To Whom It May Concern:
It is with great confidence that I write this reference letter in support of
Amber Whaley, in her pursuit of a position as a paraprofessional at your
school. Amber is an ambitious, hardworking young women who
distinguished herself during her volunteer time at Jackson Middle School.
I have been fortunate enough to work with Amber for a semester in my cross
categorical classroom. As the special education teacher, I worked very
closely with Amber to ensure that she understood the needs of the students
within the classroom in order for her to assist. In addition, her collaborative
efforts in bringing new strategies to the classroom were always welcomed.
She enthusiastically embraced the opportunity to work with the students in
the classroom and demonstrated great patience when working with them. As
a result, she developed rapport with students rather quickly and maintained
the positive working relationship with them.
The position of paraprofessional is an extremely complex and challenging
assignment. I have no reservations that Amber is a strong candidate. It is
with my highest recommendation that you consider Amber as a
paraprofessional in your school. The staff and students would be fortunate to
have such an effective team player as a paraprofessional. If you have any
further questions, please dont hesitate to contact me at (630) 674-2268.
Sincerely,

Danielle Flores
