EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The report on Training and Development Process of NRB Global
Bank Limited. To complete the study I had to work in the hr
department of the bank. During my internship period I gathered loads
of know ledge about recruitment and selection process and policies.
NRB global bank ltd believes that spontaneous strong performance
along with strong interpersonal skills, effective communication and
work knowledge will be the pillar for an individuals success. According
to the hr specialists of NRBGB the human resources are the most
valuable assets for the bank the bank is committed to recruit highpotential employees and provide them the motivations, trainings,
working environment and compensation package which they need to
perform at the highest level and so.
Based on my practical knowledge and experience I have made this
report. I have prepared my report based on the information and data
that I have got from the Branch office and from the head office. I have
also tried to collect information regarding the particular topic. I have
tried various sources like internet, questionnaire, field data etc.
Training and development is one of the most significant areas that
every bank emphasizes on to develop their manpower to sever their
customer best and to survive in the market. The HR of NRB Global Bank
Ltd maintains a structured and organized training structure to train
their employees by better trainers. The ultimate objective of the
