Although,educationisveryimportant,knowinghowtoteachismore
importantthanjustlecturing.Teachersarethekey.Teachingisthe
mostimportantjobinordertodevelopourcountry.Teachersmust
haveknowledge,experience,teachingskillsandmotivationforteaching.
Generally,manypeoplethinkthatteachingisnotadream
careerlikedoctor,engineer,pilot,dentist,etc.So,teacherswillbe
thelastchoiceforsomeone.Somepeoplehavebeenteachersfor
theirwholelifeandotherteachersworkinothercountries.Some
teachersworkinprovincialschoolswhicharefarfromcivilization.
Theirsalariesareverylowcomparedtoothercareerswiththesame
levelofdegree.Butwhydidtheystillcontinuetobeateacher?I
thinkthatitisbecauseoftheirfaithandspiritofbeingteachers;they
wanttodedicatetheirknowledgetostudents.Suchasourteacher

heistakinghisPhD.inthePhilippines.Atfirst,hedidnot
expecttobecomeateacher.Hewantedtobeanengineer,
afieldjournalist,abroadcasterorawriter.Hewasinspired
tobecomeateacherwhenhestudiededucationand
