Song acting

Summary
The content will consist of seasons, months and weather conditions within them. The
introduction of seasons and months will be done with a video song. Students will stand up to
sing and act the song as a whole class. By this way they will have fun while learning. After the
song is listened for 3 times a concept map will be hung on the whiteboard. Teacher will give
instructions about months and seasons by using concept map. Then teacher will distribute a
worksheet to reinforce months and seasons and it is done together as whole class. In the
second hour a video about weather conditions is shown. The song is listened for 3 times with
the students accompaniment. Teacher will give instructions about the weather conditions.
And again a worksheet is done to reinforce weather condition all together. Lastly teacher will
distribute a mixed type worksheet and students will do this worksheet individually.

Explanation regarding to the implementation of the plan
If anything goes wrong, teacher sings the songs instead of the videos, and shows the items by
using the course book. And if there is still time remained they can do exercises from the
workbook instead of giving them as homework.
