T: Hello, Good Morning Class!
S: Good Morning!
T: How are you today?
S: Im fine! And you?
T: Im good, thank you! I see from your
face that all of you so excited to learn
something new today. Are you ready?
S: ......................
T: But wait, today we got a guest. before
we do learning activities, I want to
introduce you to our guest. Say hello to the
woman over there.
S: Hello.....
T: The woman who is sitting over there is
my lecturer. Her name is mrs Lisa
Armeliawati. Shes so beautiful, isnt she?
She will asses my teaching today.

T: OK student, do you still remember what
did we learn on the last meeting?
S: Of course mr about report text
T: Okay let me review about that for awhile
because after this I have very interesting
game for you.
T reviews the material
T: writes report text in the middle of
white board so, what is report text, do you
still remember?
S: report text is the text which presents
information about something in general, as
it is. It is as a result of systematic
observation and analysis

T: Very good! What is this function? Why


do we need this text?
S: To entertain or to give information in
general
for
the
reader.
T: Good! All of you really have good
memorization. Now can anyone of you tell
me what is the language features and
general
structure
of
report
text?
S: General calsification and decriptive
T: Absolutely great!
T: Now students, I have a game.. are you
ready to play this game?
S: Yes im ready
T: Ill divide you into some group, but
before that Ill give the instruction first.
I have many papers on the table. It consists
of the report text. But ive change the
subject. Your duty is you have to discuss
with your group to gues what the text tells
about. After that all the member of your
group have to come to infront of the class
and share your group discussion result. Do
you understand? Any question?
S: No Mr....
T: Okay now Ill devide you into 5 groups.
After the teacher has finished divide the
group, group discussion begins.
( WHO AM I GAME)
Procedures:
-T divides students into 5 or more groups
(depends on the number of the students in
the class)
-T prepares some texts about report text.
- T tells the instructions
-S do group discussion.
- S presents their group discussion result
infront of the class
-The group with biggest score will get
reward.
