Principal, Teachers & Non-Teaching Personnel, Coordinators (Academic & NonAcademic) & Sports Coaches specifically:

2. The search aims to give due recognition to deserving Principals, District / School
Coordinators in different learning areas and other non-curricular designations
recognizing his/ her exemplary performance and dedication and outstanding
achievement in his field of work.
3. The search is open to all principals (elementary & secondary), teachers, district/school
coordinators and sport coaches and non-teaching personnel who qualifies to the given
guidelines in enclosure no. 1. Those who qualify shall submit their pertinent papers to
the District Selection Committee for evaluation on or before December 19, 2016, 9:00
AM at the District Office. Interview shall follow in the afternoon, 1:00 PM on the
same date.
4. The District Selection Committee shall receive the documents of the candidates,
evaluate its authenticity and submit the results to the office of the District Supervisor
for validation.
5. All schools are requested to submit the folder of pertinent documents of at least 1 per
category to the district office.
6. Certificate of Recognition shall be given to the winners in all categories during the
Teachers Christmas Party on December, 21 2016.
7. Enclosed are the working committees, guidelines/ mechanics and criteria of the said
search.
8. Immediate and wide dissemination of this memorandum is highly desired.

GUIDELINES IN 2016 DISTRICT SEARCH FOR THE MOST OUTSTANDING PRINCIPAL,
TEACHERS & NON-TEACHING PERSONNEL, DISTRICT SUBJECT COORDINATORS &
SPORTS COACHES
Rationale:
The District of Pililla conducts the 2016 District Search for the Most Outstanding
Principal, Teachers & Non-Teaching Personnel, District Subject Coordinators & Sports
Coaches. The search aims to recognize the exemplary performance, outstanding
competence and accomplishments of the coordinators who manifest profound commitment
and remarkable dedication to their specific duties and responsibilities in the field of work.
Through this search, giving the recognition to the exemplary competence, outstanding
performance and accomplishments will lead to a strongly motivated District and School
Coordinators in academic and non-academics, thus achieving excellence in the roles of
strengthening and uplifting the educational services of schools in the District.
I.

General Requirements:
1. Holds a position for at least 3 continuous years in service.
2. Performance rating of Very Satisfactory (VS) for the last three (6) rating period
which will be included in the folder of the pertinent documents of the candidate.
3. No pending administrative/ civil / criminal case
4. Recommendation Letter form the school head
