Felisha Diaz,
Dear Esteemed Colleagues,
Ms. Felisha Diaz has so much potential for success. I had the privilege of having her as my
student in English Composition class (ENG- 101). She came to class prepared and
motivated. Furthermore, her strength lies in the ability to pursue tasks incrementally, for she
consistently edits her work until it satisfies the requirements of the assignment. Felisha can
easily share relative information about essay topics as to inform her peers. She amicably
collaborated with her peers, and they often looked to Felisha for guidance and ideas on
writing assignments. I really like her creative style with essay topics; moreover, her topics
often addressed relative social, political, economic, urban issues. I could always count on
Felisha to begin assignments within the timeframe, edit them and take her work to the
English tutor for further editing. Her approach to completing assignments is in line with good
leadership traits. Her maturity is also as asset to her educational and career pursuits.
I see Felisha as a harbinger of leadership not only among society, but also for her Latina
peers. When she completes her academic pursuits, Felisha will have many career options,
and opportunities to lead in bilingual communities. She has been consistent in her pursuit of
an education and career, and I am anxiously awaiting the completion of her studies at Daley
College. Her brave and bold pursuit of jarring topics in the composition class compliments
her will to be successful. Felisha has a vision of success that will soon to come to fruition. In
addition, her display of confidence, her leadership style, her consistency, and her duallanguage qualifications are just a few of Felishas assets complimenting her dedicated
pursuit of an education and career. Frankly, she is a young professional who has a warm
and infectious spirit. I lend my unwavering support for Felishas continued success. Thank
you and I remain
Cordially Yours,
