteem, do not be afraid. Peace be with you; take courage and be courageous!"
Now as soon as he spoke to me, I received strength and said, "May my lord speak, for you have strengthened
me." 20 Then he said, "Do you understand why I came to you? But I shall now return to fight against the prince
of Persia; so I am going forth, and behold, the prince of Greece is about to come. 21 "However, I will tell you
what is inscribed in the writing of truth. Yet there is no one who stands firmly with me against these forces
except Michael your prince. NASU
Dan 12:1 "Now at that time Michael, the great prince who stands guard over the sons of your people, will arise.
And there will be a time of distress such as never occurred since there was a nation until that time; and at that
time your people, everyone who is found written in the book, will be rescued. NASU
It is Michael at the end of the ages who casts Satan and the fallen angels finally out of the heavens where they
can no longer bother anyone any longer. I would give Michael the title of Secretary of the War. Michael
throwing Lucifer and his angels out of heaven reveals to us how powerful these beings are on our part when it
comes to warring against our enemies in the spirit realm and which affects things on the earth for us for our
good. Praise God for His angels!
Gabriel could have the title of Vice-President of Communication of Heaven. He gets the message of God out
to people in the bible. Gabriel interpreted dreams for Daniel on two different occasions. Gabriel brought the
message to Mary she would conceive by the Holy Spirit and birth the Messiah Jesus into the earth. And he also
appeared to Zacharias and told him of the conception and birth of John the Baptist.
Luke 1:19 And the angel answering said unto him, I am Gabriel, that stand in the presence of God; and am sent
to speak unto thee, and to shew thee these glad tidings. KJV
This scripture shows us that along with Michael, Gabriel is the highest rank of angelic authority
It could be that Gabriel has a special assignment to watch over salvation.
Isa 63:9 In all their affliction he was afflicted, and the angel of his presence saved them: KJV
I believe Gabriel helps us to grasp that Jesus died for us on the cross and to encourage that in our lives. Clearly
that angel is Gabriel and not the reincarnate Christ, this is the angel of the Lord. The angel of the Lord is the
angel of His Presence and it is Gabriel. The bible identifies Gabriel as the one who stands in the presence of
God. Gabriel is Gods accompanying angel. He has mighty power. He operates for the people who dwell in
the presence of God.
It was Gabriel that grabbed Abrahams arm, keeping him from killing Isaac.
Gen 22:10-12 And Abraham stretched forth his hand, and took the knife to slay his son.11 And the angel of the
LORD called unto him out of heaven, and said, Abraham, Abraham: and he said, Here am I.12 And he said, Lay
not thine hand upon the lad, neither do thou any thing unto him: for now I know that thou fearest God, seeing
thou hast not withheld thy son, thine only son from me. KJV
Gabriel was the angel who stretched his sword over Jerusalem threatening its destruction in Davids day.
1 Chron 21:15-16 And God sent an angel unto Jerusalem to destroy it: and as he was destroying, the LORD
beheld, and he repented him of the evil, and said to the angel that destroyed, It is enough, stay now thine hand.

And the angel of the LORD stood by the threshingfloor of Ornan the Jebusite.16 And David lifted up his eyes,
and saw the angel of the LORD stand between the earth and the heaven, having a drawn sword in his hand
stretched out over Jerusalem. Then David and the elders of Israel, who were clothed in sackcloth, fell upon their
faces. KJV
Gabriel killed 185,000 in the Assyrian army in one night.
Isa 37:36 Then the angel of the LORD went forth, and smote in the camp of the Assyrians a hundred and
fourscore and five thousand: and when they arose early in the morning, behold, they were all dead corpses. KJV
Gabriel ordered the watching angels to do surveillance of the whole earth in Zacharias day
Zech 1:7-10 Upon the four and twentieth day of the eleventh month, which is the month Sebat, in the second
year of Darius, came the word of the LORD unto Zechariah, the son of Berechiah, the son of Iddo the prophet,
saying,8 I saw by night, and behold a man riding upon a red horse, and he stood among the myrtle trees that
were in the bottom; and behind him were there red horses, speckled, and white.9 Then said I, O my lord, what
are these? And the angel that talked with me said unto me, I will shew thee what these be.10 And the man that
stood among the myrtle trees answered and said, These are they whom the LORD hath sent to walk to and fro
through the earth. KJV
Gabriel directed the heavenly choir over the shepherds field in Bethlehem the night Jesus was born.
Luke 2:8-14 And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock
by night.9 And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them:
and they were sore afraid.10 And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of
great joy, which shall be to all people.11 For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is
Christ the Lord.12 And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying
in a manger.13 And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and
saying,14 Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men. KJV
Gabriel appeared to Joseph and Mary to guide them to safety in Egypt.
Matt 2:13 And when they were departed, behold, the angel of the Lord appeareth to Joseph in a dream, saying,
Arise, and take the young child and his mother, and flee into Egypt, and be thou there until I bring thee word:
for Herod will seek the young child to destroy him. KJV
Gabriel struck Peter on the side in the jail to awaken him and then led him out of the prison.
Acts 12:7-10 And, behold, the angel of the Lord came upon him, and a light shined in the prison: and he smote
Peter on the side, and raised him up, saying, Arise up quickly. And his chains fell off from his hands.8 And the
angel said unto him, Gird thyself, and bind on thy sandals. And so he did. And he saith unto him, Cast thy
garment about thee, and follow me.9 And he went out, and followed him; and wist not that it was true which
was done by the angel; but thought he saw a vision.10 When they were past the first and the second ward,
they came unto the iron gate that leadeth unto the city; which opened to them of his own accord: and they
went out, and passed on through one street; and forthwith the angel departed from him. KJV
So Gabriel is one of the leading angels and is a powerful angel.
Gabriel and Michael stand in the presence of God, war with the demonic and communicate Gods messages to
people on earth. They operate together, these two powerful beings of God.

It was a common angel who gave instruction to Joseph to marry Mary and also to flee to Egypt when Jesus life
was threatened by King Herod.
Matt 1:20,24 But when he had considered this, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream,
saying, " Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary as your wife; for the Child who has been conceived
in her is of the Holy Spirit. 24 And Joseph awoke from his sleep and did as the angel of the Lord commanded
him, and took Mary as his wife, NASU
Matt 2:13,19 Now when they had gone, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream and said,
"Get up! Take the Child and His mother and flee to Egypt, and remain there until I tell you; for Herod is going to
search for the Child to destroy Him." 19 But when Herod died, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared in a
dream to Joseph in Egypt, and said, 20 "Get up, take the Child and His mother, and go into the land of Israel; for
those who sought the Child's life are dead." NASU
The bible doesnt call these angels common but that is the term I give to them. These are the angels that
encamp around the righteous and the angels who protect children. We see them in many scriptures where it
tells us an angel appeared to someone but we are not told if they hold any rank or position and these angels
are not even described.
We see the word spirit in the bible and I believe this could quite possible equate to an angel. These angels
represent a certain part of the character and nature of God; spirits of wisdom, spirits of grace, spirits of
wisdom, spirits of holiness, spirits of knowledge, spirits of understanding, spirits of faith, spirits of love, spirits
of peace, spirits of joy, spirits of hope, etc and they minister different aspects of Gods nature.
Each different kind of angel has their own assignment and are created for a certain purpose.
Angels assignment first of all is to worship God and declare His glory on the earth.
Isa 6:1-4 In the year that king Uzziah died I saw also the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and his
train filled the temple.2 Above it stood the seraphims: each one had six wings; with twain he covered his face,
and with twain he covered his feet, and with twain he did fly.3 And one cried unto another, and said, Holy, holy,
holy, is the LORD of hosts: the whole earth is full of his glory.4 And the posts of the door moved at the voice of
him that cried, and the house was filled with smoke.KJV
Rev 5:11-12 Then I looked, and I heard the voice of many angels around the throne and the living creatures and
the elders; and the number of them was myriads of myriads, and thousands of thousands, 12 saying with a loud
voice, " Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power and riches and wisdom and might and honor and
glory and blessing." NASU

Angels operate around the temple of God, around the worship. The church building is not the temple of
God. You are the temple of the living God on this earth, God lives inside your spirit.
1 Cor 3:16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? KJV
When believers come together we build a habitation of God through the Spirit.
Ephesians 2:22 In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit. KJV
And the purpose of us gathering together on the earth is:
Matt 18:20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them. KJV
God inhabits our praises and is enthroned on our praises. Thats why we must not get into a hurry when we
gather together but wait on the presence of God to manifest and then we will enter into the spiritual
atmosphere of heaven and anything supernatural can happen. You will feel the presence of God and His
heavenly angels. The joy angels will show up and joy and laughter will fill the room. People will see
visions. Others will be transported in the spirit by angels to assignments on the earth. This is the time for the
open heaven to open up Gods interaction with the Church in the earth and make a difference supernaturally
in this world. This is what will happen as we worship with the angels under an open heaven. This is our
spiritual inheritance and it is a supernatural opportunity as heaven interrupts our dimension with the holy
angels worshiping with us.
So angels are here in the earth in the spirit realm to accompany your worship. That is why you will feel a
presence when you are truly worshiping. Yes, the Holy Spirit is present but there are also angels who have
come to worship with you. They love to worship God. I hope you realize their presence in a worship service
and you dont allow anything to distract your worship. Heaven has truly come to worship with you. It is a
time to focus on our wonderful God and his presence and join with the angels in worshipping Him. Dont let
anything or anyone stop you. Dont let embarrassment stop you from truly worshiping our God.
There is a pattern of what a worship experience should be like and Hebrews shows us what it should look like:
Heb 12:22-24 But ye are come unto mount Sion KJV
This is a picture of the Church and not a literal mountain and also the city of the living God speaks of the
Church.
Heb 12:22-24 But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem,

Hebrews 12 then tells us who is attending the service at mount Sion, first are the heavenly angels:
Heb 12:22-24 and to an innumerable company of angels,
Heavenly Jerusalem in worship moves to the earthly gathering of the Church and then innumerable angels
come as well. Angels are present in true worship so we should not fear their presence or manifestation of
angels as we worship. They are there to first of all to worship God and then minister to us. They minister the
joy of the Lord so that we are strengthened, the peace of God that passes all human understanding, the hope
of God and so on.
Think of that, there are innumerable angels who join with us so we could say we had to many to count today in
our worship service. I believe the angels are there to worship 24/7 they love God so much.
Who else is in attendance when we have true worship?
And next is the Church, which is us:
Heb 12:23 To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven,
Then it tells us our heavenly Father is in attendance:
Heb 12:23 and to God the Judge of all,
And then those who have died and gone to heaven are allowed to look in on our worship:
Heb 12:23 and to the spirits of just men made perfect,
And last but certainly not least is our Lord Jesus Christ:
Heb 12:24 And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, KJV
This is what is happening in worship. We shouldnt control the worship service but we should allow God to
have control and God will do things that out of human possibilities.
Hebrews speaks of the city of the living God. The Church is the city of the living God. Heavenly Jerusalem
begins to move to the earthly gathering and an innumerable company of angels show up.
Heres a picture of God showing up and the angels in the Old Testament and is a picture of what I believe we
will see in this time as we gather together to worship God with His angels in true worship:
Ex 19:16-20 And it came to pass on the third day in the morning, that there were thunders and lightnings, and a
thick cloud upon the mount, and the voice of the trumpet exceeding loud; so that all the people that was in the
camp trembled.17 And Moses brought forth the people out of the camp to meet with God; and they stood at
the nether part of the mount.18 And mount Sinai was altogether on a smoke, because the LORD descended
upon it in fire: and the smoke thereof ascended as the smoke of a furnace, and the whole mount quaked
greatly.19 And when the voice of the trumpet sounded long, and waxed louder and louder, Moses spake, and
God answered him by a voice.20 And the LORD came down upon mount Sinai, on the top of the mount: and the
LORD called Moses up to the top of the mount; and Moses went up.KJV
God is coming down in our worship to speak to us and place His glory presence upon us:
Heb 12:22 But ye are come unto mount Sion, KJV
The Church came about at Pentecost which celebrates Mt. Sinai. Instead of fearing God like the children of
Israel and refusing to see God; at Pentecost God came near and the Church started speaking in tongues and
the power of God came.
So Hebrews 12 tells the Church when we gather together we are not coming to Mt. Sinai where we stand a far
off from God but we are come to Mt. Zion and there is no veil between heaven and earth but there is an open
heaven where we can come into the very presence of God, accessing the throne of God and accessing the stuff
that God has provided for us.

Heb 4:16 Let us then fearlessly and confidently and boldly draw near to the throne of grace (the throne of
God's unmerited favor to us sinners), that we may receive mercy [for our failures] and find grace to help in
good time for every need [appropriate help and well-timed help, coming just when we need it]. AMP
Worship brings us into His presence where we can meet with God face to face.
James 4:8 Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. KJV
We have this opportunity to worship our God and experience all of this and we must not allow thoughts to
come to our mind and take our thoughts away from worship nor allow the distraction of people and what is
going on around us cause us to miss out on worshiping God with those who have gathered with us; the Father,
the angels, the Church, those gone on to heaven and our Lord Jesus.
When we have intensified worship we have come to Mt. Zion into the presence of God instead of to Mt. Sinai
where we have to stand a far off. We have come to a place of participation with the Father, angels, the Lord
Jesus, and those who have moved to heaven. We have come to a place of participation and intensity of
power. Mt. Zion for 33 years worshipped God 24/7 with instruments, music, dance, and praise and I believe
the Church will go far beyond what they experienced.
Our worship breaks through to the other dimension and we can experience an open just like Jacob saw in
Genesis with angels ascending and descending, they are coming to participate with us.
Gen 28:10-13 And Jacob went out from Beer-sheba, and went toward Haran.11 And he lighted upon a certain
place, and tarried there all night, because the sun was set; and he took of the stones of that place, and put
them for his pillows, and lay down in that place to sleep.12 And he dreamed, and behold a ladder set up on the
earth, and the top of it reached to heaven: and behold the angels of God ascending and descending on it.13
And, behold, the LORD stood above it, and said, I am the LORD God of Abraham thy father, and the God of
Isaac: KJV
In this worship we are breaking through to another dimension and we will see beyond what our natural eyes
can see, into the spirit realm.
Remember what I taught you here in Heb 12 the next time you are worshiping and dont allow anything from
keeping you from breaking through to that other dimension and worshiping with the Father, angels, Jesus and
saints gone on to heaven.
In these days I believe we are going to see more and more angels come to the earth and minister for God so
that Gods plans are not thwarted but carried out fully in the earth because Satan and demons will try to delay
and stop the plan of God. They are going to be visible like never before.
Rev 8:2 And I saw the seven angels who stand before God, and seven trumpets were given to them. NASU
Rev 14:15-19 And another angel came out of the temple, crying out with a loud voice to Him who sat on the
cloud, " Put in your sickle and reap, for the hour to reap has come, because the harvest of the earth is ripe." 16
Then He who sat on the cloud swung His sickle over the earth, and the earth was reaped. 17 And another angel
came out of the temple which is in heaven, and he also had a sharp sickle. 18 Then another angel, the one who
has power over fire, came out from the altar; and he called with a loud voice to him who had the sharp sickle,

saying, " Put in your sharp sickle and gather the clusters from the vine of the earth, because her grapes are
ripe." 19 So the angel swung his sickle to the earth and gathered the clusters from the vine of the earth, and
threw them into the great wine press of the wrath of God. NASU
Angels are Gods holy diplomatic envoy and they respond solely to Gods voice and Gods will, never acting on
their own accord. We cannot order angels around for they only obey God. So together with the angles we are
a powerful team serving our God.
Angels who minister to us and with us are ministers of fire.

Ps 104:4 Who makes His angels spirits, His ministers a flame of fire. NKJV
Angels are here to help us, to assist us do Gods work on the earth. Angels make life easier for us so we dont
waste time or energy. They help us work smarter. Theyve been on the earth from the start and have seen
everything that can be done so lets not be stupid and not take their advice and their direction along with the
Holy Spirit. Our assignment from the Lord will be done more efficiently, in a much better way and more
economically if we allow the angels to assist us and we listen to them and obey.
Heb 1:14 Are they (angels) not all ministering spirits, sent out to render service for the sake of those who will
inherit salvation? NASU
Here are two references in scripture of angels coming to aid a man of God:
1 Kings 19:5-8 And as he lay and slept under a juniper tree, behold, then an angel touched him, and said unto
him, Arise and eat.6 And he looked, and, behold, there was a cake baken on the coals, and a cruse of water at
his head. And he did eat and drink, and laid him down again.7 And the angel of the LORD came again the
second time, and touched him, and said, Arise and eat; because the journey is too great for thee.8 And he
arose, and did eat and drink, and went in the strength of that meat forty days and forty nights unto Horeb the
mount of God. KJV
Acts 12:5-11 Peter therefore was kept in prison: but prayer was made without ceasing of the church unto God
for him.6 And when Herod would have brought him forth, the same night Peter was sleeping between two
soldiers, bound with two chains: and the keepers before the door kept the prison.7 And, behold, the angel of
the Lord came upon him, and a light shined in the prison: and he smote Peter on the side, and raised him up,
saying, Arise up quickly. And his chains fell off from his hands.8 And the angel said unto him, Gird thyself, and

bind on thy sandals. And so he did. And he saith unto him, Cast thy garment about thee, and follow me.9 And
he went out, and followed him; and wist not that it was true which was done by the angel; but thought he saw
a vision.10 When they were past the first and the second ward, they came unto the iron gate that leadeth unto
the city; which opened to them of his own accord: and they went out, and passed on through one street; and
forthwith the angel departed from him.11 And when Peter was come to himself, he said, Now I know of a
surety, that the Lord hath sent his angel, and hath delivered me out of the hand of Herod, and from all the
expectation of the people of the Jews.KJV
What kind of ministry do angels offer us?
First of all we see angels in the Old Testament who serve in the temple. If you could have seen through your
spiritual eyes in the temple of Solomon you would have seen angels, cherubim angels. In the temple Isaiah
saw seraphim angels worshiping. So worship angels are worshiping around the temple of God which is our
body in the earth today. Our heart is the Holy of Holies in the earth today.
1 Cor 6:19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of
God, and ye are not your own? KJV
Angels are here on the earth in the spirit to minister to and encourage the worship in us, the Temple of God
and accompany us in worship. And so during a worship service we may feel a presence and it is the Holy Spirit
plus the angels of God. That is why people have heard angels while worshipping.
Thank the Lord we dont have to go to Jerusalem to worship for our heart is the Holy of Holies since the Holy
Spirit God dwells there.
Then angels are here to make things easier for us and more efficient so we dont waste our time and
energy. They make us work smarter so we dont have to work harder. If computers and inventions in our time
make life easier then in the spirit realm angels who have been around for a long, long time are here to give us
instruction to make our life stress free.
Also angels are not afraid to clean up our messes. Angels will be right there when we get ourselves into a mess
so they can help us.
Angels work through believers to get Gods work done in the earth.
Angels see us as heirs of all things and joint-heirs with Christ. We were made a little lower than Elohim
and now through Jesus Christ we are crowned with glory and honor. With Jesus seated at the right hand of the
Father, angels see our future and they see us as the body of Christ on this earth and they see us reigning with
Christ ALREADY ON THIS EARTH. Even though our enemy is defeated they are going to stand their ground until
the end to try to take from us what Christ has given us and made us to be in the earth. That is why there is the
invisible war with angels fighting demons.
Angels worship God with us and angels are commissioned by God to serve and minister to us every single day.
Angels are our invisible allies in the earth. We can activate these allies to work for us and minister to us so
that we live in victory.
A lot of Christians know about spiritual warfare (Eph 6:11-13) but most Christians do not realize that in the
spiritual dimension, heavenly places, there is a more difficult war raging than any war that is on the
earth. Angels are warring with the demonic we cannot see that oppose us every day. So we need these
warrior angelic allies to come to our aid. We will not see a lot of victories in our lives if we do not have the
angel allies warring with the invisible demonic enemy. Certainly we have the amour of God but God has the

force of angel allies to assist and war for us in the heavenly dimension. We cant make it if we do not have
angel allies.
Angel allies love and protect what you love and they face the same enemy with us. They share the same
allegiances and loyalty, obey the same orders, and stay with us until we win. They are our allies and they
operate in ranks under Gods authority as we enforce Gods authority in the earth. They watch us, look into
the things that concern us and assist us and protect us but they will not come to us without our orders, our
permission and without our knowledge. They come based on a persons prayers and their confession of
faith. Speaking the Word of God over our lives activates angels to assist, help us.
Angels are here to give us Gods assignment and give us an empowerment for a greater level of service just as
they did in this scripture in Isaiah 6:5-7.
Isa 6:5-7 Then I said, " Woe is me, for I am ruined! Because I am a man of unclean lips, And I live among a
people of unclean lips; For my eyes have seen the King, the LORD of hosts." 6 Then one of the seraphim flew to
me with a burning coal in his hand, which he had taken from the altar with tongs. 7 He touched my mouth with
it and said, "Behold, this has touched your lips; and your iniquity is taken away and your sin is forgiven." NASU
God sends His angels to strengthen us and help us in our everyday life tests, trials, temptations, difficulties and
sins that seem to control us.
In the New Testament we see two different times angels came to our Lord Jesus Christ and strengthened Him.
Matt 4:1-11 Then was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil.
2 And when he had fasted forty days and forty nights, he was afterward an hungred.
3 And when the tempter came to him, he said, If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made
bread.
4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth
out
of
the
mouth
of
God.
5 Then the devil taketh him up into the holy city, and setteth him on a pinnacle of the temple,
6 And saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, He shall give his angels
charge concerning thee: and in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against
a
stone.
7 Jesus said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.
8 Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the
world,
and
the
glory
of
them;
9 And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me.

10 Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and
him only shalt thou serve.11 Then the devil leaveth him, and, behold, angels came and ministered unto him. KJV
Luke 22:39-43 And he came out, and went, as he was wont, to the mount of Olives; and his disciples also
followed him. 40 And when he was at the place, he said unto them, Pray that ye enter not into temptation. 41
And he was withdrawn from them about a stone's cast, and kneeled down, and prayed, 42 Saying, Father, if
thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done. 43 And there appeared
an angel unto him from heaven, strengthening him. KJV
Jesus was tempted in the wilderness by the devil forty days and after this temptation time Jesus was weak in
His body because He hadnt eaten for forty days and weak in His mind, will and His emotions.
Remember the bible tells us that it is Satans goal to wear out believers in Christ. Jesus passed every
temptation and test of the devil by answering every test with the Word of God. But it was after this spiritual
battle that angels came and ministered to Jesus.
Heb 4:14-15 Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of
God,15 For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in
all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. KJV
Jesus was tempted with all the sins which all men are tempted to be a faithful High Priest to all of mankind.
Jesus had a soul, emotions, attitudes, feelings and a body just as we do. He had to deal with it all just as we
do. For forty days straight He was tempted of the devil with all kinds of sins but yet He yielded to none of
them. They were true temptations. After the forty days Jesus needed strength and the angels came and
ministered to Him.
Father God sees us no differently than He does Jesus. Father loves us as much as He does Jesus and so it is His
will to send angels to minister to us when we have taken our stand of faith in His Word and there is no
immediate change and we are tempted to give up on our faith and give up on Him.
And again another time Jesus needed strengthened before He went to the cross and the angels came and
ministered to Him; strengthening Him to go through the scourging, the cross, death and hell, and separation
from the Father so He could declare, It is finished!
We need to remember when we have stood our ground on the Word of God that we have available to us
angels to come and minister strength to us so we dont grow weary and want to give up.
We have heard plenty of teaching we need to take our stand on the Word of God and not give up on the
promises but we have not been taught that during that time of the testing of our faith we have the ministry of
angels to strengthen us and to encourage us so we dont give up our stand. Angels strengthened our Lord and
now is our time to be strengthened, so that we are strengthened with all might in our inner man.
Heb 1:14 Are they not all ministering spirits sent forth to minister for those who will inherit salvation? NKJV
Angels will not do our assignment for us but they will strengthen us as they did Jesus so we too can declare, It
is finished.
We need to realize human, intellectual strength is not enough for us in this walk of faith, we need supernatural
on our natural and that is where angels come into play in our stand of faith and completing our own
assignment.
Do you sometimes just feel tired and worn out in your soul and body? Thats the time to ask for the ministry
of angels to strengthen you by the power of the Holy Spirit.

If we just ask, God will send His angels to strength us when we face our biggest challenges, our biggest tests,
our biggest trials, the most difficult of circumstances, with depression trying to set in and when we have made
the biggest messes of our lives. God is merciful God so He sends His angels to help us even in our biggest
messes.
Satan is determined to wear us out and wear us down so that we quit!
Dan 7:25 (Satan) shall wear out the saints of the most High KJV
God has told us,
Isa 1:19 If you will only let me help you, TLB
We hear this statement a lot, God helps those who help themselves. God does want us to be responsible
but God never wants us to never ask for His help or the angels and He wants us to expect His supernatural
help. That is why a lot of us get into such messes. We are helping ourselves and in this world today human
options are dwindling and we are boxed in, fenced in and limited by natural circumstances, lack of
employment and governments legislation. This is the time especially when we need to ask for Gods help. We
need to ask for Gods help every single day and expect it and that includes the assistance and ministry of
angels.
We must not allow our enemy to wear us out and wear us down and get to the place where we want to
quit! We need to expect the ministry of angels continually so we dont reach those low spots. We can in the
midst of even the lowest time in our lives experience the presence of angels that bring a joy to our heart that
would even cause us to laugh.
Did you know that Gods joy is available to you in your most difficult, trying times where you just start laughing
at your enemy? God does. He laughs at His enemies and yours.
Ps 2:1-4 Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing?2 The kings of the earth set
themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying,3 Let us
break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us.4 He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the
Lord shall have them in derision. KJV
I have been in services when the people just started laughing uncontrollably. What is happening? The angels
have brought the joy of the Lord and released it in the midst of the people. This is the ministry of angels in
hard and difficult times, the joy of the Lord which is our strength. This causes our enemies to get scared and
scatter. They cant stand it in a place where the presence of the Lord is and where His joy is released. The joy
of the Lord scatters the enemy and causes confusion to set in among the enemys camp.
Times are only going to get tougher and worse in the natural and that is why we need supernatural help of
angels. They bring us the joy of the Lord that is our strength for these times. They bring us peace and hope
where there is no peace in this world and where there certainly is no visible hope. They bring Gods hope to us
that is all the hope we need in this world at anytime and anyplace on the globe.

Israel failed God time and again and went after other Gods but He still sent His angels to help them when they
were in trouble.
Ex 23:20 Behold, I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I
have prepared.KJV
Ex 33:2-3 And I will send an angel before thee; and I will drive out the Canaanite, the Amorite, and the Hittite,
and the Perizzite, the Hivite, and the Jebusite: 3 Unto a land flowing with milk and honey: for I will not go up in
the midst of thee; for thou art a stiffnecked people: lest I consume thee in the way. KJV
Num 20:16 And when we cried unto the LORD, he heard our voice, and sent an angel, and hath brought us forth
out of Egypt: and, behold, we are in Kadesh, a city in the uttermost of thy border: KJV
I am so glad angels are not afraid when things in our lives look the very worst possible and things in the world
around us look IMPOSSIBLE! No, they are here to help us and ready to do the supernatural in these
circumstances for us.
I think a lot of times things get so bad because we havent understood the supernatural help angels can and do
provide for us. So lets be encouraged and ask for their help. After all angels are here to cheer us on and be
our greatest encouragers and strengthen our faith in Gods supernatural possibilities for us. There were many
times in the bible where angels came to help people in difficult times and ministered to them, giving them
strength to continue on. We need to expect the angels to minister to us in times of depression, worry and
anxiety. Otherwise they will just be just standing around watching you suffer through it all by yourself. So
recognize they are here right now to help you. So ask for their help and ask for them to strengthen you with
the power of the Holy Spirit.
Jesus too received help after He was sorely tested and tried by Satan.
Matt 4:11 Then the devil left Him; and behold, angels came and began to minister to Him. NASU
The angels can be counted on to minister to us even when we feel all alone and the burden of things seems to
overwhelm us. So ask for their help and expect them to come just as they came to Jesus and ministered to
Him.
Luke 22:39-44 And he came out, and went, as he was wont, to the mount of Olives; and his disciples also
followed him.40 And when he was at the place, he said unto them, Pray that ye enter not into temptation.41
And he was withdrawn from them about a stone's cast, and kneeled down, and prayed,42 Saying, Father, if
thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done.43 And there appeared
an angel unto him from heaven, strengthening him.44 And being in an agony he prayed more earnestly: and his
sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling down to the ground. KJV
So when you feel all alone and overwhelmed by things, remember the angels are right there to minister to you
because they never leave you. Just ask for their help and expect things to be different.
The ministry of angels is part of our inheritance our Lord has given to us through the shedding of His precious
blood. Lets not allow the enemy to wear us down and wear us out but instead receive the ministry of angels
just as Jesus did.

Elijah, the prophet was another person the angels came to and strengthened in a challenging time. Elijah had
called down fire from heaven and exposed the false prophets of Baal and because of that the three and a half
years of drought was broken and there was a turn back to the only and true God, Jehovah but Elijah was
exhausted. He was being sought by wicked Queen Jezebel to kill him and so Elijah fled the scene in his
exhaustion, became very depressed and wanted to die. But then God sent his angel to his prophet to minister
to him and prepare food for him that gave Elijah strength for forty days.
1 Kings 19:1-8 And Ahab told Jezebel all that Elijah had done, and withal how he had slain all the prophets with
the sword.2 Then Jezebel sent a messenger unto Elijah, saying, So let the gods do to me, and more also, if I
make not thy life as the life of one of them by to morrow about this time.3 And when he saw that, he arose,
and went for his life, and came to Beer-sheba, which belongeth to Judah, and left his servant there.4 But he
himself went a day's journey into the wilderness, and came and sat down under a juniper tree: and he
requested for himself that he might die; and said, It is enough; now, O LORD, take away my life; for I am not
better than my fathers.5 And as he lay and slept under a juniper tree, behold, then an angel touched him, and
said unto him, Arise and eat.6 And he looked, and, behold, there was a cake baken on the coals, and a cruse of
water at his head. And he did eat and drink, and laid him down again.7 And the angel of the LORD came again
the second time, and touched him, and said, Arise and eat; because the journey is too great for thee.8 And he
mount of God.KJV
Are you exhausted today just as this prophet and want to give up and just go to heaven? Then call on the
angels to minister to you right now. These supernatural beings are in this earth just to minister to you right
now. They are in your presence right now. Recognize their presence and ask for them to come and strengthen
you today. Ask for and receive their assistance in all of your tests, trials, difficulties and challenges. Dont try
to do it all alone by yourself. You cant do it by yourself because you are living in a world where your spiritual
enemy is working overtime to weary and discourage you. Your time in this earth requires the same
supernatural help of angels just as it did for Elijah in his time.
Do you, like Elijah, feel you are all alone? Call on angels. Do you feel tired and weary because you have put all
of your time and strength and everything else into what God has told you to do, just as did Elijah? Do you feel
there are people out there to get you, as did the prophet Elijah? Call on the ministry of angels. Take some
time to sit in the presence of God and relax so the angels will have opportunity to come and minister to you
right now as they did with Elijah.

Daniel was another person who was strengthened by an angel. Given a revelation of the end times, Daniel
became so overwhelmed he almost died but the angel of the Lord came and strengthened him. It is both the
touch of the angel and the word from the Lord that gave Daniel the strength for his God given assignment.
Dan 10:17-19 For how can the servant of this my lord talk with this my lord? for as for me, straightway there
remained no strength in me, neither is there breath left in me. 18 Then there came again and touched me one
like the appearance of a man, and he strengthened me, 19 And said, O man greatly beloved, fear not: peace be
unto thee, be strong, yea, be strong. And when he had spoken unto me, I was strengthened, and said, Let my
lord speak; for thou hast strengthened me. KJV
So angels ministered to Jesus, Elijah, Daniel and Israel and we can see from these scriptures that we too can
receive strength from angels.
Angels are sent to strengthen those in their assignment from God. The very presence of the angel releases
strength to a person. Angels minister strength to weak believers. Angels come to a person and speak a word
from the Lord so that they are strengthened by the word which gives them hope, faith and joy for the days
ahead of them.
Angels also have transported believers from one place to another like the angel transported Philip when he
took him from Samaria and placed him in the desert.
Acts 8:26-40 And the angel of the Lord spake unto Philip, saying, Arise, and go toward the south unto the way
that goeth down from Jerusalem unto Gaza, which is desert. 27 And he arose and went: and, behold, a man of
Ethiopia, an eunuch of great authority under Candace queen of the Ethiopians, who had the charge of all her
treasure, and had come to Jerusalem for to worship, 28 Was returning, and sitting in his chariot read Esaias the
prophet. 29 Then the Spirit said unto Philip, Go near, and join thyself to this chariot. 30 And Philip ran thither to
him, and heard him read the prophet Esaias, and said, Understandest thou what thou readest? 31 And he said,
How can I, except some man should guide me? And he desired Philip that he would come up and sit with him.
32 The place of the scripture which he read was this, He was led as a sheep to the slaughter; and like a lamb
dumb before his shearer, so opened he not his mouth: 33 In his humiliation his judgment was taken away: and
who shall declare his generation? for his life is taken from the earth. 34 And the eunuch answered Philip, and
said, I pray thee, of whom speaketh the prophet this? of himself, or of some other man? 35 Then Philip opened
his mouth, and began at the same scripture, and preached unto him Jesus. 36 And as they went on their way,
they came unto a certain water: and the eunuch said, See, here is water; what doth hinder me to be baptized?
37 And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that
Jesus Christ is the Son of God. 38 And he commanded the chariot to stand still: and they went down both into
the water, both Philip and the eunuch; and he baptized him. 39 And when they were come up out of the water,
the Spirit of the Lord caught away Philip, that the eunuch saw him no more: and he went on his way rejoicing.
40 But Philip was found at Azotus: KJV
God still needs His people at different places all over the globe today and so I believe we are going to see more
and more translations of Gods people happening. I know I am hearing more and more stories where people
are transported.

When there is Kingdom work to be done angels will come to us and encourage us to step out in faith and do it
even when we seem to be the most unqualified person to do it.
Judg 6:12-16 And the angel of the LORD appeared unto him, and said unto him, The LORD is with thee, thou
mighty man of valour.13 And Gideon said unto him, Oh my Lord, if the LORD be with us, why then is all this
befallen us? and where be all his miracles which our fathers told us of, saying, Did not the LORD bring us up
from Egypt? but now the LORD hath forsaken us, and delivered us into the hands of the Midianites.14 And the
LORD looked upon him, and said, Go in this thy might, and thou shalt save Israel from the hand of the
Midianites: have not I sent thee?15 And he said unto him, Oh my Lord, wherewith shall I save Israel? behold,
my family is poor in Manasseh, and I am the least in my father's house.16 And the LORD said unto him, Surely I
will be with thee, and thou shalt smite the Midianites as one man. KJV
Has the Lord spoken to you to do something? Do you feel like a Gideon? Theres nothing special about
me? Why would God use you?
I ask for an angel to come and encourage you today so that you step out in faith and do it. Remember just as
with Gideon the angel of God will be with you and you can surely do it just as the angel spoke confidence,
surety of the thing to Gideon, Surely I will be with thee, and thou shalt smite the Midianites as one
man. With your angel by the power of God you are able to do what God has called and asked you to
do. Someone has to do and it might as well be you. If God be for you, who or what in this world can be
against you or stop you? Nothing stopped Gideon. So its time you step out in faith with your angel and go for
it. Its time for you to be another Gideon in this time. God needs you like He has never, ever needed you
before. Youre it. You have been chosen. You might as well get going. (I really believe I was just talking to
somebody right now. I really do feel the presence of God. So go for it. You wont fail. Trust God.).
Hosts of angels are watching over us each day. We have a connection to this invisible world in our lives and
these ancient beings are here to speak to us, direct us, help us, protect us and encourage us.
Angels assignment is to be ministers or servants to and for God and to us who believe in Christ.
Angels are here to protect believers in Christ.
Ps 34:7 His angel guards those who honor the LORD and rescues them from danger. TEV
Ps 91:9-11 You have made the LORD your defender, the Most High your protector, 10 and so no disaster will
strike you, no violence will come near your home. 11 God will put his angels in charge of you to protect you
wherever you go. TEV

Peter was assisted by an angel in order to get out of prison. If he had remained there he could have been
killed for preaching Christ.
Acts 12:7-10 And behold, an angel of the Lord suddenly appeared and a light shone in the cell; and he struck
Peter's side and woke him up, saying, "Get up quickly." And his chains fell off his hands. 8 And the angel said to
him, "Gird yourself and put on your sandals." And he did so. And he said to him, "Wrap your cloak around you
and follow me." 9 And he went out and continued to follow, and he did not know that what was being done by
the angel was real, but thought he was seeing a vision. 10 When they had passed the first and second guard,
they came to the iron gate that leads into the city, which opened for them by itself; and they went out and
went along one street, and immediately the angel departed from him. NASU
Angels function is to do Gods bidding. The angels are sent by God to be our heavenly co-workers in the
Kingdom business on earth. They are to be our heavenly friends. They are always with us and they never get
tired of us or give up on us. We really need Gods angels because they are our guides through life. They
protect us from all danger, all demonic, everything that would harm us mentally, physically, financially and
spiritually. They also give us messages from heaven and so we could call them heavens messengers. They
are here to minister to us when we need encouragement and help bring the joy of the Lord into our presence
and thus bring the strength of the Lord to us. They are to minister to us just as they did Jesus in the Garden
before He went to the cross and after the temptation in the wilderness.
Each person on the earth has angels sent here to minister to them and for them whether they know it or not
and these angels want to be put to work. There are many unemployed angels because many Christians dont
know how to activate their angel and give them assignments. I will share later how to activate angels.
We need to realize angels are here to make things easier for us with their supernatural ability and quit trying
to figure things out and work so hard to get things done and realize they are at our side ready, willing, able,
and waiting to assist us.
God has so much to tell us and show us and so He uses angels, messengers of God, to give us messages, give us
deeper revelation and wisdom as well as help us gain understanding and power in the Holy Spirit.
Here are two examples from the scriptures of God sending a messenger angel with Gods message to Zacharias
and Mary:
Luke 1:5-38 Birth of John the Baptist Foretold In the days of Herod, king of Judea, there was a priest named
Zacharias, of the division of Abijah; and he had a wife from the daughters of Aaron, and her name was
Elizabeth. 6 They were both righteous in the sight of God, walking blamelessly in all the commandments and
requirements of the Lord. 7 But they had no child, because Elizabeth was barren, and they were both advanced
in years. 8 Now it happened that while he was performing his priestly service before God in the appointed order
of his division, 9 according to the custom of the priestly office, he was chosen by lot to enter the temple of the
Lord and burn incense. 10 And the whole multitude of the people were in prayer outside at the hour of the
incense offering. 11 And an angel of the Lord appeared to him, standing to the right of the altar of incense. 12
Zacharias was troubled when he saw the angel, and fear gripped him. 13 But the angel said to him, " Do not be
afraid, Zacharias, for your petition has been heard, and your wife Elizabeth will bear you a son, and you will
give him the name John. 14 "You will have joy and gladness, and many will rejoice at his birth. 15 "For he will

while yet in his mother's womb. 16 "And he will turn many of the sons of Israel back to the Lord their God. 17
"It is he who will go as a forerunner before Him in the spirit and power of Elijah, TO TURN THE HEARTS OF THE
FATHERS BACK TO THE CHILDREN, and the disobedient to the attitude of the righteous, so as to make ready a
people prepared for the Lord." 18 Zacharias said to the angel, "How will I know this for certain? For I am an old
man and my wife is advanced in years." 19 The angel answered and said to him, "I am Gabriel, who stands in

you shall be silent and unable to speak until the day when these things take place, because you did not believe

realized that he had seen a vision in the temple; and he kept making signs to them, and remained mute. 23
When the days of his priestly service were ended, he went back home. 24 After these days Elizabeth his wife
became pregnant, and she kept herself in seclusion for five months, saying, 25 "This is the way the Lord has
dealt with me in the days when He looked with favor upon me, to take away my disgrace among men." 26
Jesus' Birth Foretold Now in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God to a city in Galilee called
Nazareth, 27 to a virgin engaged to a man whose name was Joseph, of the descendants of David; and the
virgin's name was Mary. 28 And coming in, he said to her, "Greetings, favored one! The Lord is with you." 29
But she was very perplexed at this statement, and kept pondering what kind of salutation this was. 30 The
angel said to her, " Do not be afraid, Mary; for you have found favor with God. 31 "And behold, you will
conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you shall name Him Jesus. 32 "He will be great and will be called
the Son of the Most High; and the Lord God will give Him the throne of His father David; 33 and He will reign
over the house of Jacob forever, and His kingdom will have no end." 34 Mary said to the angel, "How can this
be, since I am a virgin?" 35 The angel answered and said to her, " The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the
power of the Most High will overshadow you; and for that reason the holy Child shall be called the Son of God.
36 "And behold, even your relative Elizabeth has also conceived a son in her old age; and she who was called
barren is now in her sixth month. 37 "For nothing will be impossible with God." 38 And Mary said, "Behold, the
bondslave of the Lord; may it be done to me according to your word." And the angel departed from her. NASU
Daniel had made supplications to the Lord and now the angel of God was sent to give Him the answer to his
prayers.
Dan 9:21-27 while I was still speaking in prayer, then the man Gabriel, whom I had seen in the vision previously,
came to me in my extreme weariness about the time of the evening offering. 22 He gave me instruction and
talked with me and said, "O Daniel, I have now come forth to give you insight with understanding. 23 "At the
beginning of your supplications the command was issued, and I have come to tell you, for you are highly
esteemed; so give heed to the message and gain understanding of the vision. 24 Seventy Weeks and the
Messiah "Seventy weeks have been decreed for your people and your holy city, to finish the transgression, to
make an end of sin, to make atonement for iniquity, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal up vision and
prophecy and to anoint the most holy place. 25 "So you are to know and discern that from the issuing of a
decree to restore and rebuild Jerusalem until Messiah the Prince there will be seven weeks and sixty-two weeks;
it will be built again, with plaza and moat, even in times of distress. 26 "Then after the sixty-two weeks the
Messiah will be cut off and have nothing, and the people of the prince who is to come will destroy the city and
the sanctuary. And its end will come with a flood; even to the end there will be war; desolations are
determined. 27 "And he will make a firm covenant with the many for one week, but in the middle of the week
he will put a stop to sacrifice and grain offering; and on the wing of abominations will come one who makes
desolate, even until a complete destruction, one that is decreed, is poured out on the one who makes desolate."

Here in this next scripture I want you to see that angels take your prayers before the throne of God to be
answered.

Rev 8:3-4 And another angel came and stood at the altar, having a golden censer; and there was given unto
him much incense, that he should offer it with the prayers of all saints upon the golden altar which was before
the throne. 4 And the smoke of the incense, which came with the prayers of the saints, ascended up before God
out of the angel's hand. KJV
Now that you have seen that angels immediately respond and carry your prayers to heaven to be answered,
just visualize that each time when you pray. Your prayers are taken up to heaven, answered and then angels
come back bringing the answer.
Jesus told us there are angels assigned to children to protect them so they are able to fulfill the destiny God
has planned for their lives.
Matt 18:10 "See that you do not despise one of these little ones, for I say to you that their angels in heaven
continually see the face of My Father who is in heaven. NASU
Here is a scriptural example of an angel watching over a child:
Gen 21:14-19 And Abraham rose up early in the morning, and took bread, and a bottle of water, and gave it
unto Hagar, putting it on her shoulder, and the child, and sent her away: and she departed, and wandered in
the wilderness of Beer-sheba.15 And the water was spent in the bottle, and she cast the child under one of the
shrubs.16 And she went, and sat her down over against him a good way off, as it were a bowshot: for she said,
Let me not see the death of the child. And she sat over against him, and lift up her voice, and wept.17 And God
heard the voice of the lad; and the angel of God called Hagar out of heaven, and said unto her, What aileth
thee, Hagar? fear not; for God hath heard the voice of the lad where he is.18 Arise, lift up the lad, and hold him
in thine hand; for I will make him a great nation.19 And God opened her eyes, and she saw a well of water; and
she went, and filled the bottle with water, and gave the lad drink. KJV
Jesus was not exempt from the ministry of angels protecting Him as a child:
Matt 2:13-14 And when they were departed, behold, the angel of the Lord appeareth to Joseph in a dream,
saying, Arise, and take the young child and his mother, and flee into Egypt, and be thou there until I bring thee
word: for Herod will seek the young child to destroy him.14 When he arose, he took the young child and his
mother by night, and departed into Egypt: KJV
If you have concerns about any children just ask the angels to go immediately and protect them and minister
to them. If they protected our Lord Jesus as a child they will protect and minister to any child. You need to be
the one who intercedes for them and then angels will go to work.
You might be a parent or grandparent who cannot see your child/children or grandchild/grandchildren but you
can send angels there to protect them and minister to them. So just be assured that angels will assist you and
bring comfort to you and the child/children through their supernatural intervention in this child/childrens
lives.
Angels cannot save us but they can lead sinners to Gods people so they receive Christ.

I want to share a scripture you can use in your stand of faith for your own loved one, friend, neighbor or
whomever who have not received Jesus as their Savior and Lord:
Acts 10:1-6 There was a certain man in Caesarea called Cornelius, a centurion of the band called the Italian
band,2 A devout man, and one that feared God with all his house, which gave much alms to the people, and
prayed to God alway.3 He saw in a vision evidently about the ninth hour of the day an angel of God coming in
to him, and saying unto him, Cornelius.4 And when he looked on him, he was afraid, and said, What is it, Lord?
And he said unto him, Thy prayers and thine alms are come up for a memorial before God.5 And now send men
to Joppa, and call for one Simon, whose surname is Peter:6 He lodgeth with one Simon a tanner, whose house is
by the sea side: he shall tell thee what thou oughtest to do. KJV
The bible tells us the angels rejoice over one person coming to Christ and comes under the authority of Christ.
Luke 15:10 Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that
repenteth. KJV
Stop and ask Father God to send angels to your loved one, friends, neighbors, etc. so they too will come to
Christ.
Angels can tell us where to go so we can minister to the saved and the unsaved and so we need to be listening
and expecting them to show us where to go and minister.
Acts 8:26 But an angel of the Lord spoke to Philip saying, "Get up and go south to the road that descends from
Jerusalem to Gaza." ( This is a desert road.) NASU
If the angel had not appeared in a dream the will of God would not have been done and Joseph would not
have possibly married Mary.
Matt 1:20,21,24 But when he had considered this, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream,
saying, " Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary as your wife; for the Child who has been conceived
in her is of the Holy Spirit. 21 "She will bear a Son; and you shall call His name Jesus, for He will save His people
from their sins." 24 And Joseph awoke from his sleep and did as the angel of the Lord commanded him, and
took Mary as his wife, NASU
Again the instruction and direction of this angel in this dream was important for the will of God concerning
Jesus to come about.
So angels can speak to us in visions and in dreams and give us instruction and direction from God. It is to our
advantage we obey even if it doesnt make natural sense.

Whatever nation or city you may live in God has His angels assigned to the Church in that place to see to them
and see that their mission for the Kingdom is carried out. We need to realize we are not limited to just the
natural but we are connected up to heaven, to the supernatural by way of Gods agents, Gods angels in the
earth to carry out supernatural intervention for the Church in this time.
We, the Church, need to realize we have the backing of heaven and the supernatural assistance of angels who
are here simply to watch over the Church and see that our mission is carried out. I believe the condition of the
Church in Revelation is where many churches are today and I hope we realize angels are here to get us going in
the right direction as the Church. Take notice that these messages were written to the angel of the church.
Rev 2:1-29 Message to Ephesus "To the angel of the church in Ephesus write: The One who holds the seven
stars in His right hand, the One who walks among the seven golden lampstands, says this: 2' I know your deeds
and your toil and perseverance, and that you cannot tolerate evil men, and you put to the test those who call
themselves apostles, and they are not, and you found them to be false; 3 and you have perseverance and have
endured for My name's sake, and have not grown weary. 4'But I have this against you, that you have left your
first love. 5'Therefore remember from where you have fallen, and repent and do the deeds you did at first; or
else I am coming to you and will remove your lampstand out of its place unless you repent. 6'Yet this you do
have, that you hate the deeds of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate. 7' He who has an ear, let him hear what the
Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes, I will grant to eat of the tree of life which is in the Paradise
of God.' 8 Message to Smyrna "And to the angel of the church in Smyrna write: The first and the last, who was
dead, and has come to life, says this: 9'I know your tribulation and your poverty (but you are rich), and the
blasphemy by those who say they are Jews and are not, but are a synagogue of Satan. 10'Do not fear what you
are about to suffer. Behold, the devil is about to cast some of you into prison, so that you will be tested, and
you will have tribulation for ten days. Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life. 11' He who
has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. He who overcomes will not be hurt by the second
death.' 12 Message to Pergamum "And to the angel of the church in Pergamum write: The One who has the
sharp two-edged sword says this: 13'I know where you dwell, where Satan's throne is; and you hold fast My
name, and did not deny My faith even in the days of Antipas, My witness, My faithful one, who was killed
among you, where Satan dwells. 14'But I have a few things against you, because you have there some who
hold the teaching of Balaam, who kept teaching Balak to put a stumbling block before the sons of Israel, to eat
things sacrificed to idols and to commit acts of immorality. 15'So you also have some who in the same way
hold the teaching of the Nicolaitans. 16'Therefore repent; or else I am coming to you quickly, and I will make
war against them with the sword of My mouth. 17' He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the
churches. To him who overcomes, to him I will give some of the hidden manna, and I will give him a white
stone, and a new name written on the stone which no one knows but he who receives it.' 18 Message to
Thyatira "And to the angel of the church in Thyatira write: The Son of God, who has eyes like a flame of fire,
and His feet are like burnished bronze, says this: 19' I know your deeds, and your love and faith and service and
perseverance, and that your deeds of late are greater than at first. 20'But I have this against you, that you
tolerate the woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess, and she teaches and leads My bond-servants
astray so that they commit acts of immorality and eat things sacrificed to idols. 21' I gave her time to repent,
and she does not want to repent of her immorality. 22'Behold, I will throw her on a bed of sickness, and those
who commit adultery with her into great tribulation, unless they repent of her deeds. 23'And I will kill her
children with pestilence, and all the churches will know that I am He who searches the minds and hearts; and I
will give to each one of you according to your deeds. 24'But I say to you, the rest who are in Thyatira, who do
not hold this teaching, who have not known the deep things of Satan, as they call them I place no other

deeds completed in the sight of My God. 3'So remember what you have received and heard; and keep it, and

to you. 4'But you have a few people in Sardis who have not soiled their garments; and they will walk with Me
in white, for they are worthy. 5' He who overcomes will thus be clothed in white garments; and I will not erase
his name from the book of life, and I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels. 6' He who
has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.' 7 Message to Philadelphia "And to the angel of
the church in Philadelphia write: He who is holy, who is true, who has the key of David, who opens and no one
will shut, and who shuts and no one opens, says this: 8' I know your deeds. Behold, I have put before you an
open door which no one can shut, because you have a little power, and have kept My word, and have not
denied My name. 9'Behold, I will cause those of the synagogue of Satan, who say that they are Jews and are
not, but lie I will make them come and bow down at your feet, and make them know that I have loved
you. 10'Because you have kept the word of My perseverance, I also will keep you from the hour of testing, that
hour which is about to come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth. 11' I am coming
quickly; hold fast what you have, so that no one will take your crown. 12' He who overcomes, I will make him a
pillar in the temple of My God, and he will not go out from it anymore; and I will write on him the name of My

mouth. 17'Because you say, " I am rich, and have become wealthy, and have need of nothing," and you do not
know that you are wretched and miserable and poor and blind and naked, 18 I advise you to buy from Me gold
refined by fire so that you may become rich, and white garments so that you may clothe yourself, and that the
shame of your nakedness will not be revealed; and eye salve to anoint your eyes so that you may see. 19'
Those whom I love, I reprove and discipline; therefore be zealous and repent. 20'Behold, I stand at the door and
knock; if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and will dine with him, and he with

We are living in the end times. Jesus will soon return. We need to declare the Lordship of Jesus and a
breakthrough for the Kingdom of God in the earth and expect the activity of angels in the affairs of our
nations, states, cities and towns. Governments need the assistance of angels as never before.
I believe we are going to see more and more activity of angels because there is going to be more and more
activity of demons than ever before as they try to hinder or stop the plan of God in nations, states, cities and
towns. With the threat of wars and rumors of wars nations will need the assistance of angels in their nation.
We will also see more and more battles in the invisible realm among demons who control nations and
kingdoms, etc. and the angels of God. The dark forces of demons that draw strength from false religions and
demonic leadership in the nations will lead to the final war with these demons and demonic leaders coming

against Christ and His heavenly army at Armageddon. The militants of nations are receiving visits from the
demons right now, instructing them in acts of terror. And already above the atmosphere above the earth
there is the constant conflict with demons and angels. And above every nation, state, city and town Satan has
assigned principalities and under that demon are hosts of wickedness. With every earthly conflict there is a
demonic influence. In Dan 10:4-14 we see such taking place and it was the prayer of one man with a prophetic
calling who prayed and fasted that brought an angel to him with the word from the Lord for Daniels nation.
And that is why our prayers and prophetic words are so important for our nation, state, city and town, so we
too can have the word of the Lord for our nation and angel assistance.
Dan 10:4-14 And in the four and twentieth day of the first month, as I was by the side of the great river, which

5 Then I lifted up mine eyes, and looked, and behold a certain man clothed in linen, whose loins were girded

and to chasten thyself before thy God, thy words were heard, and I am come for thy words.
13 But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days: but, lo, Michael, one of the chief
princes, came to help me; and I remained there with the kings of Persia.
14 Now I am come to make thee understand what shall befall thy people in the latter days: for yet the vision is
for many days.KJV
It is with constant war with demons that angels affect the destiny of nations and their governments.
So we must understand the angelic interaction in governments in the spirit realm and so that makes the
alliance with believers and angels important for this time. It is through our worship, prayer, witnessing for
Christ and taking a part in the government of our nation and local government that will change the destiny of a
nation, state and city.
I am a testimony of this very thing happening in my state and also the two cities where I pray with the mayors
every month. God is doing some mighty, terrific things as a result of prayer, not only mine but many others in
the body of Christ.
Men and women who hold any office need our prayers, words from the Lord and also angel assistance and
intervention. They need the assistance of angels with all the famine, earthquakes, disasters, terrorism,
pestilence, plagues, financial collapse, etc. they are dealing with today.
We need these supernatural angels to war in the spirit realm for our nations where there are demonic
strongholds and strongholds over our leaders whether it be a president, a member of congress, military leader
or financial advisor. Daniel is our example as we pray and intercede for our nation.
Dan 10:12-13 Then he said to me, " Do not be afraid, Daniel, for from the first day that you set your heart on

Angels must be here to help us because human options are dwindling and human ingenuity has created a
world that is rushing towards ruin and chaos. We no longer can depend on natural help or aid as we once
did. Angels must come and protect and promote Gods Kingdom and Gods people in the earth. In order to
work alongside angels we must be Kingdom of God oriented and then God can do the supernatural through
the angelic assistance and intervention.
Believers must know how to be in prime position to receive and activate angelic supernatural influence in our
world and so we must know how the kingdom of God works in relationship to us and the earth realm. One of
the main things we must understand is there are certain kingdom laws in the Word of God that angels abide by
if we are going to benefit by their assistance and we must abide by these laws as well. It is understanding of
Gods kingdom that will help us understand the connection between the laws of the kingdom of God and our
angelic allies.
We must understand that the Kingdom of God is here now on the earth. Jesus told us that in Luke 17:12:
Luke 17:21 Nor will people say, Look! Here [it is]! or, See, [it is] there! For behold, the kingdom of God is within
you [in your hearts] and among you [surrounding you]. AMP
As a born again child of God through Christ Jesus the Kingdom of God is within you. So you now have full
access to the Kingdom and all of its resources.
John 3:5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he
cannot enter into the kingdom of God. KJV
Kingdom awareness will release the supernatural on the natural which would include the miraculous
assistance of angels.
It is the Holy Spirit who releases the power of the Kingdom of God on the earth and angels are part of that
kingdom.
Acts 12:23 And immediately an angel of the Lord struck him because he did not give God the glory, and he was
eaten by worms and died. NASU
2 Sam 24:16 When the angel stretched out his hand toward Jerusalem to destroy it, the LORD relented from the
calamity and said to the angel who destroyed the people, "It is enough! Now relax your hand!" And the angel of
the LORD was by the threshing floor of Araunah the Jebusite. NASU
Remember that your enemies are Gods enemies as well and so angels will see that others will not take
advantage of you nor harm you as we see in this scripture
Gen 19:1-11 And there came two angels to Sodom at even; and Lot sat in the gate of Sodom: and Lot seeing
them rose up to meet them; and he bowed himself with his face toward the ground;2 And he said, Behold now,
my lords, turn in, I pray you, into your servant's house, and tarry all night, and wash your feet, and ye shall rise
up early, and go on your ways. And they said, Nay; but we will abide in the street all night.3 And he pressed
upon them greatly; and they turned in unto him, and entered into his house; and he made them a feast, and did
bake unleavened bread, and they did eat.4 But before they lay down, the men of the city, even the men of
Sodom, compassed the house round, both old and young, all the people from every quarter:5 And they called
unto Lot, and said unto him, Where are the men which came in to thee this night? bring them out unto us, that

door of the house with blindness, both small and great: so that they wearied themselves to find the door.KJV
Lucifer, the leading cherubim angel, tried to overthrow Gods throne and he was kicked out of heaven with a
third of the angels of heaven.
Rev 12:4 And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: KJV
Today Lucifer (now Satan) and the fallen angels (now demons) try to defeat the children of God in their
everyday life on earth. And so angels are warring with demons in the unseen realm on our behalf every single
day to stop their purposes and plans against us.
The GOOD NEWS is that two thirds of the angels that remained in heaven are here to help us and they war
with our enemy and defeat their purpose and plans against us.
Rev 12:7-9 And there was war in heaven, Michael and his angels waging war with the dragon. The dragon and
his angels waged war, 8 and they were not strong enough, and there was no longer a place found for them in
heaven. 9 And the great dragon was thrown down, the serpent of old who is called the devil and Satan, who
deceives the whole world; he was thrown down to the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him. NASU
Dan 10:12,13 Then he said to me, " Do not be afraid, Daniel, for from the first day that you set your heart on
Persia. NASU
We are not fighting flesh and blood whom we can see but we are fight with principalities and powers of
darkness that come against us to defeat Gods purpose and plan for our lives.
Eph 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the
rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. KJV
We have our armor Ephesians speaks about to use in this spiritual battle but we cannot and must not ignore
the assistance of angels to go to battle with the demonic trying to stop us, stop Gods plan and purpose for us.
Cherubim angels have four faces; man, lion, calf and eagle. Four is the number of the earth and so the
cherubim are assigned to the earth.
The leading cherub was named Lucifer, now Satan. He was the anointed cherubim that covered.
Ezek 28:14 Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; KJV

In the old creation before God destroyed the ancient creation and then replanted the Garden of Eden these
angels covered the earth in worship.
Adam and his family brought their offerings to the gates of Eden where the cherubim were stationed.
Later in scripture we see the cherubim angels adorn the Holy of Holies around the bloody mercy seat.
Ex 25:22 And there I (God) will meet with you, and I will speak with you from above the mercy seat, from
between the two cherubim which are on the ark of the Testimony, about everything which I will give you in
commandment to the children of Israel. NKJV
The cherubim angels relate to Gods worship on the earth and they carry His throne.
The cherubim carry swords. They guarded the gate of the Garden of Eden and would not allow any person to
enter after Adam and Eve sinned. They guard and protect the presence of God, the glory of God, the throne of
God and His holiness from that which is not holy. Cherubim angels dont allow anything to approach God that
is with sin.
Cherubim angels are stewards of Gods glory. They were the angels who ushered in the glory of God to Israel
in Ezekiel and also removed the glory of God when Ichabod was born and the Ark of the Covenant was taken
into Philistine capacity.
I believe we are going to see more and more cherubim angels because God is making His Church aware of His
glory in this earth today. God is sending cherubim to the Church to bring the glory realms of heaven to earth
and the open heaven that is available to us. So cherubim angels steward Gods glory and they also usher in the
glory of God into the earth for us to experience. God uses the cherubim to minister to us in ways so that we
might know and experience the glory of God.
In the temple tabernacle the cherubim stare at the blood on the mercy seat.
Ex 25:18-20 And thou shalt make two cherubims of gold, of beaten work shalt thou make them, in the two ends
of the mercy seat. 19 And make one cherub on the one end, and the other cherub on the other end: even of the
mercy seat shall ye make the cherubims on the two ends thereof. 20 And the cherubims shall stretch forth their
wings on high, covering the mercy seat with their wings, and their faces shall look one to another; toward the
mercy seat shall the faces of the cherubims be. KJV
Cherubim and seraphim angels are part of the host that carries us to heaven when we die.
The Zoa, living creatures, recorded in Rev 4 have different purposes or assignments. The lion angels recorded
in Rev 4:7 carry a lot of Gods glory in the area of authority and have been dispatched by God to minister
authority in the earth right now for the body of Christ. The ox angel have the ox nature of Christ which is
Jesus apostolic nature or Jesus servant role and they are with the true apostles today to give them courage,
strength and the grace to continue on in the midst of hardship. The purpose of eagle angels is to help in the
release of Gods prophets on the earth.

There are two archangels, Gabriel and Michael. Michael, I believe, oversees warfare in the heavens and on
earth with Satan and demons and oversees the nation of Israel.
Gabriel, God uses to deliver special and important messages to people on the earth. He delivered the message
to Zacharias recorded in Luke 1:12 of the conception and birth of John the Baptist and then delivered the
message to Mary that she would conceive and birth the Messiah, Jesus, as a virgin by the Holy Spirit. There
are some who believe Gabriel oversee Gods Generals in the earth.
There are what I refer to as common angels and they protect and minister to the righteous and
children. They represent a particular part of Gods character and nature such as the grace of God. They
minister Gods grace to people and make it easier for them when they are going through difficult
situations. We need to expect their ministry every single day to make things easier for us in these challenging
times. Ask for their help today. Then there are angels or spirits of wisdom which is the nature of God and they
serve us in His wisdom. There are also spirits of holiness, spirits of knowledge, spirits of understanding, spirits
of faith, spirits of love, spirits of peace, spirits of joy, spirits of hope, etc. and all of these angels minister to the
children of God the different aspects of Gods nature. So lets remember to ask for their help when we need
wisdom, grace, joy, hope, the love of God, etc.
Angels love as God loves us. They love us because God loves us.
John 3:16 For God so loved the world, KJV
Angels love what God loves and hate what God hates and so they love the children of God on the earth.
At Gods Word Alive I am always reminding you of the importance of speaking Gods Word out of your mouth
concerning everything in your life and now I want to show you another reason why it is so important.
Angels are activated and released when believers apply their faith in God and His Word and speak the Word
continually over their lives and circumstances rather than speak what it looks like or sounds like.
Angels vocation and purpose is to do Gods Word and cause the Word to come to pass in a believers
life. They enjoy bringing to pass what God has promised us for our health, finances, family, protection, etc.
We have to speak the Word out of our mouths because angels are not mind readers

If believers would faithfully speak Gods Word instead of how things look or seem, then the angels will see that
word is carried out in their lives. There is not an angel of God that will be disobedient to respond to the Word
of God coming out of our mouths and see that it comes to pass.
Angels are not like humans who sometimes respond to Gods Word or are sometimes reluctant or respond
depending on how we feel about what God has asked us to do. No, when God speaks to them or we speak
Gods Word then they act on that immediately.
Angels respond to the Word of God because the Word of God is God.
John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. NKJV
Going deeper into the Word of God, studying and meditating the Word of God more and more each day; the
angels become activated around you. And as you speak the Word of God over your life instead of speaking the
problem or complaining or speaking contrary to the Word of God then they see to it that Word you have
spoken comes to pass.
Rehearsing the problem, speaking negatively about the situation and complaining instead of speaking the
Word of God; the angels have to just fold their arms and stand there inactive on our behalf.
Angels love God and His Word and their great desire is to proclaim, perform and protect the Word of
God. There is not an angel who will violate the Word of God but they are committed to whatever it says. In
most cases when angelic involvement occurs there is a message from heaven that is being delivered. Angels
are greatly aware that the message they deliver on this earth will change the destiny of nations or the destiny
of an individual and that their messages are of life and death importance.
It was the angels who imparted to Moses the Law in the Old Testament.
Deut 33:2 And he said, The LORD came from Sinai, and rose up from Seir unto them; he shined forth from
mount Paran, and he came with ten thousands of saints: from his right hand went a fiery law for them. KJV
This word saints is holy ones and scholars of the bible agree this is a reference to angels.
Ps 68:17 affirms that angels covered Mt. Sinai when Moses conferred with God about the Law:
Ps 68:17 The chariots of God are twenty thousand, even thousands of angels: the Lord is among them, as in
Sinai, in the holy place. KJV
We even find in the New Testament angelic assistance with the Word of God, especially the Law in the sermon
of Deacon Stephen:
Acts 7:53 You who received the Law as it was ordained and set in order and delivered by angels, and [yet] you
did not obey it! AMP
And then Paul wrote the Law came by angels:
Gal 3:19 God gave his laws to angels to give to Moses, who was the mediator between God and the people.

Hebrews also tells us of the absolute integrity of the word spoken through angels.
The angels not only had a part in giving the Law of Moses but they also carried out the sentences of the Law

Heb 2:2 For if the word spoken by angels was stedfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a
just recompence of reward; KJV
Transgression means to break the rules. Disobedience is acting against what has been commanded. We
cannot assign angels to protect us when we are willfully disobeying authority. Angels absolutely respect,
respond to and release the Word of God.
We must see from these scriptures that obedience to the Word of God is vital to our releasing angels to help
us, assist us and act for us.
Balaam was going to curse Israel and an angel showed up but at first the angel was invisible and only Balaams

Mary looked into the sepulcher where they had laid the body of Jesus and when she looked there were two
angels she saw, so these angels were visible.

John 20:11-12 But Mary stood without at the sepulchre weeping: and as she wept, she stooped down, and
looked into the sepulchre,12 And seeth two angels in white sitting, the one at the head, and the other at the
feet, where the body of Jesus had lain. KJV
Angels can be visible and invisible but they also can look like a regular person.
Heb 13:2 Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares. KJV
Christ died in order to bring the invisible world into our lives. Angels operate in this invisible realm that is
more real than the world in which we live. We are locked into these four dimensions because of our bodies
but the inward man, the spirit man that will live forever can connect us to that spiritual dimension where
angels exist.
2 Cor 4:16-18 For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and
eternal weight of glory, 18 while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not
seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal. NKJV
Because Christ paid the price so that we can now have our spiritual inheritance of all that is in that spiritual
realm of heaven, we need to be looking at the things that are there and are not seen by the natural eye but
can be seen through the eye of our spirit man and see angels and all thats there.
Angels appeared to Abraham and delivered the message of the birth of a son and even ate with Abraham.
Gen 18:1-16 And the LORD appeared unto him in the plains of Mamre: and he sat in the tent door in the heat
of the day; 2 And he lift up his eyes and looked, and, lo, three men stood by him: and when he saw them, he ran
to meet them from the tent door, and bowed himself toward the ground, 3 And said, My Lord, if now I have
found favour in thy sight, pass not away, I pray thee, from thy servant: 4 Let a little water, I pray you, be
fetched, and wash your feet, and rest yourselves under the tree: 5 And I will fetch a morsel of bread, and
comfort ye your hearts; after that ye shall pass on: for therefore are ye come to your servant. And they said, So
do, as thou hast said. 6 And Abraham hastened into the tent unto Sarah, and said, Make ready quickly three
measures of fine meal, knead it, and make cakes upon the hearth. 7 And Abraham ran unto the herd, and
fetcht a calf tender and good, and gave it unto a young man; and he hasted to dress it. 8 And he took butter,
and milk, and the calf which he had dressed, and set it before them; and he stood by them under the tree, and
they did eat. 9 And they said unto him, Where is Sarah thy wife? And he said, Behold, in the tent. 10 And he
said, I will certainly return unto thee according to the time of life; and, lo, Sarah thy wife shall have a son. And
Sarah heard it in the tent door, which was behind him. 11 Now Abraham and Sarah were old and well stricken
in age; and it ceased to be with Sarah after the manner of women. 12 Therefore Sarah laughed within herself,
saying, After I am waxed old shall I have pleasure, my lord being old also? 13 And the LORD said unto Abraham,
Wherefore did Sarah laugh, saying, Shall I of a surety bear a child, which am old? 14 Is any thing too hard for
the LORD? At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a
son. 15 Then Sarah denied, saying, I laughed not; for she was afraid. And he said, Nay; but thou didst laugh. 16
And the men rose up from thence, and looked toward Sodom: and Abraham went with them to bring them on
the way. KJV
Then there was a time when Michael the archangel appeared in the physical realm and killed one hundred
eighty-five thousand of the Assyrian army.
2 Kings 19:35 And it came to pass that night, that the angel of the LORD went out, and smote in the camp of
the Assyrians an hundred fourscore and five thousand: and when they arose early in the morning, behold, they
were all dead corpses. KJV

With these two scriptures I am going to share with you, you will see that heaven is open and angels are now
first ascending to heaven (which means they are among us.) and then descending to earth (They are
descending with the answers to prayer or whatever is need or ask for.) We live under an open heaven and
angels are allowed to come and go back to heaven because of Jesus Christs finished work. Remember the veil
that was torn in the Temple after Jesus had died. This was to show that nothing separates heaven from us any
longer. We have access to heaven, to even go there ,and access to everything that is there.
Gen 28:12 And he dreamed, and behold a ladder set up on the earth, and the top of it reached to heaven: and
behold the angels of God ascending and descending on it. KJV
John 1:51 And he saith unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Hereafter ye shall see heaven open, and the
angels of God ascending and descending upon the Son of man. KJV
The angels are ascending and descending every single day and that is because they are here to help us.
The angels of God are Gods obedient, supernatural, miracle workers who perform Gods miracles for us and
all for the purpose of bringing God glory. God sent the angel to help Peter and bring him out of prison
otherwise he may have been killed, so the angel saved Peters life. The angel did not act on his own but was
sent by God. The same goes for us, God sends angels to do the impossible for us.
Acts 12:6-7 On the very night when Herod was about to bring him forward, Peter was sleeping between two
soldiers, bound with two chains, and guards in front of the door were watching over the prison. 7 And behold,
an angel of the Lord suddenly appeared and a light shone in the cell; and he struck Peter's side and woke him
up, saying, "Get up quickly." And his chains fell off his hands. NASU
Not even the two chains could keep Peter in that prison that night. There is no physical material thing that can
limit the supernatural work of angels on our behalf.
1 Cor 13:1 Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as
sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal. KJV
Rev 4:8 And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him; and they were full of eyes within: and they
rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come. KJV

In these two scriptures we will see angels eating with Abraham and Lot in the Old Testament.

Gen 19:1-3 And there came two angels to Sodom at even; and Lot sat in the gate of Sodom: and Lot seeing
them rose up to meet them; and he bowed himself with his face toward the ground;2 And he said, Behold now,
my lords, turn in, I pray you, into your servant's house, and tarry all night, and wash your feet, and ye shall rise
up early, and go on your ways. And they said, Nay; but we will abide in the street all night.3 And he pressed
upon them greatly; and they turned in unto him, and entered into his house; and he made them a feast, and did
bake unleavened bread, and they did eat. KJV
In Ps 78 we see that Israel ate angels food, manna from heaven.
Ps 78:23-25 Though he had commanded the clouds from above, and opened the doors of heaven,24 And had
rained down manna upon them to eat, and had given them of the corn of heaven.25 Man did eat angels' food:
he sent them meat to the full. KJV
We know which angels are with us through the discerning of spirits. Just as you pick up on the demonic that is
around you by your spirit man so also you can discern which angels are present and around you to minister to
you. When you are depressed you may discern a spirit of hope around you who will speak to you words of
hope and scriptures of hope. There may be a spirit of joy that comes to minister to you and these angels show
up in worship and when they minister to people the people start laughing.
The bible is filled with people interacting with angels. In fact there are 280 references to angels and their
interaction with people in bible and every single event was important in Gods plan.
There is a lot of confusion in the body of Christ about whether we are supposed to interact with angels but
there should be no confusion about our interaction with them because they too are a part of the Kingdom of
God. Also all through the bible we see people of God interacting with angels.
Of course we do not worship angels and if they were true angels of God they wouldnt allow it but there
should be communication with angels who are here to help us.
I believe interaction with angels is so foreign, so strange to the Church because we have been a non-spiritual
Church, but this should be normal for the Church since it was normal for Gods people to talk and interact with
angels all throughout the bible. It was so normal in the New Testament Church that when Peter was put into
prison and after being released from prison by an angel and Peter showed up at the door of a house where
believers were praying for his release they thought it was Peters angel because they were so used to seeing
the angel of the person that looked like them.

Acts 12:1-15 Now about that time Herod the king stretched forth his hands to vex certain of the church.2 And
he killed James the brother of John with the sword.3 And because he saw it pleased the Jews, he proceeded
further to take Peter also. (Then were the days of unleavened bread.)4 And when he had apprehended him, he
put him in prison, and delivered him to four quaternions of soldiers to keep him; intending after Easter to bring
him forth to the people.5 Peter therefore was kept in prison: but prayer was made without ceasing of the
church unto God for him.6 And when Herod would have brought him forth, the same night Peter was sleeping
between two soldiers, bound with two chains: and the keepers before the door kept the prison.7 And, behold,
the angel of the Lord came upon him, and a light shined in the prison: and he smote Peter on the side, and
raised him up, saying, Arise up quickly. And his chains fell off from his hands.8 And the angel said unto him,
Gird thyself, and bind on thy sandals. And so he did. And he saith unto him, Cast thy garment about thee, and
follow me.9 And he went out, and followed him; and wist not that it was true which was done by the angel; but
thought he saw a vision. 10 When they were past the first and the second ward, they came unto the iron gate
that leadeth unto the city; which opened to them of his own accord: and they went out, and passed on through
one street; and forthwith the angel departed from him.11 And when Peter was come to himself, he said, Now I
know of a surety, that the Lord hath sent his angel, and hath delivered me out of the hand of Herod, and from
all the expectation of the people of the Jews.12 And when he had considered the thing, he came to the house of
Mary the mother of John, whose surname was Mark; where many were gathered together praying.13 And as
Peter knocked at the door of the gate, a damsel came to hearken, named Rhoda.14 And when she knew Peter's
voice, she opened not the gate for gladness, but ran in, and told how Peter stood before the gate.15 And they
said unto her, Thou art mad. But she constantly affirmed that it was even so. Then said they, It is his angel.KJV
So our angels look like us and the Church.
How many times do we need some supernatural intervention? Theres no Clark Kent, Superman around but
there is our angel.
God desires we expect supernatural angels in our lives and He is inviting us into this heavenly dimension and
experiencing kingdom life on this earth.
Most Christians havent realized yet that once they got born again they then became citizens of heaven and so
they dont have to wait until they die to become a part of the Kingdom of God.
So if angels are with us in the earth and in heaven they are just a part of the Kingdom we belong to and live out
of even while on earth. So we shouldnt be surprised or frightened when we see an angel.
The Kingdom of heaven is made up of entities; there is the Godhead, angels, living creatures, the great cloud of
witnesses and the spirit of the righteous who have died in Christ.
Heb 12:22-24 But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem,
and to an innumerable company of angels, 23 To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are
written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect, 24 And to Jesus the
mediator of the new covenantKJV
This is what we have already come to and so this should be common experience seeing angels while we are
here on earth.
The bible tells us we are not of this world for we possess eternal life which means no beginning or
end. Those who are in heaven are alive and will never die. Jesus told us, He who believes in me will never
die. They are alive in heaven and we are alive with all the hosts of heaven and we are a part of the kingdom
of God now. We must not think like, This is my life on planet earth and this is my eternal life. You cant do
that because eternal life is right now. We may be living in the realm of time being in our physical body but we
are eternal beings. We have been given eternal life. Angels are a part of this Kingdom we have now entered
into through Christ and so we shouldnt be so afraid of interacting with angels. That is nonsense that we

cannot and must not interact with angels and a lie the enemy is using so that angels cant approach us, interact
with us to assist us with the supernatural help of heaven. This nonsense has to stop or I believe the will and
plan of God for this time could be thwarted and that is exactly what the enemy desires. So we can and we
must interact with angels and should expect it and desire it.
Look at these scriptures and see how important their interaction with angels turned out to be.
God sent an angel to Abraham with a message:

Gen 18:1-16 Angels of the Lord came and visited Abraham to tell him he would have a son.
It was impossible for Abraham and Sarah to have children. They were both old and Sarah had never been able
to conceive. So God sent an angel to let him know this was going to happen.
Again we see an angel coming to Abraham with another important message or Abraham would have sacrificed
his promised son. Angels were important in the life of Abraham and they are important when it comes to
instruction from God for us as well.
Gen 22:9-12 And they came to the place which God had told him of; and Abraham built an altar there, and laid
the wood in order, and bound Isaac his son, and laid him on the altar upon the wood.10 And Abraham
stretched forth his hand, and took the knife to slay his son.11 And the angel of the LORD called unto him out of
heaven, and said, Abraham, Abraham: and he said, Here am I.12 And he said, Lay not thine hand upon the lad,
neither do thou any thing unto him: for now I know that thou fearest God, seeing thou hast not withheld thy
son, thine only son from me.KJV
God needed Moses to lead His people out of Egypt so he was very important to God. Think about this, what
would have happened in the bible if Moses had been afraid of interacting with angels? Israel would have not
been delivered from Egypt. That is the purpose of angels to deliver Gods messages to His people and that
includes us for our line phones and cell phones just dont reach that distance.
Ex 3:2 And the angel of the LORD appeared unto him in a flame of fire out of the midst of a bush: and he
looked, and, behold, the bush burned with fire, and the bush was not consumed. KJV
If Moses had run and hid because he was afraid to interact with this angel he probably would not delivered
Israel from the Egypt and stayed on the back side of a mountain the rest of his life. It was necessary that this
angel be able to speak to him so that Gods plan be carried out at the proper time and proper way. So see how
important this incident was in Gods plan and then look for angels to speak to you also about the plans of God
in your own life. They are not evil. They are fellow servants of God sent to aid us.

Judg 6:11-20 And there came an angel of the LORD, and sat under an oak which was in Ophrah, that pertained
unto Joash the Abi-ezrite: and his son Gideon threshed wheat by the winepress, to hide it from the Midianites.
12 And the angel of the LORD appeared unto him, and said unto him, The LORD is with thee, thou mighty man
of valour. 13 And Gideon said unto him, Oh my Lord, if the LORD be with us, why then is all this befallen us? and
where be all his miracles which our fathers told us of, saying, Did not the LORD bring us up from Egypt? but
now the LORD hath forsaken us, and delivered us into the hands of the Midianites. 14 And the LORD looked
upon him, and said, Go in this thy might, and thou shalt save Israel from the hand of the Midianites: have not I
sent thee? 15 And he said unto him, Oh my Lord, wherewith shall I save Israel? behold, my family is poor in
Manasseh, and I am the least in my father's house. 16 And the LORD said unto him, Surely I will be with thee,
and thou shalt smite the Midianites as one man. 17 And he said unto him, If now I have found grace in thy
sight, then shew me a sign that thou talkest with me. 18 Depart not hence, I pray thee, until I come unto thee,
and bring forth my present, and set it before thee. And he said, I will tarry until thou come again. 19 And
Gideon went in, and made ready a kid, and unleavened cakes of an ephah of flour: the flesh he put in a basket,
and he put the broth in a pot, and brought it out unto him under the oak, and presented it. 20 And the angel of
God said unto him, Take the flesh and the unleavened cakes, and lay them upon this rock, and pour out the
broth. And he did so. KJV
Again if Gideon had not interacted with the angel then he would not have turned out the mighty man of valour
and saved Israel from the hands of the Midianites. This angel was sent to encourage Gideon to step out in
faith. Of course Gideon had a choice but he chose to obey the words delivered to him by the angel. Are we
going to be obedient and expect to interact with angels as well and get instruction what God wants to do with
our own lives? God help us to move on out of fear of angels and start expecting and interact with angels to
carry out Gods plan in this time.
1 Kings 19:5-8 And as he lay and slept under a juniper tree, behold, then an angel touched him, and said unto
him, Arise and eat. 6 And he looked, and, behold, there was a cake baken on the coals, and a cruse of water at
his head. And he did eat and drink, and laid him down again. 7 And the angel of the LORD came again the
second time, and touched him, and said, Arise and eat; because the journey is too great for thee. 8 And he
mount of God. KJV
Here is a man of God, a prophet of God who was not afraid of interacting with an angel and because of it the
angel was able to provide food for him and he received strength for his body.
We do not know what the days ahead hold for us. There may be times we need angels to bring food to us and
even water. Supernatural food is recorded several times in the bible with this story of Elijah, manna and quail
in the wilderness for the children of Israel and Jesus multiplying the loaves and fish for the multitudes. We
need to start realizing we are not limited to this realm. We have access to heaven and its supernatural
provision and heavenly angelic beings who can provide for us just as they did Elijah the prophet. People are
dying of hunger all over the world because we have been limited in our thinking of humanitarian aid and lots
of time the people die before they get the food and so we need to see supernatural aid in these times and
angels can help us.
Another time an angel partnered with Elijah giving him instructions to meet the kings men who were on their
way to inquire of Baal-Zebub, the false god of Ekron, about the kings state of health. And Elijah was to tell
them the king would surely die. The angel again partnered with Elijah and told him not to be afraid of the
captain of the kings men and go with the captain to the king.

and fell on his knees before Elijah, and besought him, and said unto him, O man of God, I pray thee, let my life,

servants,

14 Behold, there came fire down from heaven, and burnt up the two captains of the former fifties with their

1 Chron 21:9-27 And the LORD spake unto Gad, David's seer, saying, 10 Go and tell David, saying, Thus saith
the LORD, I offer thee three things: choose thee one of them, that I may do it unto thee. 11 So Gad came to
David, and said unto him, Thus saith the LORD, Choose thee 12 Either three years' famine; or three months to
be destroyed before thy foes, while that the sword of thine enemies overtaketh thee; or else three days the
sword of the LORD, even the pestilence, in the land, and the angel of the LORD destroying throughout all the
coasts of Israel. Now therefore advise thyself what word I shall bring again to him that sent me. 13 And David
said unto Gad, I am in a great strait: let me fall now into the hand of the LORD; for very great are his mercies:
but let me not fall into the hand of man. 14 So the LORD sent pestilence upon Israel: and there fell of Israel
seventy thousand men. 15 And God sent an angel unto Jerusalem to destroy it: and as he was destroying, the
LORD beheld, and he repented him of the evil, and said to the angel that destroyed, It is enough, stay now thine
hand. And the angel of the LORD stood by the threshingfloor of Ornan the Jebusite. 16 And David lifted up his

eyes, and saw the angel of the LORD stand between the earth and the heaven, having a drawn sword in his
hand stretched out over Jerusalem. Then David and the elders of Israel, who were clothed in sackcloth, fell upon
their faces. 17 And David said unto God, Is it not I that commanded the people to be numbered? even I it is that
have sinned and done evil indeed; but as for these sheep, what have they done? let thine hand, I pray thee, O
LORD my God, be on me, and on my father's house; but not on thy people, that they should be plagued. 18
Then the angel of the LORD commanded Gad to say to David, that David should go up, and set up an altar unto
the LORD in the threshingfloor of Ornan the Jebusite. 19 And David went up at the saying of Gad, which he
spake in the name of the LORD. 20 And Ornan turned back, and saw the angel; and his four sons with him hid
themselves. Now Ornan was threshing wheat. 21 And as David came to Ornan, Ornan looked and saw David,
and went out of the threshingfloor, and bowed himself to David with his face to the ground. 22 Then David said
to Ornan, Grant me the place of this threshingfloor, that I may build an altar therein unto the LORD: thou shalt
grant it me for the full price: that the plague may be stayed from the people. 23 And Ornan said unto David,
Take it to thee, and let my lord the king do that which is good in his eyes: lo, I give thee the oxen also for burnt
offerings, and the threshing instruments for wood, and the wheat for the meat offering; I give it all. 24 And king
David said to Ornan, Nay; but I will verily buy it for the full price: for I will not take that which is thine for the
LORD, nor offer burnt offerings without cost. 25 So David gave to Ornan for the place six hundred shekels of
gold by weight. 26 And David built there an altar unto the LORD, and offered burnt offerings and peace
offerings, and called upon the LORD; and he answered him from heaven by fire upon the altar of burnt offering.
27 And the LORD commanded the angel; and he put up his sword again into the sheath thereof. KJV
King David was not afraid of this angel even though he had a sword in his hand.
God help us to not be afraid and intercede when we see harm coming to people or nations like King David.
Isa 6:1-3 In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord sitting on a throne, high and lifted up, and the train of
His robe filled the temple. 2 Above it stood seraphim; each one had six wings: with two he covered his face,
with two he covered his feet, and with two he flew. 3 And one cried to another and said: "Holy, holy, holy is the
LORD of hosts; The whole earth is full of His glory!" NKJV
Isaiah was in the Temple and he saw the Lord high and lifted up with His train filling the Temple and six-winged
seraphim crying out praises to the Lord. The posts of the Temple shook when the seraphim cried out their
praise to God.
Oh that we would join with the angels of heaven and worship our God, our King. I know it would bring the
very presence of God, the very glory of God, the very power of God into nations, cities and individual lives and
homes.
The whole book of Zechariah was given to Zechariah by an angel.

Zech 1:11-14 And they answered the angel of the LORD that stood among the myrtle trees, and said, We have
walked to and fro through the earth, and, behold, all the earth sitteth still, and is at rest. 12 Then the angel of
the LORD answered and said, O LORD of hosts, how long wilt thou not have mercy on Jerusalem and on the
cities of Judah, against which thou hast had indignation these threescore and ten years? 13 And the LORD

answered the angel that talked with me with good words and comfortable words. 14 So the angel that
communed with me said unto me, Cry thou, saying, Thus saith the LORD of hosts; I am jealous for Jerusalem
and for Zion with a great jealousy. KJV
It was so important that Zechariah interact with this angel. Just think, one book of the bible would not have
been downloaded to Zechariah had not he interacted with the angel. How much do angels want to download
to you and me what God has for our times, for our national and local leaders, and for Gods leaders as they
lead Gods people. So we better be willing to interact with angels.
This is what I expect every time I meet with the local mayors, a fresh word from the Lord.
Leaders are desperate for answers to hard and tough situations and it might as well be you and me God can
send an angel to download God answers that truly make a difference.
Luke 1:11-19 And there appeared unto him an angel of the Lord standing on the right side of the altar of
incense.
12 And when Zacharias saw him, he was troubled, and fear fell upon him.

17 And he shall go before him in the spirit and power of Elias, to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children,

18 And Zacharias said unto the angel, Whereby shall I know this? for I am an old man, and my wife well
stricken

19 And the angel answering said unto him, I am Gabriel, that stand in the presence of God; and am sent to
speak unto thee, and to shew thee these glad tidings. KJV
Gabriel, Gods archangel appeared to John the Baptists father, Zacharias, and told him of the conception and
birth of a son they were to name John. And what an important message because John the Baptist prepared
the way for our Lord.
Luke 1:26-38 And in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God unto a city of Galilee, named
Nazareth,
27 To a virgin espoused to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin's name was
Mary.
28 And the angel came in unto her, and said, Hail, thou that art highly favoured, the Lord is with thee: blessed

thou

women.
29 And when she saw him, she was troubled at his saying, and cast in her mind what manner of salutation this

Here again we see Gabriel, the archangel, deliver a message to Mary that she was chosen to birth the Messiah
even though she was a virgin and would conceive the Messiah by the Spirit of God.
Acts 8:26-29 And the angel of the Lord spake unto Philip, saying, Arise, and go toward the south unto the way
that goeth down from Jerusalem unto Gaza, which is desert. 27 And he arose and went: and, behold, a man of
Ethiopia, an eunuch of great authority under Candace queen of the Ethiopians, who had the charge of all her
treasure, and had come to Jerusalem for to worship, 28 Was returning, and sitting in his chariot read Esaias the
prophet. 29 Then the Spirit said unto Philip, Go near, and join thyself to this chariot. KJV
Sinners are everywhere all over this world and headed to hell if we dont reach them. Angels know where
every sinner is located on planet earth and I believe we can be Philips all over this world sharing the Good
News to all that are hurting and searching for the truth as this man was that day in Gaza.
I pray angels will begin to show us these people at Wal-Mart or wherever we shop, at work, at school, at
college, etc. and by the power of the Holy Spirit bring them to Christ.
Acts 10:3-22 He saw in a vision evidently about the ninth hour of the day an angel of God coming in to him, and
saying unto him, Cornelius. 4 And when he looked on him, he was afraid, and said, What is it, Lord? And he said
unto him, Thy prayers and thine alms are come up for a memorial before God. 5 And now send men to Joppa,
and call for one Simon, whose surname is Peter: 6 He lodgeth with one Simon a tanner, whose house is by the
sea side: he shall tell thee what thou oughtest to do. 7 And when the angel which spake unto Cornelius was
departed, he called two of his household servants, and a devout soldier of them that waited on him continually;
8 And when he had declared all these things unto them, he sent them to Joppa. 9 On the morrow, as they went
on their journey, and drew nigh unto the city, Peter went up upon the housetop to pray about the sixth hour: 10
And he became very hungry, and would have eaten: but while they made ready, he fell into a trance, 11 And
saw heaven opened, and a certain vessel descending unto him, as it had been a great sheet knit at the four
corners, and let down to the earth: 12 Wherein were all manner of fourfooted beasts of the earth, and wild
beasts, and creeping things, and fowls of the air. 13 And there came a voice to him, Rise, Peter; kill, and eat. 14

thee. 20 Arise therefore, and get thee down, and go with them, doubting nothing: for I have sent them. 21 Then
Peter went down to the men which were sent unto him from Cornelius; and said, Behold, I am he whom ye
seek: what is the cause wherefore ye are come? 22 And they said, Cornelius the centurion, a just man, and one
that feareth God, and of good report among all the nation of the Jews, was warned from God by an holy angel
to send for thee into his house, and to hear words of thee. KJV
Acts 12:5-11 Peter therefore was kept in prison: but prayer was made without ceasing of the church unto God

him.
6 And when Herod would have brought him forth, the same night Peter was sleeping between two soldiers,
bound
with
two
chains:

the
keepers
before
the
door
kept
the
prison.
7 And, behold, the angel of the Lord came upon him, and a light shined in the prison: and he smote Peter on the
side, and raised him up, saying, Arise up quickly. And his chains fell off from his hands.
8 And the angel said unto him, Gird thyself, and bind on thy sandals. And so he did. And he saith unto him, Cast
thy
garment
about
thee,
and
follow
me.
9 And he went out, and followed him; and wist not that it was true which was done by the angel; but thought
he
saw
a
vision.
10 When they were past the first and the second ward, they came unto the iron gate that leadeth unto the city;
which opened to them of his own accord: and they went out, and passed on through one street; and forthwith
the
angel
departed
from
him.
11 And when Peter was come to himself, he said, Now I know of a surety, that the Lord hath sent his angel, and
hath delivered me out of the hand of Herod, and from all the expectation of the people of the Jews. KJV
An angel helps Peter to escape prison before he is beheaded the next day.
Notice in this scripture the praying friends of Peter thought it was Peters angel at the door of the house when
the servant girl told them Peter was at the door. Were they accustomed to seeing angels and was an angel
showing up at the door commonplace? (Would you react that way, Its just an angel, if you saw an angel
standing at your door?)
Acts 12:23 And immediately the angel of the Lord smote him, because he gave not God the glory: and he was
eaten of worms, and gave up the ghost. KJV

Antipas was my faithful martyr, who was slain among you, where Satan dwelleth. 14 But I have a few things
against thee, because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a

Revelation 3:1-22 And unto the angel of the church in Sardis write; These things saith he that hath the seven
Spirits of God, and the seven stars; I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead. 2 Be
watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die: for I have not found thy works perfect
before God. 3 Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore
thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee. 4
Thou hast a few names even in Sardis which have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with me in

before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and
hast not denied my name. 9 Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and
are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved
thee.10 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation,
which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth. 11 Behold, I come quickly: hold that
fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown. 12 Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of
my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city
of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him
my new name. 13 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches. 14 And unto the
angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the
beginning of the creation of God; 15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert
cold or hot. 16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.
17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that
thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked: 18 I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in
the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy
nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see. 19 As many as I love, I
rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent. 20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man
hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. 21 To him that
overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father
in his throne. 22 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches. KJV
So we can readily see from these scripture that angels interacted with Gods people all through the bible. It
was important they did or else the plan of God would have been thwarted. Important messages from God
would never reach these people. These people would not have the strength or the provision to carry out the
plan God had for them if they had not interacted with angels. And notice not one of these people bowed a
knee to these mighty supernatural beings and got into some religion worshiping angels.
The enemy loves to create this fear in the Church that interaction with angels is going to cause us to fall into
some kind of religion of angels. Lets not fall for this erroneous lie of our enemy so that he can continue to
take advantage of us while we refuse angelic presence in our lives and affairs.
I want you to notice that angels appeared to all kinds of people in the bible accounts. Hagar was an Egyptian
slave girl. She was not a person of distinction or even a Hebrew. Mary the Mother of Christ was just an
ordinary virgin in Nazareth. So angels are no respecter of persons.
These supernatural, spirit beings are here on this earth to interact with us today and we should be thankful for
this.
How do we discern an angel in our midst? 1 Cor 12 gives us information about the gifts of the Holy Spirit and
one of those gifts is the discerning of spirit. It is not the gift of discernment but the gift of the discerning
of spirits.
Spirits are unseen entities. God is a spirit. So when you operate in this gift of discerning of spirits then you can
discern or pickup on Gods presence.
Heres an example I am sure that you all have probably encountered with this gift in operation whether you
knew it or not and that was a time you met someone and knew instantly they were a Christian. This has

happened to me several times. There was one time I even discerned right away a couple were pastors. I just
picked up on this, discerned it by the gift of discerning of spirits. You and I discerned they were Christians
because of the spirit of Christ in them.
Every born again Christian has this gift in them by the Holy Spirit who resides in them. Every Christian has this
gift but for the gift to operate in them they will have to cultivate the gift of discerning of spirit and use it.
Like when you are in a worship service and you feel the spirit of God and you may have told another person, I
really feel the presence of God. Why? Because you discerned by this gift of discernment, Gods presence.
Cultivating the gift of discernment and using it you will be able to discern the spirit of Gods presence, the
presence of a demonic spirit, the presence of an angel or the natural spirit in a person or their nature inside
just as you discerned or picked up in your spirit, That person is a Christian. Since you know about this gift
now, you will readily discern a difference.
God is a spirit, angels are spirits and demons are spirits, so with the gift of discerning of spirits you can discern
and ascertain the identity of those spirits and their presence. You can use that gift and you can tell which of
these entities is present. This gift is inherent in the Holy Spirit.
This gift resides in your spirit where the Holy Spirit dwells since you got born again. This gift is in the Holy
Spirit and its in you and it is there so that you will not be confused in this hour what spirit you are
encountering; whether it is the Lord, angels, demons or the natural spirit of man. So we can discern angels.
In order to pick up on angels we need to believe they are there in the room with us. Angels are always with
us. We should be glad of that since there is so much demonic in this earth.
God is with us in the earth all the time. The bible tells us,
Heb 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and
that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. KJV
The bible also tells us that angels are encamped around us,
Ps 34:7 The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them.KJV
So angels are right here with us, even in the room or place we are right now. So we first have to believe they
are present.
Secondly, we must believe we can see angels. God made us so that we can see angels. We just have not
tuned into the spirit and believed we could see in the spirit is why we havent seen them.
Eph 1:18 The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know (or see) KJV
Ephesians 1 tells us we have eyes to see in the spirit and we can see angels with these eyes of the spirit man.
Next we need to ask the Holy Spirit to show us the angel in the room for He is the One that will show us.
So right now just close your eyes and say, Holy Spirit, where is there an angel in this room?
When the Holy Spirit teaches you how to discern angels it is the same way He will teach you how to give a
prophetic word and everything else, He will lead you. So just as he moved on you to prophecy or used you for
anything else just ask Him where the angel is and then wait for Him to tell you.
Maybe at first you might not see an angel but ask Him to describe the angel to you and its location.

And if you dont right off see the angel just practice this every day until you do and say, Holy Spirit, I know
there is an angel in the room. Please show me where the angel is. Please tell me about the angel.
And then just wait on Him like you have done when you got a prophetic word, word of knowledge, etc. Just
wait and listen and look into your spirit what He reveals.
You might see like a bolt of light which are cherubim angels.
Sometimes your natural eyes can be opened to see the angel and other times you just know an angel is there
because the Holy Spirit opened your understanding to the angel. Angels dont appear unless God desires.
It would be all right if you declared, I see, because in Ephesians 1:18 it says,
Eph 1:18 The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; KJV
This scripture says, The eyes of our understanding. It is the eyes of your understanding that are opened.
So you start getting understanding from the Holy Spirit. He will put in your thoughts, There is an angel over
there. This is why the angel is here. He might even tell you his name because there is a reason this angel
has that name and has come to minister to you for that purpose. These are things I have experienced
God assigns an angel to you for life.
Rom 11:29 For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance. KJV
God even assigns angels to your ministry and they will never leave because that is their assignment. The
angels are here to help you in your ministry and make it easier. The more angels you have assisting you the
better.
You are the assignment of angels in the earth.
We need to love our angels and use them and that pleases God.
The bible talks about stewardship and stewardship is more than stewarding finances for you are a steward
over everything God gives you. He has given you the angels to assist you and so you need to use them, and
yes, according to the Word of God and the will of God, and receive from them the plan of God for your life and
the purpose of God for your life for which he has sent them
Angels are activated by orders given by God to give instruction and messages to people to help them and God
is pleased when we receive their ministry.
God sent this angel because Joseph and Mary needed instruction where to go because Herod had sent out an
order to kill the baby Jesus. So Joseph had a clear word what to do in this situation. The Lord will do the same
for us when we need precise words from the Lord and expect them.
Heres another time when God gave orders to an angel to come to earth:
Ex 33:2 And I will send an angel before thee; and I will drive out the Canaanite, the Amorite, and the Hittite,
and the Perizzite, the Hivite, and the Jebusite: KJV

I certainly would like Gods angel go before me, wouldnt you? They will destroy our enemy and his plans
against us. They will drive them out of our way so that we can proceed, move ever forward in our destiny.
Jesus told Peter:

Matt 16:19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on
earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. KJV
When we use our authority given to us in the name of Jesus and bind the unlawful work of our enemy in our
lives and others and loose angels to work for us then they will go to work and destroy the enemy and their
plans against us.
After we use our authority in the name of Jesus over the enemy and his work in our lives, we then loose the
angels to go and destroy our enemy and his plans and then the angels go to work immediately so we can have
victory after victory. Angels are a key to kingdom power in the earth for us. These angels keep the curses here
in the earth from us that would stop our progress in Kingdom living and doing Kingdom business in the earth.
I especially feel in my spirit as I write this that angels are going to be loosed to stop the curse of poverty, lack
and debt that has kept the body of Christ bound and kept us from the financial blessing we are promised in the
Kingdom so that we can prosper the Kingdom work and reach souls for the Kingdom. I believe there are
prosperity angels just for that purpose of loosing our prosperity. So we need to use our authority and loose
the prosperity angels every day.
Ps 91:11-12 For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.12 They shall bear thee
up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone. KJV
Zech 1:11 So they answered the Angel of the LORD, who stood among the myrtle trees, and said, "We have
walked to and fro throughout the earth, and behold, all the earth is resting quietly." NKJV
Angels are all over the earth and they know what is going on everywhere and they know the danger spots and
they know how to protect us at all times. Praise the Lord. Count on angels to protect you in these dangerous
times. They know when or when not to get on a plane or what route to take to work that would be safest or
whether or not a building is safe to enter.
Angels are activated by God to give instruction to people of faith.

Dan 4:13 "I saw in the visions of my head while on my bed, and there was a watcher, a holy one, coming down
from heaven. NKJV

We activate angels by speaking the Word of God over ourselves and family and all situations in our lives. Ps
103:20,21 is an important scripture for us to remember when it comes activating angels on our behalf.
Ps 103:20-21 Bless the LORD, you His angels, Who excel in strength, who do His word, Heeding the voice of His
word. 21 Bless the LORD, all you His hosts, You ministers of His, who do His pleasure. NKJV
Angels are activated to move and respond on our behalf to the Word of God that we speak by faith. We are
the voice of the Word of God. The Word goes out and the angels respond. They heed the voice of His Word.
Mark 11:23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be
thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall
come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. KJV
We have to voice the Word of God for the angels to be activated.
Angels are activated anytime the Word of God is prayed in prayer, proclaimed as a confession of faith or
preached.
Angels are activated by our prayers and they answer our prayers. There are two scriptures where angels are
viewed as attending to the prayers of believers:
Rev 8:4-5 And the smoke of the incense, with the prayers of the saints, ascended before God from the angel's
hand. 5 Then the angel took the censer, filled it with fire from the altar, and threw it to the earth. NKJV
Rev 5:8-9 Now when He had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down
before the Lamb, each having a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints.

Down through time believers have been watched over by angels. In this scripture in Rev 5 the prayers of
believers are the golden bowls of incense. Angels keep the prayers of believers. They are in the care of
angels as a sweet smell before the throne of God. As the angels play their harps and worship, the prayers of
the believers ascend as incense before the throne of God. Our prayers ascend to God out of the angels hand
and then our prayers are thrown back to the earth as fire! This powerful image of prayer is confirmed in Ps
141:1,2:
Ps 141:1-2 O LORD, I am calling to you. Please hurry! Listen when I cry to you for help! 2 Accept my prayer as
incense offered to you, and my upraised hands as an evening offering. NLT
Notice the image of incense and prayer. The angels of worship attend to all the prayers, the cries for help from
Gods people. Scriptures show us that angelic worship includes watching over the prayers of believers. They
gather all prayers and offer them as a sacrifice to God. And then God uses angels to answer the prayers. In
the due season the Holy Spirit and the angels of fire move to answer the prayers of believers.
Our prayers are carried, conveyed, protected and answered by angels.
Here is a scriptural example of how angels help to answer our prayers:
Luke 1:8-12 And it came to pass, that while he executed the priest's office before God in the order of his course,
9 According to the custom of the priest's office, his lot was to burn incense when he went into the temple of the
Lord. 10 And the whole multitude of the people were praying without at the time of incense. 11 And there

appeared unto him an angel of the Lord standing on the right side of the altar of incense. 12 And when
Zacharias saw him, he was troubled, and fear fell upon him. KJV
Zacharias was burning incense as people were praying at the hour of incense. They knew their prayers mixed
with sacrifice and worship were powerful. Then an angel appeared at the altar of incense. The angel was
gathering the prayers of the believers and then appeared to Zacharias and told him the prayers of his wife,
Elizabeth were being answered and she would have a child.
We need to remember our prayers really matter to our heavenly Father and they activate angels to assist
us. There is no prayer that goes neither unnoticed nor unanswered and that means even if you pray and dont
feel anything happened.
So just remember when you pray that angels abide in the secret place of prayer and are ready to take all your
prayers to God.
Ps 91:1,11 He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
11 For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. KJV
Remember it doesnt matter if one person prays or a group of people pray; angels are put into action by all
prayers.
Remember the best time to pray is when in intense worship because there are always angels there in worship.
Remember angels are still watching over our prayers that have yet to be answered. They are in the hands of
angels, in a safe place so keep in faith your prayers are being answered no matter how long it has been.
Remember your prayers are a sweet aroma to God.
Remember and visualize when you pray that your prayers are rising to God from the hands of angels who are
here to help you.
Remember angels cannot assist you when you allow negative words and negative confessions come out of
your mouth because these kinds of words stop the miracle working power of God and stop the work of the
angels.
Remember we pray in faith and the angels take them up to God and God will grant us our request and the
angels will then descend from God and deliver them.
Even though your body doesnt feel any different or things havent changed but only get worse; just remember
God has entrusted your prayers with angels until the appointed time.
Whether you are worshiping the Lord by yourself or with a group or when you are listening to music or you are
singing by yourself angels are activated. They love the worship and come to be there to participate.

Angels delivered the Law of the Old Testament. Angels had a lot to do with the giving of scripture and
protecting it and also the end of it which we call the Law, the rules.
It is by the Word of God. It is the Word of God that separates between the spirit, soul and body. The Word of
God builds our spirit and we grow and gain understanding about the spirit realm and become more spiritually
in tune with the spirit realm so that we are able to see into that realm and hear in that realm and feel in that
realm just as Jesus did when He walked on the earth as a man anointed by the Holy Spirit.
Heb 4:12 For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to
the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the
heart. NKJV
Because our emotions change and fluctuate they can easily betray us, our thoughts unruly can lead us to selfdestruction, our urges for self-gratification obscure our ability to hear from God; so the Lord is calling us to
come out of living out of the soul realm and instead live out of our spirits for they are eternally fused with the
Lord and His Kingdom. We can't hear the voice of the Lord unless we listen with the ears of our spirit.
Then ask the Holy Spirit to help you pick up with your spirit the heavenly realm and see and hear in that
realm. Then declare by faith, I sit with Christ Jesus in heavenly places now.
Eph 2:6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: KJV
Angels desire to partner with us to do Gods will on this earth. Angels partner with us as we choose the Lords
mind, thoughts, and actions as our own and we exchange our thoughts, attitudes, will, feelings, emotion,
deeds and goals for Gods.
Committing your whole life to God and His kingdom is when you will experience more angelic encounters and
intervention.
The Greek word, Angelos, means messenger, envoy, one who was sent, and a messenger from God to bring
tidings.
