Before I proceed with the new topic, as usual i will ask the students to remind me of the previous lesson.

Opening (warmer activity + teacher introduction/demonstration of small group activities)

Label the respiratory system activity (groups activity)

In groups the students will take a ballon and blow it up, I will ask them if they have an idea what organ might be similar to
the ballon and the way it was inflated, the students should arrive the answer (the lungs). After they answer I will let them
take a deep breath in and out, then ask them: what is breathing? Why do you need to breath? What parts of your body are
used for breathing? ..

By giving the student the respiratory system object and flash cards with the names of the parts, they will put each
card in the correct place, then we will see who do it correctly and correct the mistakes.

Asthma Straw activity (individually)


The aim of this activity is to show the students what happen when a human get less air.

Give every student a small straw and a bubble tea straw. Ask each student to
breathe five deep, normal breaths without a straw.
After that, ask each student to breathe five deep breaths out of the bubble tea
straw, and ask: is breathing is harder this way?
Then ask each student to breathe five breaths out of the narrow straw and
compare it.
After that they will do a race by blowing paper or tin foil balls across the table to
a finish line.Some students should have big straws, little, straws and no straws.
I ask the students which one was the easiest?

Closing
Ask questions about the lesson and if the group answer is correct they get a block.

I will let the students to share in reading so each student read a sentence and while they reading we hi light the important
words.

I think I divided the students in a good way in each activity and it was good to let the whole the class to participate in reading which
is developing for their reading skills. Im proud of my behavior management in this class because I start using the new
strategy(hands behind your back) it was very effective.
Even better if I raise my voice more because there is on student have problem with hearing.
