1- There are two types of intelligence that matter most to strategic planning.
Explain them.
Emotional Intelligence EI/EQ is the ability to leverage the right emotional state for
a given situation. In addition, Emotional intelligence is ability to understand
appropriate emotional responses. Some research found that people who have a
high level of EI can face challenges better than other. Developing EI helps to
improve performance for employees or users when facing the work or life
challenges.
Fluid intelligence GF is the ability to solve problems and reasons clearly in novel
situations particularly when there is no direct knowledge from which to draw.
Researchers note increase players GF with four weeks play and this result stable
until eight months later. It shows that increasing intelligence is possible.
3- Creating Engagement how can engage workers and customers in the business is
an essential goal in the marketing world. Using gamestorming is a technique to
engage people in a game. The game 3-12-2 is kind of the gamestorming games. It
encourages players to write as many as they can.
4- Raising Intelligence studies show that intelligence level can be raised by
practice. The two types of intelligent that matter most to strategic planning are EI
and GF. When organizations focus on fluid and emotional intelligence, they will be
prepared for future difficulties.
