ADJUDICACIN DE LOS PRIMEROS PUESTOS DE PROMOCIN 2012 - 2016
La Direccin de I.E.I.P.S.M. N 10876 que suscribe:
CERTIFICA:
Que, en la Direccin de I.E.I.P.S.M. N 10876, el da 26 de diciembre del ao 2016; se
reunieron el Comisin Evaluadora integrado por el profesor William Martnez Panta como
presidente de la comisin, Profesor Luis Lamadrid Suarez, como primer miembro y el Profesor
Martn Cabrera Manayay en calidad de segundo miembro, para la adjudicacin de los cinco
primeros puestos de la Promocin 2012 2016, de acuerdo a la R.M. 1225-85-ED., D.S. N
009-2005-ED., R. D. N 017-2016-GOB.REG.LAMB/UGEL-F/I.E.N10876-DIR - que de
acuerdo a la Ley de Educacin 28044, D.S N011-2012-ED.

ACTA DE LA COMISIN EVALUADORA DEL CUADRO DE RENDIMIENTO

DE LA PROMOCIN
Que, en la Direccin de I.EI.P.S.M. N 10876, el da 26 de diciembre del ao 2016;
la Comisin Evaluadora del Cuadro de Mrito termin con su evaluacin y clasificacin de
los diez Primeros puestos del Nivel Secundario de la Promocin 2012 - 2016 en
cumplimiento de la R. D. N 017-2016-GOB.REG.LAMB/UGEL-F/I.E.N10876-DIR, R.M. N
1225-85 ED y teniendo en cuenta :
1. La comisin inici su labor evaluadora el 26 de diciembre y concluy el mismo
da.
2. Para dicho trabajo se utilizaron las Actas de Evaluacin integral desde el 2012,
descartando a los alumnos que obtuvieron notas desaprobatorias, solo se
cuentan los invictos.
3. Cuadro de rendimiento de los Primeros alumnos.
4. Los alumnos que obtuvieron las mayores calificaciones son segn se demostr.
