Appearence:
Pale, Lemon Gold color, bubbly
Nose:
Clear , fruity smell , green apple and vanilla predominantly, but still develponing
Palate:
Medium Sweet,low acidity, no tanins, low alchohol. Light body, low medium flavour consisting of sultana,
green apple , peach and Vanilla, creamy taste, with a medium finish
Recomendation pairing:
Salmon or Caviar appetizer ala russian style Caviar and champagne, Tiramisu, macaroons or other desserts
Conclusion:
Good to very good sweet wine , that is also relatively inexpensive

Merlot
Fontanera, IGT Veneto
Appearence:
Clear, pale red ruby
Nose:
Clean light smell, ressembling of black currant, fruits
Still Youthfull
Palate:
Dry, low acidity, Medium Tanins, Low alcohol, light body light flavor of black currants and blueberies and
has an almost nail polish taste to it Short finish.
Reccomended Pairing:
Extremely poor quality wine, so Id avoid pairing it with good restaurant food, A cheesy pizza could work
though.
Conclusion:
Extremely cheap and poor quality wine, but it can serve as a cooking wine.
