The lack of human resources department is main problem in ABC bank limited.

The all the daily transaction, activities , recruiting and selection , staff management
and so on program was run by the other associated department like finance
department , R and D , marketing etc. so, dividing activities in different department
create confusion and grievances among the staff and employees
One proverbs, A man who chases two rabbit catches none. Like this
happen in the management in the ABC bank. Performing ones task by different
department without any co-ordination and cohesion is main enormous commitment
tended by the bank . which lead the bank toward the bankruptcy and highest loss.
of course, if the bank cannot maintain the effective co-ordination and cohesion and
if unable to balance the operation process ,certainly its face numerous challenge .
The main challenge face by the ABC bank is mentioned below:-High employee turnover ratio
-Higher expenses
-Right person are not in right job
-Lack of cohesion
-Focus on competitive advantage rather than cost
-Decrease in performance of bank
-Decrease profit
-Scalar chain problem
By above maintain bullet or point argue the challenge faced by the bank in the pace
of time during the operating period.
The main problem in ABC bank is absent of human resource management
department and one-way communication , undefined authority and responsibility ,
centered power. Company management and BOD makes more focus on the bank
performance by applying inappropriate method like increasing payment scale ,
without defining , analyzing the bank performance . the company correlation on
performance and activities are not define in effective manner. Company run its daily
operation, recruitment process, staff handling ,training and so on control by the
finance department , which department has not capabilities , skill, and abilities to
maintain , co-ordinate the HR function.

From the above definition and the problem give the senses and important of
human resources management for the organization. If HR was absent the overall
expansion and performance of bank drop down like shutting star.

2. what would be the main reason due to which staff are having fear with
strategy partner?
All people who are affected by change experience some emotional turmoil. Even changes that appear to
be positive or rational involve loss and uncertainty. Nevertheless, for a number of different reasons,
individuals or groups can react very differently to changefrom passively resisting it, to aggressively trying
to undermine it, to sincerely embracing it. These are a desire not to lose something of value, a
misunderstanding of the change and its implications, a belief that the change does not make sense for the
organization, and a low tolerance for change.
The main reasons the employee of ABC bank feel fear, having mentioned elements:Loss of Job:. In an organizational setting, any process, technological advancement, systems, or product
change will include streamlining, working smarter, cost reduction, efficiency, faster turn around times. All
these means staff and managers will resist the changes that result in their roles being eliminated or
reduced. From their perspective, your change is harmful to their position in the organization! The
satisfaction that employees have with their job determines a portion of their reactions during times of
change.
Parochial self-interest :- they think they will lose something of value as a result. In these cases, because
people focus on their own best interests.Low tolerance for change. People also resist change because they
fear they will not be able to develop the new skills and behavior that will be required of them. All human
beings are limited in their ability to change, with some people much more limited than others.
Education and communication. One of the most common ways to overcome resistance to work
with other personnel is to educate people about it beforehand. Communication of ideas helps people see the
need for and the logic of a change. The education process can involve one-on-one discussions, presentations to
groups, or memos and reports.
Manipulation and co-optation.In some situations, managers also resort to covert attempts to
influence others. Manipulation, in this context, normally involves the very selective
use of information and the conscious structuring of events.One common form of
manipulation is co-optation. Co-opting an individual usually involves giving him or
her a desirable role in the design or implementation of the change. Co-opting a
group involves giving one of its leaders, or someone it respects, a key role in the
design or implementation of a change. This is not a form of participation, however,
because the initiators do not want the advice of the co-opted,

Empathy and Peer Pressure:Whether we are introverted or extroverted, we are still


social creatures. Organizational stakeholders will resist change to protect the
interests of a group, team friends, and colleagues. It is normal for employees to
resist change to protect their co-workers. This could be purely because they
sympathise with their friends because of the change that has been thrusts at them.
Managers too will resist change to protect their work groups or friends. All these
behaviours can sabotage the success of any change.

of the Bank ?
When one bank control the other bank management it certainly face different problem and challenge . the
working environment and different external and internal regulatory factors influence the new outsource
organization. Some of the factors seem on the sky bank are as follow below

Culture of an organization effect the performance of employees of an
organization. Organization is a complex whole of culture and diversity of
religion ethic and belief so operating on the diversify culture affect the new
management and its idea , plan and strategy .

Every organization operate its business rooming around the own rule
and regulations. The plan strategy and future action was depends upon the
organization internal cultures, performance and policies.

Environment refers the such factors which revolve around the
organization premises and management . which factors affect the operation

address HR issues of the bank.
HRM provide new perspective for understanding employment relation and the
contribution people . the center focus of HRM is on performance , which is
influenced by the firm HR function selection, appraisal, reward and development
activities to achieve the company activities. So, the new management have to focus
on development a new strategy and plan , with adding a human resource
department . the effective focus on the integration of employee commitment
,flexibility and of quality will help to improve performance and pace of activity.
I would like to suggest some point and line to defense against the arising issues.
The words are as mentioned below:1.Organizing of HRM function
Organizing the HRM function help the organization to run all activities
effectively and smoothly. HRM function include recruitment, selection, training
,evaluation and development and reward. HR plays the following roles in integrating
HR issues and functions to the business strategy:-placing right person in the right
- job orienting new employees
- controlling labour cost
- linking business strategies with HR policies
- improving jobs performance of subordinate and so on.
2.Strategy development:This involves equipping human resource with skills and knowledge to carry out
their jobs in
organization. Its main objective is :# on-the-job and off-the-job training and development for people working in
organization

3.HRM programme
An HRM programme is the HR strategy ,policy , procedures, rules,
task assignment,
resource to be employed. With utilizing available resource

adequately enhance the organization performance. Some of the important HR
