Objective:

Handling Workers Compensation Claims company wide covering Utah, Idaho, Nevada, and
California markets. Consisting of 13 stores / warehouses and 3 distribution centers.
Handling General Liability Claims company wide covering Utah, Idaho, Nevada, and California
markets.
Supervise the handling of all auto and personal property loss claims.
Handling of all subrogation claims.
Oversee litigation process for all suits involving any and all work comp, general liability, auto loss,
and property damage claims brought against the company.
Give authority on all settlement requests and when appropriate review with executive
management for approval.
Conduct quarterly claims reviews with insurance carrier for all claims over a $10,000 threshold.
Assist in the maintenance of the company safety handbook; implement company safety policy;
update and maintain company wide reporting forms.
Maintain OSHA 300 logs company wide.
Oversight of health and safety for all stores and warehouses company wide.
