JEWELRY PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

ABSTRACT:JPMS is an Intranet Windows application for Jewelry production Administrative

system. It is used in maintaining all day to day jewelry production unit activity of
medium and large scale. JPMS is user friendly system that makes all the transaction
seamlessly easy and creates a smooth running environment for the jewelry
manufacturing company. This product includes Login Module, Process Details,
Particular Details, Company Details, Material Issue, Material Receipt, Metal Sheet,
and Day End

Module Description
Login Module:
Login module is used to login the user to use JPAS application.
Process Details:
Process Details contains details about what are the process are used in jewelary
manufacturing company like Filling, Drum, Dull, Dull Counting etc.
Particular Details:
Particular Details contains details about what are the jewels are make in
jewelary manufacturing company like Ring, Chain, and Ear Ring etc..

CompanyDetails:
In Company Details we can enter the details about the company

Meterial Issue:

This module maintains the details about meterial Outward entry. From this we
can store details like Transactiondate, Process name, Particular name, weight and
numbers.

Meterial Receipt:
This module maintain the details about meterial Inward .From this we can store
details like Transactiondate, Process name, Particular name, weight and numbers.
Metal Sheet:
This module maintains the details about Meterial issued and Received from
company. From this we can store details like Transactiondate, Process name,
Particular name, weight and content of gold from this we will calculate pure of gold
in meterials.

Day End Process:

Day End Process module maintains the details about Meterial issued and
Received from company in particular day.
Wastage Maintance:
In Wastage Maintance we can maintain the wastage of meterial to particular
Process and calculate the amount of content is wasted.
User Module:
User Module is used to add User to login this application and used it.
Reports:
In this Module we maintain Production stage wise Activty reports, Wastage
reports and Metal sheet report from this we can export data from database like
word, Excel, pdf and to take print out copy from this application. In this we maintain
Activty reports, Wastage reports and Metal sheet report etc.
