I have designed blade according to NREL specication in CATIA.I have also

simulated this design in NASA wind tunnel to understand stress distribution over
blade span such that long light weight blade can be fabricated to increase power
output.

DC MODULAR HELMET DESIGN AND PROTOTYPING

As the result of compulsion rule of helmet usage by drivers in Tamilnadu, Rane
group Ltd has been came up with competition for new innovative design for modular
helmet. My major role was to design helmet CAD model in CATIA and make
simulation about its mechanism for perfect commercial product for competition.

DC GOODS CARRIER-USING JUNK BI-CYCLES

This was my rst project with design and prototyping of goods carrier from junk
waste rusted bicycles to new goods carrier. My major role was to design CAD model
of bicycle in CATIA for goods carrier and then analyze in CATIA itself.
