Campus Recruitments - Planning and scheduling campus drives, visit colleges, run
presentation, conduct pre-screen test, coordinating technical and HR Interviews
Part of the Training & Assessment process of the freshers which includes hand

Preparing and sending welcome kits to the selects
Finalizing Job Description and Job Specification in consultation with functional

Handling critical openings ranging from junior management to middle management
by sourcing candidates through mass mailing, Head Hunting, references, job

Screening & short listing candidates based on the Job description in conformity with
functional heads.
Managing and maintaining Applicant Tracking System.

Buddy System: Introduced Buddy system for freshers with the objective of providing
smooth transition during their Training period. The objective is to support, guide and
monitor ETGs so that they perform well in projects, giving them the required confidence
and motivate them to perform

Welcome Kits: Introduced the concept of welcome kits for the campus hires as a
token of appreciation.

Recruitment process: Proposed changes in the overall recruitment process for fresher
by analyzing the end to end recruitment cycle which were implemented in the campus
recruitment process.

Employee Engagement Initiatives: Received immense appreciation for initiating


employee engagement activities in our new facility like employee birthday celebrations,
quizzes, Hungama, ethnic day, Red day etc.

Process Document: Along with technical training team, created Process Document for
freshers which was implemented in 2011 hiring process onwards.
PROJECT DETAILS

Project with Euro RSCG 4 D Matrix (formerly known as Acmic Interactive ), Bangalore on the
project titled Training Cycle & Recruitment Process for two months in 2009.

Coordinated training session in the organization and developed a skill matrix of the

company.
Conducted One on one interactions with employees to understand their training
requirement
Analysed and understood attrition rate and reasons of shift of employees from the
organization. It also includes, measuring the satisfaction level of employees
Analysed exit interviews and gave recommendations on areas of compensation, career,
and workplace

Achievements: Successfully developed a skill matrix of the company and designed Welcome Note for
the new joinees, which was highly appreciated by the senior management.
