Summary
The Snoopy Mossy is a Company which locates in Africa and
the first headquarter is in Bouak, Ivory Coast. The
company focuses on selling products in a convenience store
and factory. The first store was built in Bouak, Ivory Coast.
We chose Bouak because we thought that this city was very
cheap in tax and high of a population. And the another
reason was because we tried to set the first subdivision
close to the main office. After this first store got some
profit and it seem stable, we opened more and more stores.
We thought that we could sell our products many countries
in African so we opened 5 more stores in Africa. And then
we tried to open more subdivisions, which were two
factories and one farm. Unlucky, one of the factory and
farms failed. At first, the first store in Bouak was the most
profit for the company but when we opened our last store in
Nigeria, it was very successful and made the most
profitability store for our company. This store sold many
products but the most income came from jewelry.

FUTURE PLAN
In the future, we planned to open more subdivision
into a variety of business in Africa and also around
the world. We think that we will try to focus on Africa
first before going to other continentals. So the next
planned we will expand our business in Africa by
openning more stores, renovating the old stores and
also expanding the selling space in the old stores.

Assets Value
As the information from the chart, we have
$37,068,775 in cash which is about 75% of the total
asset. Other assets are Inventory & Supplies and
Equipment & Trademark. According to the information,
we had high liquidity in term of cash. This means that
we will have the cashflow to increase market share and
develop new business for our company either within the
country or around the world to spread more reputation
and get more people to know us.

From the chart, we can make high revenue from our cornflakes
factory, store 5 and store 6 which are the most profitable
subdivisions in our company. The cornflakes factory and store
5 and 6 give us a huge profit. Our revenue increases
dramatically from quarter 1 to quarter 4 while our expenses are
slightly down.

Our Best Subdivisions


Tawan society.Co: This is the first subdivision for our
Company. A medium store located in Bouak, Ivory Coast.
This store gains a high amount of income, but not the highest.
This store sells many kinds of foodstuffs and groceries. To
increase the number of customers and market share we will try
to expand the store and more advertising.
Store 5: This store is one of the most profitable when compare
with other stores. This store makes very high revenue. It was
located in Kaduna, Nigeria. This store has very high amount of
customers and popularity. So we need to stay as good as we
were for this store and expand to get even more visitors.
Store 6: This store is a new store for us and suddenly it
becomes the most profitable Subdivisions. This store located
in Kaduna, Nigeria same as Store 5. Store 5 has very good
amount of customers, popularity, and make a lot of profits so
we will build the same store as store 5 but it will be better.
Cornflakes Plant Factory: A 100 workplaces factory that
produces cornflakes. It generates the highest amount of
income among all subdivisions. At first, it sold only few
amount of products so many of cornflakes were struck in the
stock for a long time. And then we were trying to find out our
mistake and fixed it, which it was our high initial cost. After
we solved the initial cost of cornflakes so our product had
bargaining power and we could sell a lot of cornflakes and
reduced our inventory too. But then bad news had come
again. We had competitors who tried to sell
Cornflakes which offered lower price than us so we
solved by reducing our profit margin to lower our
selling price of cornflakes. Our profit decreased but
still on our top 3 most profitable subdivision.

At first, we didnt have any profits at all. And then we


tried hard and continued our business. Then many weeks
later we got some profits and it got higher and higher.

But store 2, store 4 and store 3 did not
made any profits.

In the beginning, we could not make any profits at all


from this factory. This was Cornflakes plant Factory which
sells cornflakes which located in Gao, Mali. This factory was a
100 workplaces factory, but we used only 50 workers and 50
types of equipment. After we could make more profit, we
increased the numbers of workers and equipment to 75 each.
At the first time that we opened the factory, we could not sell
any Cornflakes because the initial cost of Cornflakes was very
high. Then we had to quote high selling price too. The result
was we had a lot of inventory of the Cornflakes. Then we tried
to decrease the initial cost. And we could reduce our selling
price, which finally we could sell our cornflakes until last of
our stock. In the Quarter 3, our factory got a very high amount
of profits until other competitors came and offered lower price
so we need to reduce our price to compete them.
From the graph, it shows that factory has a very
good profit, which increases dramatically and
then drop down when we need to reduce our price.

Store 6 is the store, which sells varieties of products that


located in Nigeria. This store is a big store that has a lot of
customers, when compares with another store. At the first
time that we opened to be the same as store 5 but generates a
lot of profit than store 5. The key success is that we can find
the cheapest jewelry supplier and we can sell in very high
price. From the graph, it shows that store has a very high
profit, which increases dramatically and we will continue to
improve our store to gain higher market share.
