Hudsons' owners are Iowa born and raised, and proud to show
the food, beer and craftsmanship that has been made in our
state, and brought into the restaurant. We make everything
from scratch or we know who made it.
*Our beef comes from a farm in Columbus Junction and ground
fresh, daily, from Bud's Custom Meats in Riverside.
*Buns are delivered from a mom 8: pop bakery in Des Moines.
They do not contain any preservatives or dairy.

*Pork and hot dogs are made from locally sourced livestock and
processed at Bud's Custom Meats.
; *Eggs comes from the Farmers Hen House out of Kalona.
*Many of our herbs and vegetables are grown on our own farm,
3 miles east of Iowa City.

*The metal work you see around you was done by Hawkeye
Weld 8: Repair in Iowa City.
*The planters on our deck were made locally by Upright
Gardens out of Tiffin.

*All finish work was done locally by Neumiller Electric, Troys
