Leveraging the benefits of an open architecture in a Voice over IP enterprise communication environment, the OpenScape
Branch is a SIP based appliance that dramatically empowers the remote branch offices.
OpenScape Branch assures continued of
communication services while providing a
feature rich set of survivability capabilities
at a remote branch location during the loss
or service degradation between the remote
branch and the HQ.

The OpenScape Branch solution will support two main deployment scenarios:

OpenScape Branch - Session Border Controller (SBC)

OpenScape Branch also includes a Proxy

to 250 and 1000 users and is fully manageable via the CMP/Assistant Management
portal.
