Rammakien is a small company that has just opened and expanded its
branches across the continents. It starts up at Yucatan, Mexico, which is
today headquarters of the business. Two small food shops were built in
Merida ad Cancun of Mexico. As the two shops gained more popularity and
profit, one more food store has been opened in Cancun and another in
Madrid, Spain. At the beginning of the first quarter, Rammakien opened four
food store, gas station, and jam factory. It had continued to expand by
opening many kind of business such as restaurants, medical center, pig farm,
etc. Now Rammakien has three offices in Mexico, Spain, and Mali. The most
profitable subdivision is the Rammakien food store in Yucatan, Mexico.

Ramma restaurant ($35,836) Ramma restaurant is the first restaurant

opened just one day before the end of second quarter. It is a small pancake
restaurant with the price of $650 per dish. 118 people came and the
restaurant received a lot of profit in the first week. I hope it will continue to be
stable at this rate in the future.
M Rammakien ($15,855) - M Rammakien is the food store that opened
in Madrid, Spain and was the most profitable in the last 2 quarters. It receives
the highest profits of $15,855. The population in this city is high and the
people here use quite high quality products. The goods did not sell a lot but
the profit per product is high. In the next quarter, I will increase the
departments and hire more qualified employees. I will also increase the
qualities of the products since it will please the customers more. I look forward
the increased revenue and profit in the future.

Rammakien

Rammakien ($13,815) Rammakien is the food store that receives the

second highest profits in the company. It locates in Merida, Mexico where the
population is quite high. I opened the store in the city center. People here tend to
buy medium-quality goods with cheap price. The products were sold in a large
number.
Ramma1 ($4,432) - Ramma1 is a food store in Mexico. It is quite popular
among the neighborhood. The average quality of goods is low. The products that
are cheap sold out the most.
Rammakien Store ($2,102) - It is one of the first food stores opened in
Mexico. The average people who came in each week are low, but they buy a lot of
products each time. I am planning to add more products and departments to
increase the customers.

I want to focus on this particular store because M Rammakien is the first store that
opened the first day as the company started running business. M Rammakien is
operated carefully since the first day and continued to survive together with the
company until now. Even though it was the second profitable subdivision after
Ramma restaurant, it is more stable now that the profit, revenue, and popularity
are constantly increasing and seem to be increased more in the future.

As the data suggested, the Ramma restaurant gain the most

revenue in this last two quarter. Although the expense is also the
highest, the revenue after subtracted by expenses or profit is still the
highest of all five subdivisions. M Rammakien is the second subdivisions
that earn the highest revenue after Ramma restaurant. As shown in the
chart, the expenses of the 4 food store are similar to each other, so the
profits gained are depend greatly on the revenue or the amount of
customer and the number of product sold.

In this 2 quarters, although the revenue of Rammakien is lower than

expenses, the gap between the two has shown a decrease and has a chance
to be better in the future. For now, I will organized the company carefully to
improve the situation of Rammakien.

FUTURE PLAN
Rammakien Company right now is small and only has 3 offices in Mexico,
Spain, and Mali. Each subdivision also does not get quite a lot of customers. In the
next quarters, I will organize each store more thoroughly and carefully. Many
times I forgot to buy equipment or did not notice that the supplies are
unavailable, I will make sure to remember from now on. Moreover, I will add
more goods in the store and hire more employees. Right now I know what kinds
of products people in each country and location want so I will find the proper
quality of product and set the price accordingly.
As I saw that the store alone will not receive much profit, in the end of this
quarter I decided to open a restaurant, daily farm, and Jam factory. I will organize
them properly and if it goes well, I will open more subdivisions in different
countries.
I will also try to invest more on the cash I have because it will be a waste
not doing anything with that high amount of money.
