Thisisaninnovativeprogrammewhichwilltakeamoretailoredandfacilitated
approachtodevelopingleadershipskills.Theaimistosupportthedevelopmentofa
cohortofleaderswiththeskillsetsandmindsetrequiredtodevelopaclearmoral
purposeanddistinctivevisioninordertoimproveoutcomesforpupils.Thecourse,

Leadingaschoolbasedprojectwhichwilldevelopanddriveforwardthis

Buildingacultureofcollaborationwithinthecohorttoenablereflection,
challengeandhighqualityprofessionaldialoguetomaximisetheimpactof

andKevinBurrell,BLTHeadofSchools.Itwillalsofeaturekeynotesand
opportunitiesfordialoguewiththreeleaderswithanationalreputationforhigh
impactleadership.
